Example two
As shown in fig. 1 to 10, the high-rise escape apparatus provided in this embodiment includes the launching mechanism of the first embodiment, and further includes:
a receiving means 2, said launching means 1 projecting said fluke 107 towards said receiving means 2, and said receiving means 2 securing said fluke 107;
the manned mechanism 4 is used for carrying people, the launching mechanism 1 shoots to the receiving mechanism 2 and is fixed relative to the receiving mechanism 2, and the manned mechanism 4 is matched with the steel wire rope 104 and can move along the steel wire rope 104.
When the high-rise escape equipment is used, the receiving mechanism 2 is installed on the roof of the building 3 adjacent to the transmitting mechanism 1, the transmitting mechanism 1 is opposite to the receiving mechanism 2, when the fluke 107 on the transmitting mechanism 1 is fixed on the receiving mechanism 2, the manned mechanism 4 is held by a person, the manned mechanism 4 is matched with the steel wire rope 104, the person sits on the manned mechanism 4, and the manned mechanism 4 moves along the steel wire rope 104, so that the person can quickly escape to other buildings.
Further preferably, the receiving mechanism 2 includes a receiving base 201, a receiving frame 202, and a guide 203, wherein the receiving frame 202 is mounted on the receiving base 201, the guide 203 is in a horn structure, and a small-diameter end of a horn mouth is connected to the receiving frame 202; receiving clamp holes 2010 communicated with the interior of the horn of the guider 203 are formed in the receiving base 201 and the receiving frame 202, and the receiving clamp holes 2010 penetrate through the receiving frame 202; the guide 203 and the receiving snap-hole 2010 are located opposite the fluke 107.
The manned mechanism 4 comprises a manned frame 40, a roller 43 rotatably mounted on the manned frame 40, and a rotary driving component mounted on the manned frame 40 and connected with the roller 43, wherein the roller 43 is matched with the steel wire rope 104.
In the embodiment, when the launching mechanism 1 is launched to the receiving mechanism 2, the fluke 107 is launched to the guider 203, wherein the guider 203 adopts a horn structure, so that a certain direction error can be allowed when the fluke 107 is launched, the fluke 107 can be ensured to be launched into the guider 203, meanwhile, the mounting alignment precision of the launching mechanism 1 and the receiving mechanism 2 is reduced, and the cost is reduced.
In the present embodiment, the rotation driving assembly preferably includes a rotation motor 41, a rotation driving gear 42, and a rotation driven gear 44, the roller 43 is connected to the rotation driven gear 42, the rotation motor 41 is connected to the people-carrying frame 40, the rotation driving gear 42 is mounted on an output shaft of the rotation motor 41, and the rotation driving gear 42 is engaged with the rotation driven gear 44.
Further preferably, the rotary driving assembly further includes a hand wheel 45 and a belt pulley assembly 46, the hand wheel 45 is rotatably mounted on the people carrying frame 40, and the hand wheel 45 is connected with the output shaft of the rotary motor 41 through the belt pulley assembly 46. When no electricity is available, the hand wheel is shifted to rotate the roller.
In this embodiment, it is further preferable that the receiving mechanism 2 further includes a second electric power steering assembly, the second electric power steering assembly includes a second motor 204, a second gear 205, and a second ring gear 206 provided on the receiving base 202, the second motor 204 is mounted on the receiving frame 202, the second gear 205 is mounted on an output shaft of the second motor 204, and the second gear 205 is engaged with the second ring gear 206. This principle is similar to the first electric power steering assembly, and therefore, redundant description is not repeated.
In this embodiment, it is further preferable that the receiving mechanism 2 further includes a second manual steering assembly, the second manual steering assembly includes a second manual wheel 209, a second toggle shaft 208, and a fourth gear 207, the second manual wheel 209 is provided with a second inner gear ring 210, and the receiving base 201 is provided with a fourth gear ring 211; the fourth gear 207 is connected to both ends of the second toggle shaft 208, the second toggle shaft 208 is rotatably mounted on the receiving frame 202, the second manual wheel 209 is rotatably mounted on the receiving base 201, and the second manual wheel 209 is located below the receiving frame 202; the first fourth gear 207 meshes with the second ring gear 210, and the first fourth gear 207 meshes with the fourth ring gear 211, and the second fourth gear 207 meshes with the second ring gear 206. This principle is similar to the first manual steering assembly, and therefore, will not be described in detail.
In this embodiment, it is further preferable that the rotating disc 123 is rotatably mounted on the receiving base 201, the rotating disc 123 on the receiving base 201 is connected to the second dial shaft 208, and the aiming star 124 and the aiming plate 125 are provided on the rotating disc 123 on the receiving base 201; the aiming star 124 on the turntable 123 on the transmitting base 101 is located opposite the aiming plate 125 on the receiving base 201, and the aiming plate 125 on the turntable 123 on the transmitting base 101 is located opposite the aiming star 124 on the turntable 123 on the receiving base 201. Aiming positioning is realized through the aiming star 124 and the aiming plate 125 so as to adjust the orientation of the launching mechanism 1 and the receiving mechanism 2 and ensure that the launching mechanism 1 is opposite to the receiving mechanism 2.

