Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of an automatic water outlet control method in a first embodiment, the automatic water outlet control method is applied to a water dispenser, and the water dispenser includes: the automatic water outlet control method in the first embodiment comprises the following steps:
and 102, acquiring a water position range capable of being taken corresponding to the water outlet.
Wherein the water-retrievable position range is used for limiting the placing range of the water-retrievable container. It will be appreciated that the water container may only receive water from the drinking device within the range of the water position available.
In one embodiment, the drinking device further comprises: the guide rail fixing device comprises a first guide rail, a second guide rail and a fixing block. The second guide rail is mounted on the first guide rail, the fixed block is mounted on the second guide rail, and the water outlet is mounted on the fixed block, so that the second guide rail can move along the first guide rail, and the fixed block can move along the second guide rail. Therefore, the water outlet can move in the range covered by the first guide rail and the second guide rail. In order to maximize the moving range of the water outlet and facilitate the control of the water outlet, the first guide rail and the second guide rail can be vertically arranged. Further, acquiring the movable range of the water outlet, and if the water outlet is vertical downward water outlet, setting the movable range of the water outlet as a water taking position range; if the water outlet is inclined with an inclination angle, the water taking position range can be obtained by calculation according to the movable range, the inclination angle and the height difference between the water outlet and the water placing platform (used for placing the water taking container).
In other embodiments, an area with a borderline may also be provided in the drinking device as the range of possible water positions. The area with the boundary line is obvious, and a user can be well reminded of the position where the water container needs to be placed.
And 104, judging whether the target type object exists in the water-acquirable position range. If the target type object exists within the range of the available water position, step 106 is executed.
In one embodiment, in order to determine whether the object is a target type object, when the suspected object is detected, an object image of the suspected object is acquired, and the object image is input into a feature extraction network in an image classification model for feature extraction, so as to obtain a feature image. The characteristic image includes characteristics such as size and shape of the suspected object. Further, the characteristic image is input into an image classification network in the image classification model for image classification, and the object type of the suspected object is obtained. And judging whether the object type is the target type, if so, determining that the suspected object is the target type object.
In one embodiment, to determine whether the target type object is located within the range of the water position, the target type object in the target image is located to obtain a bounding box of the target type object, and the bounding box is matched with the coordinate position of the water dispenser, more specifically, the coordinate position of the water placement table. And obtaining the object position of the target type object on the water placing table, and comparing, judging and judging whether the object position exceeds the range of the available water position. In other embodiments, a pressure sensor may be disposed on a boundary of the desired water position range, and when the pressure sensor senses pressure, it may be determined that an object is present beyond the desired water position range.
In this embodiment, the determination of the desirable water position range and the determination of the target type object may be performed sequentially or in parallel. When the two determination conditions are met, step 106 is executed.
Further, if the object position exceeds the range of the water position which can be taken, a prompt message is sent to the user to prompt the user to move the object of the target type, so that the object position does not exceed the range of the water position which can be taken. Or if the detected object does not belong to the target type object, prompting the user to replace the object.
And 106, acquiring a target water outlet point corresponding to the target type object, driving the water outlet to move to the target water outlet point, and controlling the water outlet to perform water outlet operation.
In this embodiment, the coordinate position of the target type object is obtained by the camera of the heating device, and if the water outlet is vertical downward water outlet, the position right above the coordinate position of the target type object is used as a target water outlet point; and if the water outlet is inclined water outlet with an inclination angle, calculating according to the inclination angle and the height difference between the water outlet and the water intake of the target type object to obtain a target water outlet point. Furthermore, the water outlet is driven by a motor of the heating device to move from an original point position to a target water outlet point. When the water outlet stops moving, the electromagnetic control valve controls the water outlet to automatically discharge water, and when the target type object is full or filled to the target water level, the electromagnetic control valve controls the water outlet to stop discharging water.
According to the automatic water outlet control method, the water taking container position and type are automatically determined whether to meet the requirements or not by acquiring the water taking position range corresponding to the water outlet and judging whether a target type object exists in the water taking position range, and basic preparation is made for subsequent automatic water outlet. Further, if the target type object exists in the water position range, a target water outlet point corresponding to the target type object is obtained, the water outlet is driven to move to the target water outlet point, and the water outlet is controlled to perform water outlet operation. Therefore, the invention can reduce manual operation to the maximum extent and ensure the accuracy of automatic water outlet.
