Description

Rigid belt releasing device
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of carrier rocket payload separation structures, and particularly relates to a rigid wrapping tape releasing device.
Background
The connection and separation between the payload and the carrier rocket are realized by a separating device, and the currently common payload separating device mainly comprises a nut separating device and a belt separating device. Compared with a separation nut device, the wrapping belt separation device has the advantages of good connection rigidity, high reliability and the like, and becomes the separation device which is used most at home and abroad in mainstream carrier rockets.
The belting separation device mainly comprises 2 or more than 2 belting, a plurality of V-shaped clamping blocks, a column shaft, a separation fire element and other parts. The column shaft is arranged at two ends of the steel belt, and the inner side of the steel belt is provided with a V-shaped clamping block. After the carrier rocket is in butt joint with the effective load, the steel belt is surrounded on the outer edge of the butt joint surface, a plurality of belting are connected by using a separation initiating explosive element (an explosive bolt or a cutter), the belting is tensioned by a force applying device, and then a locking nut of the separation initiating explosive element (an explosive bolt or a cutter) is locked. After the wrapping belt applies pretightening force, the wrapping belt applies radial pressure to the V-shaped clamping block, the V-shaped clamping block generates normal force on the inclined plane of the butt joint frame, and the two connected parts are tightly pressed together by the V-shaped clamping block. During separation, the separation initiating explosive element works to instantly disconnect the connection between the wrapping belts, the pre-tightening force of the wrapping belts is relaxed, the energy of the butt joint frame is rapidly released to generate radial impact on the V-shaped clamping block, the V-shaped clamping block is rapidly separated from the butt joint frame, and the effective load is pushed away from the carrier rocket under the action of the separation spring, so that the star and arrow separation is realized.
The band of present band separator adopts thin steel band to make, and the flexibility is very big, has following problem: when bearing large axial load and bending moment load, the deformation of the belting is large, and the deformation of the upper end frame and the lower end frame cannot be well controlled; after the bag belt separating device is unlocked, the flexible bag belt is constrained in motion envelope by adopting a tension spring and a limiting spring, the constraint is poor, the dynamic envelope of the bag belt is large in separation, and the bag belt is difficult to control; the belting adopts the extension spring to retrain, needs great axial installation space, can't use under the limited condition of installation space.
And the prior strap separation devices generally rely on explosive bolts or cutters to break the connection between the straps. Because the work of the explosive bolt or the cutter realizes the material fracture instantly within hundreds of microseconds, the pretightening force of the wrapping belt and the strain energy of the butt joint frame are released instantly, the separation impact of the wrapping belt type separating device is overlarge, and hidden troubles are brought to the safety of effective loads and electronic instrument equipment on the carrier rocket. Meanwhile, since the explosive bolt or the cutter and other separated initiating explosive elements cannot be reused after working once, the unlocking and separation of the wrapping tape cannot be detected on the ground in advance, and the separation reliability is not improved.

The invention reduces the belt separation impact by three measures, on one hand, the axial motion of the belt pre-tightening force acting on the left-handed screw 1 and the right-handed screw 2 is converted into the rotary motion of the flywheel 11 by utilizing the motion characteristic of spiral transmission to increase the release time of the pre-tightening force; on the other hand, the release time of the pre-tightening force is increased by utilizing the relaxation of the volute spiral spring 13 and the release of the round pin 10; in the third aspect, the non-initiating explosive device is used for pushing the trigger swing rod 20 to realize unlocking of the device, so that impact generated by work of initiating explosive devices is avoided.
As shown in fig. 14 and 15, the non-explosive slow release device of the present embodiment is in the resetting process, the power supply of the non-explosive element is cut off, the unlocking swing link 22 and the ratchet swing link 17 return to the initial position under the action of the unlocking swing link torsion spring 18, and the triggering swing link 20 returns to the initial position under the action of the triggering swing link torsion spring 21. The left-handed screw 1 and the right-handed screw 2 are connected with the flywheel 11 by penetrating through the hexagonal holes of the left end cover 3 and the right end cover 4 again, the ratchet turntable 7 is rotated clockwise, the ratchet turntable 7 drives the volute spiral spring 13 to be screwed, and the round pin 10 is embedded into the round groove of the flywheel again. At the moment, the ratchet swing rod 17 rotates under the stirring of the ratchets on the outer ring of the ratchet turntable 7, and the movement of the ratchet turntable 7 is not hindered. When the ratchet wheel rotary disc 7 drives the scroll spring 13 to be screwed in place, ratchets on the outer ring of the ratchet wheel rotary disc 7 act on the ratchet wheel swing rod 17 again, the whole device is in a locked state, and the resetting of the device is completed.
