determining the generated travel time prediction message; under the condition that the classification judgment result is that the travel time prediction message is non-time delay sensitive data, the travel time prediction message is delivered to large-scale communication equipment and large-scale visual information publishing equipment for publishing through wireless communication transmission and visual information publishing transmission;
the information issued by the small-scale communication equipment comprises: the traffic incident prompt and traffic control information is only released through a small number of variable information boards at the upstream of the traffic incident, and the traffic incident prompt and traffic control information is suitable for vehicles in a small range; the information released by the large-scale communication equipment comprises travel time prediction and road traffic condition prompting information, the message application range is wide, and the information is released everywhere on the road.

The vehicle-road cooperation-based multi-scale traffic information distribution method according to claim 1, wherein collecting one or more traffic data from a road-side intelligent sensor, a road-side intelligent communication terminal and a traffic controller, and processing the traffic data to form traffic service information, wherein the traffic service information includes vehicle trajectory information and road-side accident vehicle warning data information includes:
collecting traffic data formed by photoelectric signals of static vehicles sensed by a roadside intelligent sensor, a roadside intelligent communication terminal and a traffic controller; generating vehicle track information of the roadside stationary vehicle according to traffic data formed by the photoelectric signals of the stationary vehicle;
and judging the vehicle track information according to a preset vehicle historical track, and generating a roadside accident vehicle warning data packet under the condition that the roadside vehicle is judged to be abnormally static.

The multi-scale traffic information issuing method based on vehicle-road cooperation according to claim 2, wherein the vehicle track information includes, but is not limited to, vehicle temporary identity code, vehicle position information, vehicle speed information, and vehicle running direction.

the traffic information management platform module is used for storing the traffic service information; verifying the roadside accident vehicle warning data information according to the vehicle track information, predicting the influence of warning on traffic flow, and generating travel time prediction information; carrying out visualization processing on the vehicle track information, the roadside accident vehicle warning data information and the travel time prediction information to form visualized data information; according to a traffic information scale classification table, performing classification judgment on the vehicle track information, roadside accident vehicle warning data information and the travel time prediction information;
the information issuing module comprises a visual information issuing submodule and a wireless communication information issuing submodule; the system is used for transmitting the vehicle track information to small-scale communication equipment through wireless communication transmission and visual information publishing transmission under the conditions that the vehicle track information is time delay sensitive data and is forwarded and uploaded to the like, broadcasting the vehicle to the environmental vehicle and publishing the vehicle to traffic participants through the small-scale visual information publishing equipment;
when the judgment result is that the roadside accident vehicle warning data packet is time delay sensitive data, paying to small-scale communication equipment and small-scale visual information publishing equipment to realize publishing through wireless communication transmission and visual information publishing transmission;
under the condition that the classification judgment result is that the travel time prediction message is non-time delay sensitive data, the travel time prediction message is delivered to large-scale communication equipment and large-scale visual information publishing equipment for publishing through wireless communication transmission and visual information publishing transmission;
the information released by the small-scale communication equipment comprises the following information: the traffic incident prompt and traffic control information is only released through a small amount of variable information boards at the upstream of the traffic incident, and is suitable for vehicles in a small range; the information released by the large-scale communication equipment comprises travel time prediction and road traffic condition prompting information, the message application range is wide, and the information is released at each position of a road.

and the warning generation submodule is used for judging the vehicle track information according to a preset vehicle historical track and generating a roadside accident vehicle warning data packet under the condition that the roadside vehicle is judged to be abnormally static.
