respectively shooting at least one image aiming at each area to obtain candidate images of the cleaned images; and when the number of the candidate images is larger than the first image number threshold value, triggering image deletion processing on the candidate images so that the candidate images after deletion processing comprise at least one image corresponding to each area, and taking the candidate images after deletion as cleaning images.
In this embodiment, the client 110 may capture at least one image for each set region. For example, if four areas are set for the current cleaning item, the client 110 needs to capture at least one image for the four areas, and obtain at least four images as candidate images of the cleaned image, that is, the candidate images include images captured for the areas.
In a specific implementation, as shown in fig. 3, the client 110 may capture more than four images, however, in consideration of the transmission processing capability of the clean information processing platform 120 for the image information, when the client 110 detects that the number of images of the candidate image is greater than the first image number threshold, the image deletion processing for the candidate image is triggered. The first image quantity threshold may be determined according to the area quantity, for example, the area quantity may be used as the first image quantity threshold, and for example, when four areas are set for the current cleaning project, the first image quantity threshold may be four sheets; as another example, it may be set to be slightly larger than the number of areas, and for example, when the current cleaning item is set to have four areas, the first image number threshold may be six sheets.
When the number of the candidate images is greater than the first image number threshold, the client 110 triggers image deletion processing on the candidate images, so that the candidate images after deletion processing include at least one image corresponding to each area, for example, when four areas are set for a current cleaning project, the candidate images after deletion processing include at least four images, the four images respectively correspond to the four areas, so as to ensure that at least one image in each area serves as a cleaning result corresponding to the area, and finally, the client 110 can take the candidate images after deletion as the images after cleaning.
The technical scheme of the embodiment can reduce the transmission processing pressure of the cleaning information processing platform 120 on the image on the premise of ensuring that the cleaning result is displayed.
Further, in an embodiment, before the step S203 sends the cleaned image to the cleaning information processing platform based on the identification number, the method may further include the following steps:
after the public transportation vehicle is cleaned at the cleaning point, the client 110 can obtain a supplementary instruction image for the current cleaning project.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, on the basis of the images after cleaning, the cleaning staff may additionally add some images on the terminal 110, the additionally added images are mainly used for supplementary explanation of special situations of the current cleaning project, the additionally added images are referred to as supplementary explanation images for the current cleaning project, and in order to reduce the transmission processing pressure of the cleaning information processing platform 120 on the images, the image number of the supplementary explanation images may be set to be less than or equal to a second image number threshold, and the second image number threshold may be set to be less than the first image number threshold.
Further, in an embodiment, the sending the cleaned image to the cleaning information processing platform based on the identification number in step S203 may include:
the client 110 transmits the post-cleaning image and the supplementary explanation image to the cleaning information processing platform 120 based on the identification number, so that the cleaning information processing platform 120 associates the post-cleaning image and the supplementary explanation image with the cleaning information of the public transportation means, and feeds back the cleaning information including the post-cleaning image and the supplementary explanation image to the cleaning information request terminal when receiving the cleaning information inquiry request of the cleaning information request terminal to the public transportation means.
In this embodiment, the client 110 may transmit the post-cleaning image and the supplementary description image to the cleaning information processing platform 120, the cleaning information processing platform 120 may associate the post-cleaning image and the supplementary description image with the cleaning information of the public transportation vehicle, and when the cleaning information processing platform 120 receives a cleaning information query request for the public transportation vehicle from the cleaning information request terminal, the cleaning information including the post-cleaning image and the supplementary description image may be fed back to the cleaning information request terminal, so that a user of the cleaning information request terminal may query the post-cleaning image and the supplementary description image on line, thereby improving the processing efficiency of the cleaning information of the public transportation vehicle.
In some embodiments, the sending the after-cleaning image and the supplementary instruction image to the cleaning information processing platform based on the identification number in the above embodiments further includes:
when the total image size of the cleaned image and the supplementary explanation image is larger than the image size threshold, the client 110 performs a first image compression process on each image included in the supplementary explanation image; if the total image size of the compressed supplementary instruction image and the cleaned image is less than or equal to the image size threshold, the client 110 sends the compressed supplementary instruction image and the cleaned image to the cleaning information processing platform 120; if the total image size of the compressed supplementary instruction image and the cleaned image is greater than the image size threshold, the client 110 performs a second image compression process on each image included in the cleaned image to compress each image included in the cleaned image to a preset image size, and sends the compressed cleaned image and the compressed supplementary instruction image to the cleaning information processing platform 120.
