Example one
The safety early warning method for the physical examination vehicle provided by the embodiment of the invention is applied to a safety early warning system for the physical examination vehicle, and the safety early warning system is arranged on the physical examination vehicle, as shown in figure 1. And the client is in communication connection with the server. The method comprises the following steps:
step 110: acquiring fault information of the physical examination vehicle;
specifically, the safety early warning system comprises a plurality of clients and a server, wherein the server is in wireless connection with the clients, so that the clients are not bound by connecting lines and are convenient to move. The client sides are divided into a first client side and a second client side, the first client side is a medical client side, the second client side is a client side for the examinee, and the first client side and the second client side are different. The second client can be installed on the intelligent equipment of the person to be examined in the form of APP, and can also exist on the intelligent equipment of the person to be examined in the form of WeChat applet, and the intelligent equipment can be a mobile phone, a tablet, an intelligent watch, a computer and the like.
The failure information of the physical examination vehicle is mainly failure information of the vehicle, such as power supply abnormality, abnormal sound of an engine, abnormal air conditioning equipment and the like, and the failure information is obtained in two ways, wherein the first way is as follows: the server is in communication connection with a control device of the physical examination vehicle, and the control device sends fault information of the physical examination vehicle to the early warning system; the control device is in communication connection with various sensors on the physical examination vehicle, obtains state information of the physical examination vehicle through the sensors, and judges whether the physical examination vehicle breaks down according to the state information so as to obtain the fault information. The second method is as follows: the driver of the physical examination vehicle checks the state of the physical examination vehicle and inputs the checked fault information of the physical examination vehicle to the first client, and the first client transmits the fault information to the server.
Step 120: acquiring physical examination progress information;
step 130: obtaining a first time threshold according to the physical examination progress information, wherein the first time threshold is the minimum remaining time required by the physical examination;
specifically, the server is in communication connection with physical examination equipment on the physical examination vehicle, and the physical examination equipment transmits information such as detection progress and detection results of detection performed by the physical examination equipment to the server; for the physical examination items needing to be manually completed by the doctor, after the doctor completes the detection, the detection result of the physical examination item is input to the first client, and the server obtains the physical examination progress information and the physical examination result through the first client. The doctor inputs a physical examination list of a person to be examined into the first client, and the physical examination list contains physical examination items required to be performed by the person to be examined. After the examinee completes one physical examination, the server receives a physical examination result, records the detection result in the physical examination sheet, and determines that the examinee completes the physical examination. When a physical examination project needs a plurality of steps, every time a step is finished, a doctor inputs the information finished by the step into the first client, and the server obtains the progress information of the physical examination project through the first client.
The server comprises an operation flow database, the operation flow database comprises standard operation flows of the physical examination items, and the operation flow comprises operation steps, standard time required for normally completing the operation steps and quick time required for quickly completing the operation steps. The server can obtain unfinished physical examination items of the detected person according to the physical examination order and the finished physical examination items of the detected person; and obtaining the minimum time required for completing the remaining items in the physical examination list, namely the first time threshold according to the incomplete items, the progress of the incomplete items and the quick time.
For example, the examination sheet of the examination person a includes four examination items of blood routine, blood pressure, electrocardiogram and B-mode ultrasound, and after the doctor uses the mercury sphygmomanometer to perform blood pressure detection on the examination person a, the detected blood pressure value is input to the first client; the electrocardiograph is in communication connection with the server, and after the electrocardiogram detection is carried out by the detected personnel machine A, the electrocardiograph transmits an electrocardiogram detection result to the server; when the routine blood examination is performed, a doctor just takes a blood sample from a person to be examined, and after information of one step of the taken blood sample is input into the first client, the physical examination vehicle breaks down, and the server obtains the rapid time of the routine blood examination performed by the routine blood examination device as 30 minutes according to the operation flow database; and the server knows that the A examined person still has B-ultrasonic examination according to the physical examination sheet, the quick time of the B-ultrasonic examination is 30 minutes, and the first time threshold is 1 hour (30 minutes +30 minutes).
Step 140: according to the fault information, a second time threshold value is obtained, and the second time threshold value is the maximum time within which the physical examination vehicle can normally run under the condition that the fault exists;
specifically, there are two ways to obtain the second threshold, the first being: the control device of the physical examination vehicle estimates the longest normal operation of the physical examination vehicle under the condition of the existence of the fault, obtains the second threshold time, and transmits the second threshold time to the early warning system; secondly, the driver estimates the maximum time for which the physical examination vehicle can normally run according to experience to obtain the second threshold time, and inputs the second threshold time into the first client, and the first client transmits the second time threshold to the server.
Step 150: judging whether the first time threshold value is within the second time threshold value;
step 160: and if the first time threshold is within the second time threshold, obtaining a first early warning instruction, wherein the first early warning instruction is used for reminding that the physical examination is executed within the first time threshold.
Specifically, the server determines whether the first time threshold is smaller than the second time threshold, if the first time threshold is smaller than the second time threshold, it indicates that the person under examination can complete physical examination within the second preset time threshold, and the server sends the first early warning instruction to the doctor through the first client to prompt the doctor to complete a physical examination item within the first preset time. Reach when the physical examination car breaks down, to the uptime of physical examination car estimate to carry out the comparison with uptime and physical examination completion required time, for whether the doctor insists on doing the physical examination and provide reliable early warning, guarantee going on smoothly of physical examination, avoid the technological effect of physical examination work interrupt.
