Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a health preserving therapy, in particular to a channel warming and health preserving therapy based on health preserving wine and a fire pot.
Background
With the rapid development of society and the improvement of living standard, people have a higher standard pursuit for body health care. In the traditional Chinese medicine concept of China, whether a human body is healthy depends on whether the human body achieves yin-yang balance. In modern life, most people are not enough to sit and move for a long time and are used to be placed in an air-conditioning and refrigerating environment, particularly in a humid area, the balance of yin and yang in the body of people is disturbed, and cold and dampness invade, so that various problems of cervical vertebra and lumbar pain, rheumatic bone pain, gynecological uterus cold and the like are caused.
At present, the health-care treatment for warming meridians and eliminating dampness mainly comprises moxibustion, medicated bath, steaming and the like, wherein moxa leaves used in the moxibustion treatment have odor irritation, and skin scald is easily caused by improper operation due to the fact that the moxa sticks are used when the moxa sticks are used; the medicated bath needs to soak the human body in the medicinal liquid at a higher temperature for a certain time, so the therapy is not suitable for people with high blood pressure, high blood sugar and people with heart diseases; the sweat steaming adopts the heating external environment to put the human body in the high-temperature environment, and the aim of dehumidification is achieved by passive sweating. The channel warming and health preserving therapy has the functions of dredging channels and vessels, promoting qi circulation and regulating blood, warming yang and dispelling cold, and has the effects of health care and health preservation after long-term use.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems and provide a meridian warming and health preserving therapy based on health preserving wine and a brazier.
The invention realizes the purpose through the following technical scheme:
step 1: the health wine has health promoting effect, and contains bioactive substances beneficial to human health. The health care effect of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials is combined with the white spirit with the effects of dredging channels, promoting qi circulation, regulating blood, warming yang, dispelling cold and the like, so that the health care effect is enhanced, the unique drinking taste of the white spirit is given, the drinking requirement of consumers is met, and the white spirit has the health care effect.
The health-preserving wine is prepared by infusing traditional Chinese medicinal materials in pure grain primary pulp liquor with the alcoholic strength of 60 vol%, wherein the mass ratio of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials to the pure grain primary pulp liquor with the alcoholic strength of 60 vol% is 1: 15-1: 30.
The traditional Chinese medicinal materials are 18 traditional Chinese medicinal raw materials of cynomorium songaricum, cistanche deserticola, medlar, safflower, eucommia ulmoides, caulis spatholobi, rhodiola rosea, pawpaw, angelica, cortex acanthopanacis, cassia twig, angelica dahurica, glossy privet fruit, herba epimedii, caulis piperis, polygonum cuspidatum, notopterygium root and morinda officinalis in parts by mass respectively.
The preparation method of the health-preserving wine comprises the following steps:
adding the cynomorium songaricum, the cistanche deserticola, the medlar, the safflower, the eucommia ulmoides, the caulis spatholobi, the rhodiola rosea, the pawpaw, the angelica, the cortex acanthopanacis, the cassia twig, the angelica dahurica, the glossy privet fruit, the epimedium herb, the caulis piperis futokadsurae, the polygonum cuspidatum, the huaitong, the morinda officinalis and the like into 60 vol% pure grain primary pulp liquor for soaking for 3-36 months.
The Chinese medicinal materials are dissolved in the liquor, the liquor has the functions of dredging channels, promoting qi circulation, regulating blood, warming yang and dispelling cold, and the combination of the liquor and the Chinese medicinal material effective components ensures that the health wine has extremely high nutritional value. The health wine is brown yellow, has effects of dredging collaterals, strengthening bones, enhancing immunity, resisting oxidation, and rich and coordinated nutrients, is rich in vitamin E and inorganic metal elements, and has effects of health promotion after long-term drinking.
The total polysaccharide and total saponin in the health-preserving wine are more than or equal to 500mg/L and more than or equal to 90 mg/L.
The health-preserving wine has the beneficial effects that: the health-preserving wine has simple preparation method and stable product quality, can be taken orally or used externally, and meets the requirements of modern people on pursuing healthy and rational drinking and the special effects of health preservation and health care.
Step 2: and (5) preparing the fire pan. By utilizing the characteristics of stable heat transfer and long heat preservation time of ceramic and the characteristics of wear resistance, corrosion resistance and the like of stainless steel or copper alloy, the innermost layer of the structure of the fire pan is made of ceramic, the middle layer is made of heat insulation tissues such as asbestos, sponge and other materials with heat insulation functions, and the outermost layer is made of stainless steel or copper alloy products. The size of the fire pot is different according to different temperature parts, and is 50mm-200mm different.
The fire pan still includes the cover of preventing scalding of fire pan oral area, is by the pure cotton insulated fabric preparation that has thickness more than 5mm, and the fire pan mouth is lived to annular parcel to prevent scalding two annular edges of cover and install the elastic cord additional, convenient to detach and washing need to overlap after step 3 preheats the fire pan and prevent scalding the cover and use.
And step 3: preheating the brazier. The brazier needs to be preheated twice in a fire-safe environment.
Firstly, adding 5-10ml of 95 vol% medical alcohol or pure grain alcohol into a ceramic basin, igniting the alcohol by using an igniter to ensure that the alcohol is burnt to form red and blue flames, and wiping the basin bottom by using a clean towel after the alcohol is burnt;
secondly, adding 20-25ml of 95 vol% medical alcohol or pure grain alcohol into the ceramic basin again, igniting the alcohol by using an igniter, and wiping the basin bottom by using a clean towel after the alcohol is completely combusted.
And 4, step 4: the fire basin is sleeved with the anti-scald sleeve. After the fire pan is preheated, the burn-proof sleeve is sleeved on the mouth of the fire pan and placed in a safe position for standby.
And 5: smearing health wine. The prepared health wine is poured out 5-10ml at one time, and is applied to parts needing to warm channels, such as abdomen, waist, back, knee and other parts.
Step 6: the preheated brazier is used. The fire basin is preheated, covered with the anti-scald sleeve, and lightly placed on the channel warming parts such as abdomen, waist, back and knee parts coated with health wine.
And 7: and (5) preserving the heat. After the preheated fire pot is placed at the meridian warming part, a plurality of towels are used for tightly pressing the periphery of the fire pot, so that no obvious gap exists at the meridian warming part; meanwhile, a bath towel or a quilt is covered around the fire basin to keep the temperature of the fire basin as much as possible and keep the temperature for about 20-30 minutes.
And 8: the brazier is taken down and sweat is wiped. After the fire pan is taken down, sweat seeped out of the skin at the position of the fire pan is wiped off in time by a towel, and body heat preservation work is well done.
Drawings
The invention is further described below with reference to the following figures and examples:
