Abstract
The invention discloses an intelligent breast pump with emotion recognition and a working method thereof. The invention can intelligently distinguish the milk secreted by the mother when the emotion is abnormal, and avoids that the baby eats the milk which is not suitable for growth.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to intelligent mother and infant equipment, and particularly relates to an intelligent breast pump with emotion recognition and a working method thereof.
Background
When the baby can not directly suck breast milk, or the milk yield of the mother is larger than the requirement of the baby, or the mother needs to back milk, the breast pump is generally selected to suck and store the milk, so that the breast milk is provided for the follow-up baby and the occurrence of mastitis is reduced.
Studies show that when the mother is abnormally emotional, such as angry, anger or overexcitation, a large amount of norepinephrine and the like are secreted to pollute milk, so that the milk quality is reduced, and when the baby drinks the low-quality breast milk for a long time, the development, the disease resistance and the digestive ability of various important organs in the body are affected, and the growth and the development are seriously even delayed. Therefore, the breast pump needs to separately separate the milk generated by abnormal emotion of the mother; there have been many studies to avoid abnormal mood of mother when sucking milk, such as playing music to mother, watching daily video of baby, etc.

the flow dividing device is arranged at a bifurcation point on the inverted Y-shaped milk pipe and is used for selectively communicating a first branch of the milk sucking cover-the first milk storage tank or a second branch of the milk sucking cover-the second milk storage tank;
the control unit is used for controlling the operation of the flow dividing device and the vacuum pump;
a judging unit including an emotion judging module and a milk amount judging module, wherein,
the emotion judgment module judges whether the emotion of the user is normal or not according to whether the heart rate value of the user monitored by the intelligent wearable device in real time is within a normal range or not, records a first moment when the heart rate value is abnormal and a second moment which is delayed for a first set time length from the first moment, wherein the first set time length refers to the metabolic time of norepinephrine secreted by the user due to the abnormal emotion;
the milk quantity judging module is used for judging whether the total quantity of the milk stored in the first milk storage tank before the first moment within a second set time length is greater than a threshold value or not;
if the total amount is larger than the threshold value, the control unit controls the flow dividing device to be communicated with the second branch between the first moment and the second moment, controls the vacuum pump to operate at high power to quicken the suction of the milk containing the norepinephrine, and controls the flow dividing device to be communicated with the first branch and controls the vacuum pump to operate at normal power in the rest period;
if said total amount is less than the threshold value, which means that there is a possible insufficient amount of milk to be stored, the control unit shortens the time of the second branch of the branching means for feeding the baby, or controls the vacuum pump to operate at normal power during the time of the second branch to reduce the amount of milk flowing into the second milk storage tank.
The invention can intelligently distinguish the milk secreted by the mother when the emotion is abnormal, and avoids that the baby eats the milk which is not suitable for growth.

The structure of the present system and the functions performed are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, an intelligent breast pump includes:
the vacuum pump 3 is used for providing negative pressure for the breast shield 1;
the air pipe 2 is used for connecting the breast shield 1 and the vacuum pump 3 in a communicating way;
a breast shield 1 which, in use, fits over the user's breast and draws milk under the action of the negative pressure of the vacuum pump 3;
further comprising:
the milk storage container comprises a first milk storage tank 6 and a second milk storage tank 7, the first milk storage tank 6 is used for storing the milk secreted by the user when the emotion is normal, the second milk storage tank 7 is used for storing the milk secreted by the user when the emotion is abnormal,
one end of the inverted Y-shaped milk pipe 4 is communicated with the milk sucking cover 1, and the other two ends of the inverted Y-shaped milk pipe are respectively communicated with the first milk storage tank 6 and the second milk storage tank 7;
the flow dividing device 5 is arranged at a bifurcation point on the inverted Y-shaped milk pipe 4 and is used for selectively communicating a first branch of the suction hood-the first milk storage tank or a second branch of the suction hood-the second milk storage tank;
a control unit 8 for controlling the operation of the flow dividing means 5 and the vacuum pump 3;
a judging unit (not shown) including an emotion judging module and a milk amount judging module, wherein,
the emotion judgment module judges whether the emotion of the user is normal or not according to whether the heart rate value of the user monitored by the intelligent wearable device in real time is within a normal range or not, records a first moment when the heart rate value is abnormal and a second moment which is delayed for a first set time length from the first moment, wherein the first set time length refers to the metabolic time of norepinephrine secreted by the user due to the abnormal emotion;
the milk quantity judging module is used for judging whether the total quantity of the milk stored in the first milk storage tank before the first moment within a second set time length is greater than a threshold value or not;
if the total amount is larger than the threshold value, the control unit controls the flow dividing device to be communicated with the second branch between the first moment and the second moment, controls the vacuum pump to operate at high power to quicken the suction of the milk containing the norepinephrine, and controls the flow dividing device to be communicated with the first branch and controls the vacuum pump to operate at normal power in the rest period;
if said total amount is less than the threshold value, which means that there is a possible insufficient amount of milk to be stored, the control unit shortens the time of the second branch of the branching means for feeding the baby, or controls the vacuum pump to operate at normal power during the time of the second branch to reduce the amount of milk flowing into the second milk storage tank.

An operating method of an intelligent breast pump, the intelligent breast pump comprising: the vacuum pump is used for providing negative pressure for the breast shield; the air pipe is used for connecting the breast shield and the vacuum pump in a communicating manner; a breast shield which, in use, fits over the user's breast and draws milk under the action of the negative pressure of the vacuum pump; it is characterized by also comprising:
the milk storage container comprises a first milk storage tank and a second milk storage tank, the first milk storage tank is used for storing milk secreted by a user under normal emotion, the second milk storage tank is used for storing milk secreted by the user under abnormal emotion, and the inverted Y-shaped milk tube is communicated with the milk sucking cover at one end and is respectively communicated with the first milk storage tank and the second milk storage tank at the other two ends;

the milk quantity judging module is used for judging whether the total quantity of the milk stored in the first milk storage tank before the first moment within a second set time length is greater than a threshold value or not;
the working method comprises the following steps: if the total amount is larger than the threshold value, the control unit controls the flow dividing device to be communicated with the second branch between the first moment and the second moment, controls the vacuum pump to operate at high power to quicken the suction of the milk containing the norepinephrine, and controls the flow dividing device to be communicated with the first branch and controls the vacuum pump to operate at normal power in the rest period; if said total amount is less than the threshold value, this means that there is a possible insufficient amount of milk, and in order to avoid an insufficient feeding of the baby, the control unit shortens the time during which the branching means communicates with the second branch.