Further, the method comprises:
if the first time threshold is not within the second time threshold, obtaining a second early warning instruction;
obtaining a third time threshold according to the second early warning instruction, wherein the third time threshold is the minimum time required by the physical examination emergency stop;
and obtaining a first execution instruction according to the third time threshold, wherein the first execution instruction is used for controlling the physical examination to end within the third time threshold.
Specifically, if the entire physical examination of the person to be examined cannot be completed within the first time threshold, the server sends a second warning instruction to the first client, where the second warning instruction is used to instruct a doctor to estimate a minimum time required for the emergency termination of the physical examination, that is, the third time threshold. And the doctor pre-estimates the third time threshold according to experience, inputs the third time threshold to the first client, and the first client transmits the third time threshold to the server. And the server sends the first execution instruction according to the third time threshold, and the first instruction information instructs all staff in the physical examination vehicle to finish related work within the third time threshold.
Further, the method comprises:
obtaining a first minimum time required for the first subject person to undergo an emergency termination;
obtaining a second minimum time required for the emergency termination of the physical examination of the second examined person;
judging whether the first minimum time is smaller than the second minimum time;
if the first minimum time is less than the second minimum time, the third time threshold is equal to the second minimum time;
if the first minimum time is greater than or equal to the second minimum time, the third time threshold is equal to the first minimum time.
Specifically, if more than two examinees are in the physical examination vehicle, the time required for urgently stopping the physical examination of the first examinee is the first minimum time, the time required for urgently stopping the physical examination of the second examinee is the second minimum time, and the server takes the maximum value of the first minimum time and the second minimum time as the third time threshold, so that the technical effect of ensuring that the physical examinations in the physical examination vehicle can be smoothly and urgently stopped is achieved.
Further, the method comprises:
obtaining a fourth time threshold, wherein the fourth time threshold is the time required for the normal physical examination;
obtaining weather forecast information within the fourth time threshold;
judging whether extreme weather exists in the weather forecast information within the fourth time threshold, wherein the extreme weather influences the normal running of the physical examination;
and if the extreme weather exists, obtaining a third early warning instruction, wherein the third early warning instruction is used for reminding the physical examination to be completed within the first time threshold.
Specifically, the server obtains the time required for normally completing the remaining items in the medical examination order, that is, the fourth time threshold, according to the incomplete items, the progress of the incomplete items, and the standard time. The server is in communication connection with the weather forecast system, and the weather forecast system transmits weather forecast information to the server in real time. The server obtains the weather forecast information in the fourth time threshold value through the weather forecast system, and judges whether extreme weather influencing normal physical examination is existed in the weather forecast information, wherein the extreme weather can be extreme weather influencing normal operation of physical examination equipment, detection precision of the physical examination equipment and the like, and can also be extreme weather influencing psychological states of the examined person and/or physical examination doctor. If the extreme weather exists in the fourth time threshold time period, the early warning system sends a third early warning instruction to the first client, and reminds a physical examination doctor to finish physical examination on a person to be examined at a speed as soon as possible, so that the technical effects of avoiding the influence of the extreme weather on normal physical examination and ensuring the physical examination precision are achieved.
Further, the method comprises:
obtaining a single examination result of a person to be examined;
obtaining a preset early warning threshold value;
judging whether the single examination result of the inspected person is within the preset early warning threshold value or not;
and if the single examination result of the examined person is within the preset early warning threshold value, obtaining a fourth early warning instruction, wherein the fourth early warning instruction is used for reminding the examined person that the examination result is abnormal.
Specifically, the server is internally provided with a normal range of the physical examination data of each physical examination item, and the preset early warning threshold is an abnormal range of each physical examination item. When the single examination result is within the preset early warning threshold value range, the examination result of the examined person is unqualified, and the server sends the fourth early warning information to the second client to remind the examined person that the physical examination data is abnormal. The technical effect that the examined person can timely and clearly know whether the physical examination result is normal or not and further check and treat the disease early is achieved.
Further, the method comprises:
acquiring running state information of physical examination equipment;
judging whether the running state of the physical examination equipment has a fault or not;
if the running state of the physical examination equipment has a fault, acquiring a fifth early warning instruction;
according to the fifth early warning instruction, first position information of the physical examination vehicle is obtained;
obtaining idle equipment information closest to the first position information;
and obtaining a first borrowing instruction according to the idle equipment information, wherein the first borrowing instruction is used for borrowing the idle equipment.
Specifically, there are two methods for the server to obtain the running state information of the physical examination equipment, one is as follows: the physical examination equipment is in communication connection with the server, the physical examination equipment transmits the state information of the physical examination equipment to the physical examination equipment, and the server obtains the state information through the state information transmitted by the physical examination equipment; the other is as follows: a medical examination doctor or an equipment engineer inputs fault information of the equipment into the first client regularly, when the medical examination equipment is found to be in fault, state information of the medical examination equipment is immediately input into the first client, and the server obtains the state information of the equipment through the first client. And the server judges whether the physical examination equipment has a fault and/or has a fault according to the state information.
The early warning system further comprises a positioning device, and the positioning device obtains the position information of the physical examination vehicle in real time.