Specifically, before sending the post-cleaning image and the supplementary instruction image to the cleaning information processing platform 120, the client 110 may first detect the total image size of the post-cleaning image and the supplementary instruction image, so as to avoid the excessive image data transmission processing pressure of the cleaning information processing platform 120. When the client 110 detects that the total image size is larger than the image size threshold, the supplementary description image is compressed first, specifically, the images included in the supplementary description image are compressed to 500KB, for example.
And after the compression is finished, detecting whether the total image size of the compressed supplementary description image and the cleaned image is smaller than or equal to the image size threshold value again. If so, the client 110 may send the compressed supplementary description image and the cleaned image to the cleaning information processing platform 120, so as to maintain the quality of the cleaned image as much as possible under the condition of reducing the image data transmission processing pressure; if not, the client 110 further performs compression processing on the cleaned image, specifically, performs second image compression processing on each image included in the cleaned image, so as to compress each image included in the cleaned image to a preset image size, for example, each image included in the cleaned image may be compressed to 500KB (corresponding to the preset image size) of 300 KB. After the compression is completed, the client 110 sends the compressed clean-keeping image and the compressed supplementary instruction image to the clean-keeping information processing platform 120, so as to reduce the image data transmission processing pressure of the clean-keeping information processing platform 120 to the maximum extent.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, there is further provided a cleaning information processing method for public transportation, which is exemplified by the application of the method to the cleaning information processing platform 120 in fig. 1, and comprises the following steps:
step S401, receiving a cleaned image sent by a first client based on an identification number;
in this step, the cleaning information processing platform 120 receives the cleaned image sent by the first client based on the identification number. The first client may be a client 110 used by a cleaner. The identification number is an identification number corresponding to a public transport tool entering a clean point determined by the first client; the post-cleaning image is a post-cleaning image corresponding to a plurality of areas of the public transport means acquired by the first client after the public transport means is cleaned at a cleaning point.
Step S402, associating the cleaned image with cleaning information of the public transport means;
in this step, the after-cleaning image sent by the first client is associated with the cleaning information of the public transportation means by the cleaning information processing platform 120.
Step S403, receiving a cleaning information query request for the public transport means sent by a second client;
wherein the second client may be a client 110 used by an operation manager of the public transportation vehicle. In this step, the cleaning information processing platform 120 may receive a cleaning information query request for the public transportation vehicle sent by the second client, where the cleaning information query request may carry an identification number of the public transportation vehicle.
Step S404, in response to the cleaning information query request, sending the cleaning information including the cleaned image to the second client.
In this step, the cleaning information processing platform 120 responds to the cleaning information inquiry request after receiving the cleaning information inquiry request sent by the second client, and the cleaning information processing platform 120 may inquire the cleaning information of the cleaned image associated with the identification number according to the identification number of the public transportation vehicle carried by the cleaning information inquiry request and send the cleaning information to the second client.
According to the cleaning information processing method of the public transport vehicle, the cleaning information processing method can enable users such as cleaning staff and the like to upload the images after cleaning to the cleaning information processing platform and be associated with the cleaning information of the public transport vehicle after cleaning the public transport vehicle, so that the users such as operation management staff and the like can inquire the cleaning information containing the images after cleaning on line, the users do not need to go to a cleaning point to check on site every time, and the cleaning information processing efficiency of the public transport vehicle is improved.
In one embodiment, after the transmitting the cleaning information including the cleaned image to the second client in the step S404, the method may further include:
receiving cleaning check feedback information aiming at the cleaning information sent by the second client; the cleaning inspection feedback information is correlated to the cleaning information of the public transportation means.
In this embodiment, the cleaning information processing platform 120 may further receive cleaning inspection feedback information for the cleaning information sent by the second client. Specifically, the users such as the operation manager can acquire the cleaning information including the images after cleaning, which is associated with the public transportation vehicle, through the second client, so as to provide the users such as the operation manager with a function of sampling and checking the cleaning information, the users such as the operation manager can check the cleaning information through the second client, and enter cleaning check feedback information, wherein the cleaning check feedback information can include, for example, positive feedback information for recognizing cleaning results, negative feedback information for not recognizing the cleaning results, and ticket information, rating and scoring information for the cleaning results. After receiving the cleaning inspection feedback information, the cleaning information processing platform 120 can associate the cleaning information with the public transportation means, so as to facilitate recording and subsequent query of the cleaning information and improve the processing efficiency of the cleaning information.
