The existing filter stick humidifying technology mainly comprises the step of adding blasting beads in a filter stick. The cigarette prepared by the filter stick humidifying process needs to apply external force to the popping beads during smoking, so that the humidifying function can be realized only after the popping beads are broken, and the inconvenience of smoking the cigarette is increased. Moreover, the cigarette prepared by the filter stick humidifying process can only reduce the smoking and drying feeling in a short time after the bead blasting is broken, and cannot continuously reduce the smoking and drying feeling for a long time, so that the smoking experience is influenced.
Therefore, how to provide a filter stick which is convenient to suck and can be continuously humidified for a long time becomes a technical problem to be solved in the field.

Various exemplary embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that: the relative arrangement of the components and steps, the numerical expressions and numerical values set forth in these embodiments do not limit the scope of the present invention unless specifically stated otherwise.

As shown in fig. 1, the moisturizing filter stick of the present disclosure comprises a filter stick body 1 and a moisturizing tube 2. The humidifying pipe 2 is embedded in the filter stick body 1. The plug body 1 may have a plug construction as is well known in the art, for example a plug construction consisting of tow and plug wrap. The humidifying pipe 2 may have a diameter of 1mm to 4 mm.
A plurality of humidifying units 20 are provided on both the outer wall and the inner wall of the humidifying pipe 2. The humidifying unit 20 includes a water storage hole and a hole sealing film. The water storage hole is used for storing water for humidification. The water storage hole may have a cylindrical shape or a tapered shape. The hole sealing film is used for sealing the opening of the water storage hole so as to seal water in the water storage hole. The hole sealing film is made of a phase change material so as to release water in the water storage hole when the temperature of the humidifying filter stick rises to the suction temperature. When the temperature of the humidifying pipe rises to the suction temperature, the hole sealing film can be changed from a solid phase to a liquid phase, so that the water storage hole is opened, water in the water storage hole can be released under the heating of smoke, and the dry feeling of suction is reduced. The smoking temperature refers to the lowest temperature of smoke generated after the cigarette is ignited. The phase-change temperature of the phase-change material can be 40-50 ℃. In particular implementations, the phase change material may include polyethylene glycol, higher fatty acids, gelatin, and guar gum.
Because the humidifying units 20 are arranged on the outer wall and the inner wall of the humidifying pipe 2, water molecules can be released in the axial direction and the radial direction of the humidifying pipe 2, and the suction drying feeling can be effectively reduced. In addition, the humidifying pipe 2 with the axial through hole is also beneficial to reducing the suction resistance of the filter stick.
The humidifying filter stick disclosed by the invention can automatically release the water sealed in the humidifying unit 20 after the cigarette is ignited, can continuously realize the humidifying function for a long time, and is favorable for reducing the smoking and drying feeling.
In one embodiment of the humidified filter stick of the present disclosure, in order to avoid direct contact of the combusted tobacco shreds with the humidifying pipe 2, the distance between the humidifying pipe 2 and the end surface of the filter stick body 1 adjacent to the tobacco shreds is 5% -10% of the length of the filter stick body 1. The distance between the humidifying pipe 2 and the end face of the filter stick body 1 adjacent to the tobacco shreds refers to the distance between the end of the humidifying pipe 2 adjacent to the tobacco shreds and the end face of the filter stick body 1 adjacent to the tobacco shreds. The distance between the humidifying pipe 2 and the end face of the filter stick body 1 far away from the tobacco shred is smaller than the distance between the humidifying pipe 2 and the end face of the filter stick body 1 near the tobacco shred. According to the characteristics that the smoke temperature near the tobacco shred end of the humidifying pipe 2 is higher and the smoke temperature near the lip end is lower, the aperture of the water storage hole is designed to be gradually reduced from the end face, close to the tobacco shred, of the filter stick body 1 to the end face far away from the tobacco shred, and the smoking and drying feeling is favorably and effectively reduced.
Further, the distance between the water storage holes of the adjacent humidifying units 20 on the outer wall of the humidifying pipe 2 gradually increases from the end face of the filter stick body 1 adjacent to the tobacco shred to the end face far away from the tobacco shred. The distance between the water storage holes of the adjacent humidification cells 20 refers to the distance between the edges of the adjacent water storage holes along the line connecting the geometric centers of the adjacent water storage holes.
The direction of the water storage hole of the humidifying unit 20 from the end face of the filter stick body 1 close to the tobacco shred to the end face far away from the tobacco shred is changed from large to small and is sparse, so that the humidifying filter stick is beneficial to more uniformly releasing water molecules along with the reduction of the smoke temperature from the end close to the tobacco shred to the end close to the lip of the humidifying pipe 2, and the suction drying feeling is more effectively reduced.
Further, in order to release water molecules more uniformly, the humidifying units 20 on the outer wall of the humidifying pipe 2 are arranged radially along the direction from the end face of the filter stick body 1 adjacent to the tobacco shred to the end face far away from the tobacco shred.
Since the humidifying pipe 2 is surrounded by the filter stick body 1, the speed of water released by the humidifying unit 20 on the inner wall of the humidifying pipe 2 reaching the oral cavity is greater than the speed of water released by the humidifying unit 20 on the outer wall of the humidifying pipe 2 reaching the oral cavity. In one embodiment of the humidifying filter stick of the present disclosure, in order to achieve better suction experience, the aperture of the water storage hole of the humidifying unit 20 located on the inner wall of the humidifying pipe 2 is set smaller than the aperture of the water storage hole of the humidifying unit 20 located on the outer wall of the humidifying pipe 2, which is beneficial to balance the amount of water molecules released by the humidifying unit 20 on the inner wall of the humidifying pipe 2 with the amount of water molecules released by the humidifying unit 20 on the outer wall of the humidifying pipe 2.

In one embodiment of the moisturizing filter stick of the present disclosure, the opening of the water storage hole is the smallest of the pore size of the water storage hole.
