There are many cases where the second fixing plate 32 is disposed in the operation opening 21, for example, the second fixing plate 32 is formed by bending and extending a side wall of the operation opening 21 to be fixedly connected to the first fixing plate 12. For another example, the panel cover 10 is separately provided with a second fixing plate 32 to be accommodated in the operation opening 21. With particular reference to fig. 11 and 12, wherein fig. 11 is a structural schematic view of a support member of the panel cover of the present invention in one direction; fig. 12 is a structural view of the support member of the panel cover of the present invention in another direction.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the panel cover 10 of the present example further includes a support 3, the support 3 includes a support plate 31 and a second fixing plate 32 connected to the support plate 31, and the support plate 31 abuts against the operation plate 22.
This example panel lid 10 is held in operation opening 21 through setting up support piece 3, and the convenience of customers operation opens panel lid 10 or closes panel lid 10 promptly, and support piece 3 can support shell 2, is favorable to improving the structural strength of panel lid 10. Specifically, the support 3 includes a support plate 31 and a second fixing plate 32, wherein the support plate 31 is parallel to the operation plate 22, the support plate 31 is used for supporting the operation plate 22, and the support plate 31 is disposed at a side of the second fixing plate 32 facing the support case 1; the second fixing plate 32 is perpendicular to the supporting plate 31, and the second fixing plate 32 is spaced apart from and parallel to the first fixing plate 12. And, a plurality of reinforcing plates 36 are further provided between the second fixing plate 32 and the support plate 31, and the reinforcing plates 36 are provided at intervals along the length direction of the second fixing plate 32 to increase the structural strength of the supporter 3, and thus the panel cover 10.
With continued reference to fig. 11, on the side of the second fixing plate 32 away from the support housing 1, a third limiting edge 35 is disposed, the third limiting edge 35 extends along the length direction of the second fixing plate 32, and the third limiting edge 35 is perpendicular to the second fixing plate 32. The third limiting edge 35 is limited between the outer front plate 23 of the outer shell 2 and the support front plate 13 of the support shell 1. The third limit edge 35 is provided with an abutting edge 34, the abutting edge 34 is higher than the third limit edge 35, and the end face of the abutting edge 34 abuts against the upper end face of the outer front plate 23 of the outer case 2.
In one specific implementation, referring to fig. 8 and 9, a second supporting edge 124 is disposed on a side of the first fixing plate 12 facing the second fixing plate 32, the second supporting edge 124 is perpendicular to the first fixing plate 12, the first supporting edge 124 is similar to the supporting plate 31 in shape, and the first supporting edge 124 extends into the operation opening 21 for contacting with the operation plate 22 to support the operation plate 22. In this embodiment, the second fixing plate 12 is provided with the second supporting edge 124 to support the operation plate 22, thereby further improving the structural strength of the panel cover 10.
The second fixing plate 32 and the first fixing plate 12 abut against both end faces of the operation plate 22, respectively, to sandwich the operation plate 22 between the second fixing plate 32 and the first fixing plate 12, so that the exterior case 2 is sandwiched and fixed by the support case 1 and the stay 3. Specifically, with continued reference to fig. 12, the top end of the second fixing plate 32 extends upward beyond the supporting plate 31 to form a first limiting edge 33, and the first limiting edge 33 abuts against the end surface of the bottom end of the operating plate 22 to limit the support 3 from extending into the operating opening 21 too much. Referring to fig. 8 and 9, the first fixing plate 12 extends away from the supporting shell 1 and exceeds the second supporting edge 124 to form a second limiting edge 123, the second limiting edge 123 abuts against the upper end face of the operating plate 22 to limit the first fixing plate 12 from excessively extending into the operating opening 21, and the accuracy and convenience of installation of the supporting shell 1 and the outer shell 2 are improved by the second limiting edge 123.
In one possible implementation, the first and second retaining plates 12, 32 are connected by fasteners. Specifically, referring to fig. 8 and 9, the first fixing plate 12 is provided with at least one first fixing hole 121; referring to fig. 11 and 12, the second fixing plate 32 is provided with at least one second fixing hole 321 coaxial with the first fixing hole 121; referring to fig. 4 and 5, the panel cover 10 of the present embodiment further includes at least one fastening member 4, and the fastening member 4 is threadedly coupled to the second fixing hole 321 and the first fixing hole 121, respectively.
