setting a single lamp controller of each street lamp, and reading information and a current control mode of the street lamp;

the street lamp management unit sends grouping commands to the single lamp controller to complete the unified on-off control of the street lamps;
screening out the street lamps with preset equipment according to preset screening conditions, and issuing commands to single lamp controllers of the screened out street lamps to complete unified function control of the selected street lamps;
the single lamp controller executes corresponding street lamp control instructions according to the group control street lamp and the single control street lamp control tasks issued by the control strategy unit;
the single lamp controller reports longitude and latitude information to the longitude and latitude control unit and returns sunrise and sunset time of the longitude and latitude place corresponding to the current day;
the longitude and latitude control unit calculates the optimal street lamp turning-on time and the optimal street lamp turning-off time according to the acquired sunrise and sunset time, and sends the optimal street lamp turning-off time to the single lamp controller to serve as the single lamp controller to control the lamp turning-on and turning-off time of the street lamp.
