Water meter freezing degree calculation method and system
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of intelligent water meters, and particularly relates to a method and a system for calculating the freezing degree of a water meter.
Background
Most of the existing intelligent anti-freezing water meters adopt methods of additionally installing a heat insulation sleeve or an integrated heating device or emptying water in the water meter or increasing a buffer layer and the like for anti-freezing. For example, chinese patent CN208420088U, "an anti-freezing vertical water meter" proposes that an upper air bag and a lower air bag are provided in a water meter case, a heating device is provided at the bottom, and the heating device and the air bag are mutually squeezed to prevent the pointer plate from bursting, thereby enhancing the anti-freezing effect. Chinese patent CN210603453, an anti-freezing water meter, proposes that a thermal insulation bag and an electric heating tube are arranged on the inner wall of the meter case, the inner section of the water meter can be effectively melted by heating the electric heating tube, and the thermal insulation bag can continuously insulate heat of water for a long time.
The anti-freezing water meter technology mainly adopts a heating means to perform freezing protection, cannot effectively judge the current frozen degree of the water meter, and cannot implement reasonable and effective deicing or protection means according to the freezing degree.
At present, a technical scheme for effectively judging the current frozen degree of the water meter according to the characteristics of a meter shell does not exist. Therefore, a method and a system for calculating the freezing degree of the water meter are provided.