In order to further improve the stability and reliability of the connection between the first fixing plate 12 and the second fixing plate 32, a plurality of first fixing holes 121 are formed in the first fixing plate 12, and the first fixing holes 121 are spaced apart along the longitudinal direction of the first fixing plate 12, for example, two first fixing holes 121 are spaced apart from each other in the first fixing plate 12. Accordingly, the fastening members 4 and the second fixing holes 321 provided in the second fixing plate 32 correspond to the first fixing holes 121 one to one, respectively. The fastening member 4 may be a bolt, a screw, or the like.
Since the first and second fixing plates 12 and 32 have a small thickness, in order to avoid the difficulty of machining, sliding, etc. due to the small number of screw threads of the first and second fixing holes 121 and 321, in some examples, the first and second fixing posts 122 and 322 are respectively disposed on the first and second fixing plates 12 and 32.
Specifically, referring to fig. 8 and 9, at least one first fixing post 122 is disposed on a side of the first fixing plate 12 facing the second fixing plate 32, and a first fixing hole 121 is disposed in the first fixing post 122. The first fixing post 122 may be a cylindrical structure, and a first fixing hole 121 is disposed therein, that is, the first fixing hole 121 penetrates through the first fixing plate 12 and the first fixing post 122 in the axial direction. In this example, the first fixing plate 12 is provided with the first fixing column 122 to increase the length of the first fixing hole 121, so as to improve the connection length between the fastening member 4 and the first fixing hole 121, and further improve the connection stability between the supporting shell 1 and the supporting member 3. Still be provided with a plurality of reinforcing plates between first fixed column 122 and the first fixed plate 12, a plurality of reinforcing plates set up along the circumference interval of first fixed column 122 to increase the structural strength and the stability of first fixed column 122. Of course, the first fixing posts 122 correspond to the first fixing holes 121 one by one.
Referring to fig. 12, at least one second fixing post 322 is disposed on a side of the second fixing plate 32 facing the first fixing plate 12, and a second fixing 321 is disposed in the second fixing post 322. The second fixing post 322 may be a cylindrical structure, and a second fixing hole 321 is disposed therein, that is, the second fixing hole 321 penetrates through the second fixing plate 32 and the axial direction of the second fixing post 322. In this example, the second fixing plate 32 is provided with the second fixing post 322 to increase the length of the second fixing hole 321, so as to increase the connection length between the fastening member 4 and the second fixing hole 321, and further improve the connection stability between the supporting shell 1 and the supporting member 3. A reinforcing plate is further disposed between the second fixing post 322 and the second fixing plate 32 to increase the structural strength and stability of the second fixing post 322. Of course, the second fixing posts 322 correspond to the second fixing holes 321 one by one.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, in a specific structure of the exterior case 2, the exterior case 2 includes an exterior front plate 23 and first and second exterior plates 24 and 25 spaced apart from each other on both sides of the exterior front plate 23. When the panel cover 10 is disposed outside the control display panel 61, the front side of the outer front panel 23 is flush with the front side of the housing 60, and the first outer panel 24 and the second outer panel 25 are flush with both sides of the housing 60, respectively, so as to maintain a neat appearance and improve the aesthetic appearance. Wherein, the outer front plate 23 may be an arc plate, which improves the aesthetic degree of the panel cover 10. The first outer plate 24 and the second outer plate 25 are disposed at both sides of the outer front plate 23 at an interval, and the first outer plate 24, the outer front plate 23 and the second outer plate 25 form a U-like structure to enclose the support case 1, so that the panel cover 10 has a good appearance.
A first baffle 231 is arranged at one end of the outer front plate 23 far away from the operation plate 22, and the first baffle 231 is perpendicular to the outer front plate 23; a second baffle 241 is arranged at one end of the first outer plate 24 far away from the operating plate 22, and the second baffle 241 is vertical to the first outer plate 24; a third baffle 251 is provided at an end of the second external plate 25 remote from the operation plate 22, the third baffle 251 being perpendicular to the second external plate 25. The first, second, and third blocking plates 231, 241, and 251 are used to support and shield the support housing 1 such that the support housing 1 is received in the outer housing 2, restricting the movement of the support housing 1, and making the support housing 1 fit with the outer housing 2 more closely and stably.
For better supporting the outer case 2, referring to fig. 8 to 10, the supporting case 1 includes a supporting front plate 13 and a first side plate 14 and a second side plate 15 which are spaced apart from each other at both sides of the supporting front plate 13, and the first side plate 14, the supporting front plate 13 and the second side plate 15 form a U-like structure. The support front plate 13 is opposed to the outer front plate 23 to support the outer front plate 23; the first side plate 14 is opposed to the first outer plate 24 to support the first outer plate 24; the second side plate 15 is opposed to the second outer plate 25 to support the second outer plate 25; the supporting front plate 13, the first side plate 14 and the second side plate 15 are all provided with reinforcing ribs 11, so that the supporting effect on the outer shell 2 is further improved.