In some embodiments, when the cleaning information processing platform 120 determines that the public transportation vehicle is not cleaned by the preset cleaning items within the set time period according to the cleaning information, the cleaning information processing platform 120 may push a cleaning prompting message for the public transportation vehicle about the preset cleaning items to the third client.
In this embodiment, the cleaning information processing platform 120 may determine whether the public transportation vehicle has been cleaned by the preset cleaning item within a set time period according to the cleaning information associated with the public transportation vehicle, and if not, the cleaning information processing platform 120 may push a cleaning prompt message about the preset cleaning item for the public transportation vehicle to the third client. For example, taking a bus as an example, the cleaning information processing platform 120 may push the cleaning information of the bus about the air-conditioning filter screen and the four-pest elimination preset cleaning items in real time in order to ensure that the operation manager timely grasps the real-time cleaning condition of the bus, and the specific pushing rule may be that, for example, when the air-conditioning filter screen and the four-pest elimination preset cleaning items of the bus do not perform cleaning in a set time period, the cleaning information processing platform 120 may push a cleaning prompt message to a third client used by the operation manager in a message notification manner, and the cleaning prompt message may carry an overtime status flag to represent that a certain cleaning item of the bus does not perform cleaning in the set time period, so as to prompt a relevant user to timely schedule cleaning of the bus about the cleaning item.
In some embodiments, when negative feedback information in the cleaning inspection feedback information associated with the public transportation means on the target route reaches a preset amount, the cleaning information processing platform 120 sends cleaning warning information to the fourth client.
In the present embodiment, the target link refers to a public transportation link to which the aforementioned public transportation means belongs. Each public transportation line can correspond to a plurality of public transportation means, for example, each public transportation line corresponds to a certain number of buses. Therefore, each public transport means on the target line is respectively associated with cleaning information which can comprise cleaning check feedback information, and the cleaning inspection feedback information among the cleaning information associated with some public transportation means may have negative feedback information, for example, a certain bus route receives the total number of cleaning inspection tickets which is greater than or equal to a certain ticket quantity threshold value in a set time period, the negative feedback information of the bus route can be judged to reach the preset quantity, at this time, the cleaning information processing platform 120 can send cleaning early warning information to the fourth client used by the operation manager of the target route, the fourth client prompts the operation manager of the target line to optimize the cleaning service for the public transportation means on the target line, so that the processing efficiency of the cleaning information is improved, and the improvement of the cleaning service quality is facilitated.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts of fig. 2 to 4 are shown in sequence as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in sequence as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least some of the steps in fig. 2 to 4 may include multiple steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of performing the steps or stages is not necessarily sequential, but may be performed alternately or alternately with other steps or at least some of the other steps or stages.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, there is provided a cleaning information processing apparatus 500 for public transportation, including:
an identification number determining module 501, configured to determine an identification number corresponding to a public transportation vehicle entering a clean point;
an image obtaining module 502, configured to obtain cleaned images corresponding to multiple areas of the public transportation vehicle after the public transportation vehicle is cleaned at the cleaning point;
an image sending module 503, configured to send the cleaned image to a cleaning information processing platform based on the identification number, so that the cleaning information processing platform associates the cleaned image with cleaning information of the public transportation vehicle, and when receiving a cleaning information query request of a cleaning information request end to the public transportation vehicle, feeds back the cleaning information including the cleaned image to the cleaning information request end.
In one embodiment, the identification number determining module 501 is further configured to capture a target image of a public transportation vehicle including the access clean point; acquiring an identification result aiming at the identification number, which is obtained by carrying out pattern identification on the target image; and when the identification result is that the identification number is not successfully identified, displaying an identification number entry area, and acquiring the identification number according to the identification number association information entered into the identification number entry area.
In one embodiment, the identification number determining module 501 is further configured to obtain the identification number association information entered into the identification number entry area; sending an identification number query request carrying the identification number association information to the cleaning information processing platform so that the cleaning information processing platform queries and feeds back at least one candidate identification number corresponding to the identification number association information; displaying the at least one candidate identification number fed back by the cleaning information processing platform; and responding to the confirmation operation of one candidate identification number of the at least one candidate identification number, and using the one candidate identification number as the identification number.
In an embodiment, the apparatus 500 may further include: the area determining unit is used for acquiring at least one cleaning item maintained by the cleaning information processing platform; determining a current cleaning item for cleaning the public transportation means at the cleaning point from the at least one cleaning item to obtain the plurality of areas set by the current cleaning item;
an image obtaining module 502, further configured to respectively shoot at least one image for each area, so as to obtain a candidate image of the cleaned image; the candidate images include images respectively photographed for respective regions; and when the number of the candidate images is larger than a first image number threshold value, triggering image deletion processing on the candidate images so that the candidate images after deletion processing comprise at least one image corresponding to each area, and taking the candidate images after deletion as the images after cleaning.