Specifically, in the connection state, the left-handed screw and the right-handed screw are respectively connected with the flywheel through the multiple threads at the end part of the screw, and the multiple threads are non-self-locking transmission threads and can convert the linear motion of the screws into the rotary motion of the flywheel. The pre-tightening force of the wrapping belt is loaded on the flywheel along the axial direction through the two screw rods, and the flywheel generates a rotating motion trend under the axial tension of the two screw rods. 8 round pins are embedded into the circumferential round grooves of the flywheel and prevent the flywheel from rotating through the retainer. The 8 round pins generate the trend of moving outwards along the square hole of the retainer under the action of the radial component force of the round groove. The spiral spring is wound outside the retainer, the inner ring of the spiral spring is fixed with the retainer, the outer ring of the spiral spring is fixed with the ratchet wheel turntable, the spiral spring is driven to be screwed by rotating the ratchet wheel turntable, and 8 round pins are fastened in the round grooves of the flywheel, so that the flywheel is prevented from rotating. The ratchet wheel rotary disc generates a reverse rotation trend under the action of the force of the volute spiral spring and the pretightening force. The ratchet wheel rotating disc acts on the ratchet wheel swing rod through the ratchet, the ratchet wheel swing rod acts on the unlocking swing rod through the boss, and the ratchet wheel rotating disc and the unlocking swing rod generate a rotating trend around the unlocking swing rod shaft. The end part of the unlocking swing rod acts on the trigger swing rod, the trigger swing rod cannot rotate freely under the action of the action force through a rotating shaft of the trigger swing rod to form self-locking, so that the rotation of the ratchet wheel rotating disc is limited, the self-locking of the whole device is finally realized, and the reliable connection of the device under the pre-tightening force of the wrapping tape is ensured.
When unlocking, a non-pyrotechnic element (such as an electromagnet, a motor or a memory alloy wire) is electrified to act and push the trigger swing rod to rotate, after the trigger swing rod leaves the self-locking position, the whole unlocking device releases self-locking, all parts start to move, finally, threaded connection of the screw rod and the flywheel is released, the tightening force of the wrapping tape is released, and the wrapping tape unlocking is realized.
When the ratchet wheel is reset, the power supply of the non-explosive element is cut off, and the trigger swing rod, the unlocking swing rod and the ratchet wheel swing rod return to the initial positions under the action of the torsion spring. The screw rod is connected with the flywheel, the ratchet wheel rotating disc is rotated, the rotating disc drives the volute spiral spring to be screwed, 8 round pins are embedded into the round grooves of the flywheel again, and the device is reset.
This embodiment provides a mechanism for strap attachment and secure unlocking that is triggered by a non-pyrotechnic element. The mechanism can complete the connection bearing function of the wrapping tape in a locking state, and realizes the unlocking of the wrapping tape and the slow release of the pretightening force by controlling the triggering of an electromagnet, a motor or a memory alloy element during the unlocking, so that the separation of the effective load can be realized. The mechanism can ensure that the belting separating device has the advantages of low impact, detectability before use, high reliability and the like, and particularly realizes that electromagnets, motors or memory alloys and the like are used as trigger elements, so that repeated tests can be carried out on the ground before use.
Compared with the explosive bolt and the cutter adopted by the existing belt separating device, the belt separating device has the advantages that the non-explosive element is used for replacing an explosive device, the safety of the belt separating device is improved, the belt separating device has the capability of repeated testing, and meanwhile, the separating impact is reduced. Meanwhile, the volute spiral spring, the round pin, the screw and the multi-thread threads of the flywheel can prolong the release time of the wrapping belt pretightening force, so that the separation impact is reduced. By designing the ratchet wheel and the swing rod reset mechanism, the product is easy to reset in ground test, and the use efficiency is improved.
Compared with the existing belting separating device, the belting with higher rigidity is fixed outside the V-shaped block, when the connecting surface is subjected to axial tension load or bending moment load, because the rigidity of the belting is good, the elastic deformation is not easy to occur, and the radial outward displacement of the V-shaped block can be limited, so that the axial deformation between the upper end frame and the lower end frame can be controlled, and the larger axial tension load or bending moment load can be borne; when the bag is unlocked, the bag strap has higher rigidity, the outward expansion motion track is fixed and limited by the catcher, and the motion envelope can be accurately controlled; because the tension spring for capturing the wrapping tape is eliminated, the rigid wrapping tape releasing device has a small axial installation space, and the function of connecting and unlocking the effective load can be realized in a small installation space.
The above-described embodiments are merely preferred embodiments of the present invention, and general changes and substitutions by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the present invention are included in the protection scope of the present invention.
