The safety tongs assembly comprises a hinged support assembly hinged at the upper end of the simulated car 103, a locking seat 201 which is arranged at the inner side of the car guide rail 102 and can move up and down along the car guide rail 102 and provided with a trapezoidal locking groove 202, and a locking block 204 which is embedded in the trapezoidal locking groove 202 and connected with the outer side end of the hinged support assembly through a steel wire rope 203, wherein the locking seat 201 is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the simulated car 103.