In an embodiment, the apparatus 500 may further include: a supplementary image acquisition unit for acquiring a supplementary instruction image for the current clean-keeping item after the public transportation vehicle is cleaned at the clean-keeping point; wherein the number of images of the supplementary explanation image is less than or equal to a second image number threshold;
the image sending module 503 is further configured to send the after-cleaning image and the supplementary instruction image to the cleaning information processing platform based on the identification number, so that the cleaning information processing platform associates the after-cleaning image and the supplementary instruction image with the cleaning information, and when receiving the cleaning information query request, feeds back the cleaning information including the after-cleaning image and the supplementary instruction image to the cleaning information request terminal.
In one embodiment, the image sending module 503 is further configured to perform a first image compression process on each image included in the supplementary instruction image when the total image size of the post-cleaning image and the supplementary instruction image is greater than an image size threshold; if the total image size of the compressed supplementary instruction image and the cleaned image is smaller than or equal to the image size threshold value, sending the compressed supplementary instruction image and the cleaned image to the cleaning information processing platform; and if the total image size of the compressed supplementary instruction image and the cleaned image is larger than the image size threshold value, performing second image compression treatment on each image included in the cleaned image so as to compress each image included in the cleaned image to a preset image size, and sending the compressed cleaned image and the compressed supplementary instruction image to the cleaning information processing platform.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, there is provided a cleaning information processing apparatus 600 for public transportation, including:
the image receiving module 601 is used for receiving the cleaned image sent by the first client based on the identification number; the identification number is an identification number corresponding to a public transport tool entering a clean point determined by the first client; the after-cleaning image is an after-cleaning image which is acquired by the first client and corresponds to a plurality of areas of the public transport means after the public transport means is cleaned at the cleaning point;
an image association module 602 for associating the post-cleaning image to cleaning information of the public transportation;
a request receiving module 603, configured to receive a cleaning information query request for the public transportation vehicle sent by a second client;
a request response module 604, configured to send the cleaning information including the cleaned image to the second client in response to the cleaning information query request.
In an embodiment, the apparatus 600 may further include:
the feedback information receiving unit is used for receiving cleaning check feedback information aiming at the cleaning information sent by the second client;
a feedback information association unit for associating the cleaning inspection feedback information to the cleaning information of the public transportation means;
the cleaning prompting unit is used for pushing a cleaning prompting message about a preset cleaning item for the public transport tool to a third client when the public transport tool is judged not to be cleaned by the preset cleaning item within a set time period according to the cleaning information;
and the cleaning early warning unit is used for sending cleaning early warning information to the fourth client when negative feedback information in the cleaning inspection feedback information related to the public transport means on the target line reaches a preset number.
Specific limitations regarding the public transportation vehicle cleaning information processing apparatus can be found in the above limitations regarding the public transportation vehicle cleaning information processing method, which are not described herein again. All or part of each module in the cleaning information processing device of the public transport means can be realized by software, hardware and the combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, the internal structure of which may be as shown in fig. 7. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, and a network interface connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, a computer program, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The database of the computer device is used to store data such as post-cleaning images, cleaning information, etc. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a cleaning information processing method for a public transportation.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a terminal, and its internal structure diagram may be as shown in fig. 8. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a communication interface, a display screen, and an input device connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The communication interface of the computer equipment is used for carrying out wired or wireless communication with an external terminal, and the wireless communication can be realized through WIFI (wireless fidelity), an operator network or other technologies. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a cleaning information processing method for a public transportation. The display screen of the computer equipment can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, a key, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the computer equipment, an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the configurations shown in fig. 7 and 8 are only block diagrams of some of the configurations relevant to the present application, and do not constitute a limitation on the computing devices to which the present application is applied, and a particular computing device may include more or less components than those shown in the figures, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a computer device is further provided, which includes a memory and a processor, the memory stores a computer program, and the processor implements the steps of the above method embodiments when executing the computer program.
In an embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the above-mentioned method embodiments.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein can include at least one of non-volatile and volatile memory. Non-volatile Memory may include Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic tape, floppy disk, flash Memory, optical storage, or the like. Volatile Memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache Memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM can take many forms, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM) or Dynamic Random Access Memory (DRAM), among others.