Claims (7)

1. A launching mechanism is characterized by comprising a launching base, a launching frame, a winding drum, a steel wire rope, an anchor claw, an explosive shell, an explosive package, a piston and an ignition assembly, wherein the launching frame is arranged on the launching base; the winding drum is rotatably arranged on the launching base, the winding drum is positioned in the launching rack, and the explosion shell is arranged on the launching rack;
the piston comprises a small-diameter cylindrical section, a large-diameter cylindrical section and a flat section which are sequentially connected, a stepped through hole is formed in the explosion shell, and a stepped structure formed by the small-diameter cylindrical section and the large-diameter cylindrical section is arranged in the stepped through hole; one end of the steel wire rope is connected with the winding drum and wound on the winding drum, and the small-diameter cylindrical section extends out of the explosion shell and is connected with the other end of the steel wire rope; the flat plate section is positioned outside the explosion shell, two sides of the end part of the flat plate section are elastically and rotatably connected with the anchor flukes, the two anchor flukes are of V-shaped structures, and V-shaped openings face the explosion shell; the explosive package is arranged in the stepped through hole of the explosive shell, and the explosive package is positioned between the stepped surface of the stepped through hole and the transition surface connecting the small-diameter cylindrical section and the large-diameter cylindrical section; the ignition assembly is arranged on the launching rack and is used for igniting the gunpowder bag.

The launching mechanism as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a ratchet wheel, a pawl, a transition gear, a transmission shaft, an inertia wheel, a driven gear, a driving gear, a motor base, a spring plate, an electromagnet and a permanent magnet, wherein the motor base is connected with the launching frame, the motor is mounted on the motor base, and the driving gear is mounted on an output shaft of the motor; the winding drum is provided with an outer gear ring; a transition gear, a ratchet wheel, an inertia wheel and a driven gear are sequentially arranged on the transmission shaft from one end to the other end of the transmission shaft, the transmission shaft is rotatably arranged on the launcher, the transition gear is meshed with the outer gear ring, and the driven gear is meshed with the driving gear; the middle of the pawl is rotatably connected with the launching frame, one end of the pawl is connected with the launching frame through the elastic sheet, and the other end of the pawl is clamped with the ratchet wheel; the one end of pawl is equipped with the permanent magnet, be equipped with on the launcher the electro-magnet, just the electro-magnet with the permanent magnet position is relative.

The launching mechanism as recited in claim 1, further comprising a first electric power steering assembly, wherein the first electric power steering assembly comprises a first motor, a first gear, and a first gear ring disposed on the launching base, the first motor is mounted on the launching frame, the first gear is mounted on an output shaft of the first motor, the first gear is engaged with the first gear ring, and the launching frame is rotatably mounted on the launching base.

The launching mechanism as recited in claim 3, further comprising a first manual steering assembly, wherein the first manual steering assembly comprises a first manual wheel, a first toggle shaft and a third gear, the first manual wheel is provided with a first inner gear ring, and the launching base is provided with a third gear ring; the third gear is connected to two ends of the first poking shaft, the first poking shaft is rotatably mounted on the launching frame, the first manual wheel is rotatably mounted on the launching base, and the first manual wheel is located below the launching frame; the first third gear is meshed with the first inner gear ring, the first third gear is meshed with the third gear ring, and the second third gear is matched with the first gear ring.

The firing mechanism as claimed in claim 4, further comprising an auxiliary anchor assembly including an aiming star, an aiming plate, a rotating disk, wherein the rotating disk is rotatably mounted on the firing base, the rotating disk is connected with the first dial shaft, and the rotating disk is provided with the aiming star and the aiming plate.
6. A launching mechanism as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that the plate section ends are in a V-shaped configuration with the same direction as the fluke openings.
7. A high altitude escape apparatus, comprising the launching mechanism of any one of claims 1 to 6, and further comprising:
the receiving mechanism is used for shooting the fluke to the receiving mechanism, and the receiving mechanism is used for fixing the fluke;
the man carrying mechanism is used for carrying a man, and after the transmitting mechanism shoots the receiving mechanism and is fixed relative to the receiving mechanism, the man carrying mechanism is matched with the steel wire rope and can move along the steel wire rope.
