Referring to fig. 2 and fig. 3, the blocking assembly 4 includes a supporting plate 41, a second cylinder 42, a blocking block 43 and a blocking groove 44, the supporting plate 41 is fixed in the box 1, a cylinder body of the second cylinder 42 is fixed on the supporting plate 41, the blocking block 43 is fixed at an end of a piston rod of the second cylinder 42, the blocking groove 44 is opened in the conveying groove plate 31 for the blocking block 43 to slide vertically in and out, when the second cylinder 42 on the supporting plate 41 is started, the blocking block 43 can be driven to vertically lift and slide in the blocking groove 44, so as to ensure that the medicine box 12 can smoothly flow out when the medicine box needs to flow out, and is blocked when the medicine box does not need to flow out.

s3, preparing an antifouling coating solution: cooling the antifouling coating prefabricated liquid obtained in the step S1 to 50 ℃, adding ethanol, polydimethylsiloxane, phenyl o-hydroxybenzoate, methyl silicone oil and waterborne polyurethane, uniformly mixing, and heating to 70 ℃ to obtain an antifouling coating solution;
s4, coating: spraying the antifouling coating solution obtained in the step S3 on the surface of the box body 1 by using a high-pressure spray gun in a vacuum high-temperature spraying manner;
s5, drying: the surface of the housing 1 coated in S4 is cured by ultraviolet rays.
Example 3
The difference from example 2 lies in the preparation of the antifouling coating, wherein the preparation process of the antifouling coating is as follows:
s1, selecting the following components by weight: 85 parts of polytetrafluoroethylene, 45 parts of acrylic resin, 30 parts of polymethacrylate, 40 parts of epoxy resin emulsion, 60 parts of ethanol, 10 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 10 parts of phenyl ortho-hydroxybenzoate, 10 parts of methyl silicone oil and 10 parts of waterborne polyurethane;
s2, preparing an antifouling coating pre-preparation liquid; mixing and stirring polytetrafluoroethylene, acrylic resin, polymethacrylate and epoxy resin emulsion uniformly, adding into a reaction kettle, heating to 134 ℃, and then preserving heat for 10 in;
s3, preparing an antifouling coating solution: cooling the antifouling coating prefabricated liquid obtained in the step S1 to 53 ℃, adding ethanol, polydimethylsiloxane, phenyl o-hydroxybenzoate, methyl silicone oil and waterborne polyurethane, uniformly mixing, and heating to 74 ℃ to obtain an antifouling coating solution;
s4, coating: spraying the antifouling coating solution obtained in the step S3 on the surface of the box body 1 by using a high-pressure spray gun in a vacuum high-temperature spraying manner;
s5, drying: the surface of the housing 1 coated in S4 is cured by ultraviolet rays.
Example 4
The difference from example 2 lies in the preparation of the antifouling coating, wherein the preparation process of the antifouling coating is as follows:
s1, selecting the following components by weight: 85 parts of polytetrafluoroethylene, 45 parts of acrylic resin, 35 parts of polymethacrylate, 45 parts of epoxy resin emulsion, 65 parts of ethanol, 10 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 10 parts of phenyl ortho-hydroxybenzoate, 10 parts of methyl silicone oil and 10 parts of waterborne polyurethane;
s2, preparing an antifouling coating pre-preparation liquid; mixing and stirring polytetrafluoroethylene, acrylic resin, polymethacrylate and epoxy resin emulsion uniformly, adding into a reaction kettle, heating to 134 ℃, and then preserving heat for 10 in;
s3, preparing an antifouling coating solution: cooling the antifouling coating prefabricated liquid obtained in the step S1 to 53 ℃, adding ethanol, polydimethylsiloxane, phenyl o-hydroxybenzoate, methyl silicone oil and waterborne polyurethane, uniformly mixing, and heating to 74 ℃ to obtain an antifouling coating solution;
s4, coating: spraying the antifouling coating solution obtained in the step S3 on the surface of the box body 1 by using a high-pressure spray gun in a vacuum high-temperature spraying manner;
s5, drying: the surface of the housing 1 coated in S4 is cured by ultraviolet rays.
Example 5
The difference from example 2 lies in the preparation of the antifouling coating, wherein the preparation process of the antifouling coating is as follows:
s1, selecting the following components by weight: 85 parts of polytetrafluoroethylene, 45 parts of acrylic resin, 35 parts of polymethacrylate, 45 parts of epoxy resin emulsion, 65 parts of ethanol, 10 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 15 parts of phenyl ortho-hydroxybenzoate, 15 parts of methyl silicone oil and 10 parts of waterborne polyurethane;
s2, preparing an antifouling coating pre-preparation liquid; mixing and stirring polytetrafluoroethylene, acrylic resin, polymethacrylate and epoxy resin emulsion uniformly, adding into a reaction kettle, heating to 136 ℃, and then preserving heat for 10 in;
s3, preparing an antifouling coating solution: cooling the antifouling coating prefabricated liquid obtained in the step S1 to 56 ℃, adding ethanol, polydimethylsiloxane, phenyl o-hydroxybenzoate, methyl silicone oil and waterborne polyurethane, uniformly mixing, and heating to 78 ℃ to obtain an antifouling coating solution;
s4, coating: spraying the antifouling coating solution obtained in the step S3 on the surface of the box body 1 by using a high-pressure spray gun in a vacuum high-temperature spraying manner;
s5, drying: the surface of the housing 1 coated in S4 is cured by ultraviolet rays.
Example 6
The difference from example 2 lies in the preparation of the antifouling coating, wherein the preparation process of the antifouling coating is as follows:
s1, selecting the following components by weight: 100 parts of polytetrafluoroethylene, 50 parts of acrylic resin, 50 parts of polymethacrylate, 50 parts of epoxy resin emulsion, 80 parts of ethanol, 20 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 20 parts of phenyl ortho-hydroxybenzoate, 20 parts of methyl silicone oil and 20 parts of waterborne polyurethane;
s2, preparing an antifouling coating pre-preparation liquid; mixing and stirring polytetrafluoroethylene, acrylic resin, polymethacrylate and epoxy resin emulsion uniformly, adding into a reaction kettle, heating to 140 ℃, and then preserving heat for 10 in;
s3, preparing an antifouling coating solution: cooling the antifouling coating prefabricated liquid obtained in the step S1 to 56 ℃, adding ethanol, polydimethylsiloxane, phenyl o-hydroxybenzoate, methyl silicone oil and waterborne polyurethane, uniformly mixing, and heating to 80 ℃ to obtain an antifouling coating solution;
s4, coating: spraying the antifouling coating solution obtained in the step S3 on the surface of the box body 1 by using a high-pressure spray gun in a vacuum high-temperature spraying manner;
s5, drying: the surface of the housing 1 coated in S4 is cured by ultraviolet rays.
For the tests of the surface hardness and peel strength of the cases 1 coated with the antifouling coatings of examples 2 to 6, the data of all examples were normalized based on the data of example 2 for the sake of comparison.

From the above, since the test results of the surface hardness and the peel strength of the case 1 in example 5 are higher than those of the other examples coated with the antifouling coating, the preparation method of the antifouling coating given in example 5 is the most preferable choice.