As shown in fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of an automatic water outlet control method in a second embodiment, and the automatic water outlet control method in the second embodiment includes the following steps:
And 204, judging whether the target type object exists in the water-available position range. If the target type object exists within the range of the available water position, step 106 is executed.
In a specific implementation scenario, the steps 202 and 204 are substantially the same as the steps 102 and 104 of the automatic water outlet control method in the first embodiment, and are not described herein again.
It will be appreciated that the outlet must be aimed at the intake of the target type object when the water is being dispensed, otherwise splashing of water around can occur. For water intakes with different shapes, the difficulty of finding a proper target water outlet point is different, so that the corresponding water outlet point positioning method is respectively set according to whether the water outlet points are regular plane graphs or not in the embodiment. The regular planar patterns include common circles, squares, and the like, while the irregular planar patterns are mostly designed into specific shapes, such as waves, and the like, which are designed by designers for pursuing aesthetic feeling.
And step 208, determining the central point of the regular plane graph as a target water outlet point of the target type object.
The center, that is, the geometric center of gravity of the regular planar figure, is, for example, the intersection point of three central lines for a triangle, and the center of a circle for a circle. The centers of the regular plane graphs are far from each other relative to each boundary line of the water intake, so that the center points of the regular plane graphs are taken as corresponding water outlet points, and the water can be prevented from splashing out of the target type object.
It can be understood that, for a water intake container with an irregular water intake opening, if any point in the water intake opening is taken as a corresponding target water outlet point, when the water outlet point corresponds to a point where the water intake opening is more marginal, the water will not completely fall vertically in the falling process, and there will be a certain degree of dispersion in the air, so that part of the water may still splash out of the target type object. In this embodiment, the inner boundary within the outer boundary and a predetermined distance from the outer boundary is used as the target water outlet range, so that the inner boundary can be understood as a reduced-size outer boundary, and water outlet within the inner boundary does not cause water outlet splashing. For example, the preset distance may be 10mm or 15mm, and may be set correspondingly with the size of the water intake.
And step 212, driving the water outlet to move to a target water outlet point, and controlling the water outlet to perform water outlet operation.
In one embodiment, before controlling the water outlet to perform the water outlet operation, the method further comprises the steps of acquiring the current residual water quantity of the drinking device through a water level sensor, and acquiring the receivable water quantity of the target type object through a camera. The current residual water quantity of the water drinking device is compared and judged with the water containing quantity of the target type object, if the current residual water quantity of the water drinking device is less than the water containing quantity of the target type object, the target type object cannot be filled with the residual water quantity, and a water shortage prompt is sent to prompt a user to supplement drinking water in time. And if the current residual water quantity of the water drinking device is more than or equal to the water quantity capable of being accommodated by the object of the target type, controlling the water outlet to carry out water outlet operation.
In another embodiment, after the water outlet is controlled to perform the water outlet operation, the method further includes the steps of obtaining the current water level height of the target type object, judging whether the current water level height is larger than or equal to a preset height, and if the current water level height is larger than or equal to the preset height, indicating that the water outlet requirement is met, and controlling the water outlet to stop water outlet.
According to the water outlet control method, the corresponding positioning methods are respectively arranged on the target type objects with different water intake shapes, so that the water outlet point can be quickly and accurately positioned, and water is prevented from splashing everywhere in the water intake process.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, a drinking device is proposed, which comprises: water outlet 1, camera 2, motor 3, control valve 4. Wherein, the water outlet 1 is respectively connected with the motor 3 and the control valve 4. And the motor 3 is used for driving the water outlet 1 to move to a target water outlet point. And the control valve 4 is used for controlling the water outlet 1 to perform water outlet operation when the water outlet 1 moves to a target water outlet point. And the water outlet 1 is used for discharging water to the target type object at a target water outlet point. And the camera 2 is used for acquiring the water position range capable of taking corresponding to the water outlet 1 and judging whether a target type object exists in the water position range capable of taking.
In addition, the drinking device also comprises a water storage tank 5 and a heating module 6. Wherein the water storage tank 5 is used for storing drinking water. The heating module is used for heating the drinking water in time when the water is discharged.

Wherein the memory includes a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory.
