Example one
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a medical history reminding method according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is applicable to a situation that an electronic medical record of a user is managed in an online diagnosis and treatment scenario, where the electronic medical record includes medical history information of the user. Specifically, the medical history reminding method can be executed by the management server.
As shown in fig. 1, the method specifically includes the following steps:
s110, responding to a first trigger condition, accessing an electronic medical record database through a medical record management module to read the electronic medical record of a target user from the electronic medical record database, wherein the electronic medical record comprises medical history information of the target user.
In this embodiment, a management server is used to provide an online diagnosis and treatment management platform, and a doctor, a user (patient) manager, a manufacturer, and the like can interact with each other through a corresponding user side login platform, so as to implement services such as online inquiry, visit and prescription, purchase drug payment, resource circulation, and the like. The management server integrates modules for realizing different service functions, and the modules run independently, can be upgraded or modified independently, and have the characteristics of portability and decoupling. Firstly, the electronic medical record database is accessed through the inquiry service module, the electronic medical record database stores the electronic medical records of each user, and the electronic medical records record the medical history information of the target user, such as diseases suffered by the target user, the treatment scheme and the treatment effect given by an inquiry doctor, the prescribed medicines, the corresponding order records and the like. The management side and the user can request the management server to inquire the medical history information, and the management server can also push the medical history information to the user side in real time or periodically.
Optionally, the first trigger condition may be one of: a target user logs in a user side; a target user initiates a medical history query request or an inquiry request; the time length from the last time of displaying the inquiry information and the medical history information in the electronic medical record of the target user reaches the set time length (in this case, the electronic medical record can be updated regularly by reading the electronic medical record of the target user in combination with the inquiry information, so that the accuracy of the electronic medical record data is ensured); the inquiry service module acquires inquiry information of a target user. Therefore, the electronic medical records are read in time and medical history information is acquired, the physical state of a target user can be mastered in time in the inquiry process, and the reliability of online diagnosis and treatment is improved.
And S120, acquiring the inquiry information of the target user through an inquiry service module.
Specifically, the target user initiates an online inquiry or queries medical history information (or patients), and the management server can acquire the inquiry information of the target user in the current inquiry process through the inquiry service module, including what symptoms the target user presents currently, a treatment scheme and medicines to be adopted, and the like.
And S130, generating a reminding interface of the electronic medical record according to the inquiry information and the medical history information through an interface display module.
Specifically, a prompting interface of the electronic medical record is generated through the interface display module according to the inquiry information and the medical history information of the target user and serves as a basis for online diagnosis and treatment. By displaying the inquiry information and the medical history information, doctors or users are effectively reminded to comprehensively consider the medical history information of the target users, and the reliability of online diagnosis and treatment is improved. For example, different treatment schemes have been adopted for diseases that the target user has suffered from, and different treatment effects are obtained, so that how the treatment effect of the current inquiry information is, whether the treatment scheme or the given medicine is available or not can be known, and the treatment scheme can be conveniently adjusted by a doctor or the user according to the self condition; in another example, if the target user is allergic to some drugs, the target user can be prevented from using allergic drugs and the like by displaying the inquiry information and the medical history information.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a prompting interface of an electronic medical record according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the inquiry information includes the treatment plan and the drugs to be used by the target user, the medical history (with trauma and operation history) of the target user, the allergy of the target user to animal protein, and the like are also displayed in the electronic medical record, so that it can be known that the drugs related to animal protein should not be used in the current inquiry process, and the drugs irritating to the patient with trauma and operation history should not be used, and the like, so that the reliability of online diagnosis and treatment can be improved by displaying and reminding the inquiry information and the medical history information as the basis of online diagnosis and treatment.
In response to a first trigger condition, an electronic medical record database is accessed through a medical record management module to read an electronic medical record of a target user from the electronic medical record database, wherein the electronic medical record comprises medical history information of the target user; acquiring inquiry information of the target user through an inquiry service module; and generating a reminding interface of the electronic medical record according to the inquiry information and the medical history information through an interface display module. According to the technical scheme, the medical history information is recorded in the electronic medical record and is displayed and reminded in time to serve as the basis of online diagnosis and treatment, so that the reliability of online diagnosis and treatment is improved.
Example two
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a medical history reminding method according to a second embodiment of the present invention, and this embodiment is optimized based on the second embodiment, and specifically describes a process of updating medical history information in an electronic medical record and pushing the electronic medical record. In this embodiment, the electronic medical record also records the debt information of the target user, and allows the target user to make up the debt in the process of inquiring about or inquiring about the allergy history. It should be noted that technical details that are not described in detail in the present embodiment may be referred to any of the above embodiments.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the method specifically includes the following steps:
s210, responding to a first trigger condition, accessing an electronic medical record database through a medical record management module to read an electronic medical record of a target user from the electronic medical record database, wherein the electronic medical record comprises medical history information of the target user.
And S220, acquiring the inquiry information of the target user through an inquiry service module.
S230, is the inquiry information consistent with a piece of medical history information of the target user? If yes, go to S240, otherwise go to S250.
Specifically, the inquiry information is compared with the medical history information of the target user through the medical history management module, on one hand, whether the inquiry information is reasonable or not can be determined according to the medical history information, a reminding effect is achieved, on the other hand, the inquiry information can be added into the electronic medical history to serve as new medical history information, and timely updating of the medical history information is achieved.
And S240, copying the piece of medical history information and adding a time stamp to the piece of medical history information.
Specifically, if the acquired inquiry information is consistent with a piece of medical history information of the target user, that is, the target user has the same medical history and adopts the same treatment scheme, only a current record needs to be added for the medical history and the treatment scheme, specifically, the medical history information in the electronic medical record can be copied through the medical record management module, and a timestamp of the current inquiry information is added.
And S250, adding the inquiry information in the electronic medical record according to a preset medical record template.
Specifically, the inquiry information may be inconsistent with the medical history information recorded in the electronic medical record, that is, if a new symptom of the target user is found or a new treatment scheme is adopted in the current inquiry process, the medical history recording template is automatically filled through the medical record management module, and new medical history information is added to the electronic medical record.
The medical history template may be in Extensible Markup Language (XML) format, which may be Clinical Data Center (CDR) structured XML or element structured XML. The CDR is a clinical data repository that integrates multiple sources, providing a unified view of the patient and healthcare worker-centric database, allowing users to query, browse, and analyze data from multiple perspectives. Taking XML of the CDR structure as an example, the medical history record template may include definitions of different nodes and corresponding remark information, for example, the CDR start node is a root node of the medical history record template; the table nodes correspond to table configuration information in the medical history recording template, and the medical history information is tabulated, so that the unified management and query of the medical history information are facilitated; the common text node corresponds to common text in the medical history recording template and is used for presenting medical history information, such as an allergen, a timestamp and the like; element nodes provide access to element tag names, child nodes, attributes, and the like.
And S260, storing the updated electronic medical record into the electronic medical record database.
And S270, generating a reminding interface of the electronic medical record according to the inquiry information and the medical history information through an interface display module.