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

Claims (10)

1. A cleaning information processing method for public transport means is characterized by comprising the following steps:
determining an identification number corresponding to a public vehicle entering a clean point;
after the public transportation tool is cleaned at the cleaning point, acquiring cleaning images corresponding to a plurality of areas of the public transportation tool;
based on the identification number, the cleaned image is sent to a cleaning information processing platform, so that the cleaning information processing platform associates the cleaned image with cleaning information of the public transport means, and when a cleaning information query request of a cleaning information request terminal to the public transport means is received, the cleaning information comprising the cleaned image is fed back to the cleaning information request terminal.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining an identification number corresponding to a public vehicle entering a clean point comprises:
shooting a target image of the public transportation means including the access clean point;
acquiring an identification result aiming at the identification number, which is obtained by carrying out pattern identification on the target image;
and when the identification result is that the identification number is not successfully identified, displaying an identification number entry area, and acquiring the identification number according to the identification number association information entered into the identification number entry area.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein the acquiring the identification number according to the identification number association information entered into the identification number entry area comprises:
acquiring the identification number association information recorded into the identification number recording area;
sending an identification number query request carrying the identification number association information to the cleaning information processing platform so that the cleaning information processing platform queries and feeds back at least one candidate identification number corresponding to the identification number association information;
displaying the at least one candidate identification number fed back by the cleaning information processing platform;
and responding to the confirmation operation of one candidate identification number of the at least one candidate identification number, and using the one candidate identification number as the identification number.
4. The method of claim 1,
before the acquiring the after-cleaning images corresponding to the plurality of areas of the public transportation means, the method further comprises:
acquiring at least one cleaning project maintained by the cleaning information processing platform;
determining a current cleaning item for cleaning the public transportation means at the cleaning point from the at least one cleaning item to obtain the plurality of areas set by the current cleaning item;
the acquiring of the after-cleaning images corresponding to the plurality of areas of the public transport means includes:
respectively shooting at least one image aiming at each area to obtain a candidate image of the cleaned image; the candidate images include images respectively photographed for respective regions;
and when the number of the candidate images is larger than a first image number threshold value, triggering image deletion processing on the candidate images so that the candidate images after deletion processing comprise at least one image corresponding to each area, and taking the candidate images after deletion as the images after cleaning.
5. The method of claim 4,
before the image after cleaning is sent to a cleaning information processing platform based on the identification number, the method further comprises the following steps:
after the public transportation tool is cleaned at the cleaning point, acquiring a supplementary instruction image aiming at the current cleaning project; wherein the number of images of the supplementary explanation image is less than or equal to a second image number threshold;
based on the identification number, the image after cleaning is sent to a cleaning information processing platform, and the method comprises the following steps:
based on the identification number, the after-cleaning image and the supplementary description image are sent to the cleaning information processing platform, so that the cleaning information processing platform associates the after-cleaning image and the supplementary description image with the cleaning information, and when the cleaning information inquiry request is received, the cleaning information including the after-cleaning image and the supplementary description image is fed back to the cleaning information request terminal.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein said sending the post-cleaning image and the supplemental instructional image to the cleaning information processing platform based on the identification number comprises:
when the total image size of the cleaned image and the supplementary description image is larger than an image size threshold value, performing first image compression processing on each image included in the supplementary description image;
if the total image size of the compressed supplementary instruction image and the cleaned image is smaller than or equal to the image size threshold value, sending the compressed supplementary instruction image and the cleaned image to the cleaning information processing platform;
and if the total image size of the compressed supplementary instruction image and the cleaned image is larger than the image size threshold value, performing second image compression treatment on each image included in the cleaned image so as to compress each image included in the cleaned image to a preset image size, and sending the compressed cleaned image and the compressed supplementary instruction image to the cleaning information processing platform.
7. A cleaning information processing method for public transport means is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a cleaned image sent by a first client based on an identification number; the identification number is an identification number corresponding to a public transport tool entering a clean point determined by the first client; the after-cleaning image is an after-cleaning image which is acquired by the first client and corresponds to a plurality of areas of the public transport means after the public transport means is cleaned at the cleaning point;
associating the post-cleaning image to cleaning information of the public transportation means;
receiving a cleaning information query request for the public transport means, which is sent by a second client;
and responding to the cleaning information inquiry request, and sending the cleaning information comprising the cleaned image to the second client.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein after sending the post-cleaning image comprising the cleaning information to the second client, the method further comprises:
receiving cleaning check feedback information aiming at the cleaning information sent by the second client;
associating the cleaning inspection feedback information to cleaning information of the public transportation means;