In some examples, a plurality of reinforcing ribs 11 are disposed on the supporting front plate 13, wherein a part of the reinforcing ribs 11 are disposed at intervals along a first preset direction, another part of the reinforcing ribs 11 are disposed at intervals along a second preset direction, and the second preset direction intersects with the first preset direction at a preset angle. For example, referring to fig. 5 and 8, two reinforcing bars 11 extending in the X direction are arranged at intervals in the Y direction, that is, the first predetermined direction is the Y direction in the figure, and eight reinforcing bars 11 extending in the Y direction are arranged at intervals in the X direction, that is, the second predetermined direction is the X direction in the figure, so that a reinforcing bar grid is formed, and the structural strength of the supporting front plate 13 is stably and uniformly improved. Of course, the first preset direction and the second preset direction may not be the X and Y directions in the drawing, and the present invention is not limited thereto. The person skilled in the art sets the number, the extending direction, the arrangement and the like of the reinforcing ribs 11 according to the actual situation.
In other examples, a plurality of reinforcing ribs 11 are disposed on the first side plate 14 and the second side plate 15, respectively, and the plurality of reinforcing ribs 11 are spaced along the Y direction to improve the structural strength of the first side plate 14 and the second side plate 15, respectively.
On the basis of the above example, the first outer plate 24 is bent and extended towards the second outer plate 25 to form a first limiting plate 26, the second outer plate 25 is bent and extended towards the first outer plate 24 to form a second limiting plate, and the second limiting plate and the first limiting plate 26 are both opposite to the outer front plate 23; the first stopper plate 26, the first outer plate 24 and the outer front plate 23 form a first accommodating space that accommodates the first side plate 14; the second stopper plate, the second outer panel 25 and the outer front panel 23 form a second accommodation space that accommodates the second side panel 15.
That is to say, first limiting plate 26, first outer panel 24 and outer front panel 23 form the first accommodation space of type U, restrict first curb plate 14 in first accommodation space for first curb plate 14 only has the degree of freedom along outer front panel 23 width direction, can make outer shell 2 and support shell 1 laminating, improves the structural strength of panel lid 10. In order to facilitate the installation of the first side plate 14 into the first accommodating space, one of the first limiting plate 26 and the first side plate 14 is provided with a first sliding structure, and the other of the first limiting plate 26 and the first side plate 14 is provided with a first matching structure matched with the first sliding structure for sliding. For example, the first sliding structure may be a sliding rail extending to the sliding slot along the width direction of the outer front plate 23, and the first matching structure may be a sliding rail accommodated in the sliding slot, and the sliding rail may slide in the sliding slot; for another example, the first sliding structure may be a sliding block, and the first mating structure may be a sliding groove extending in the width direction of the outer front plate 23, along which the sliding block can slide. For another example, referring to fig. 6, the first limiting plate 26 is provided with a protruding point 27, referring to fig. 10, the first side plate 14 is provided with a sliding slot 16 extending along the width direction of the supporting front plate 23, the protruding point 27 is accommodated in the sliding slot 16, and the protruding point 27 can slide relative to the sliding slot 16 to guide the first side plate 14 to be installed in the first accommodating space, so as to improve the convenience of assembling the supporting shell 1 and the outer shell 2. Moreover, the salient points 27 and the sliding grooves 16 are simple in structure and convenient to process.
In order to facilitate the installation of the second side plate 15 into the second accommodating space, two of the second limiting plate and the second side plate 15 are provided with a second sliding structure, and the other two of the second limiting plate and the second side plate 15 are provided with a second matching structure which matches and slides with the second sliding structure. For example, the second sliding structure may be a sliding rail extending to the sliding slot along the width direction of the outer front plate 23, and the second matching structure may be a sliding rail accommodated in the sliding slot, and the sliding rail may slide in the sliding slot; for another example, the second sliding structure may be a sliding block, and the second mating structure may be a sliding groove extending in the width direction of the outer front plate 23, along which the sliding block can slide. For another example, referring to fig. 10, the second side plate 15 is provided with a sliding slot 16 extending along the width direction of the supporting front plate 23, the protruding point is accommodated in the sliding slot 16, and the protruding point can slide relative to the sliding slot 16 to guide the second side plate 15 to be installed in the first accommodating space, so as to improve the convenience of assembling the supporting shell 1 and the outer shell 2. In addition, the salient points and the sliding grooves 16 are simple in structure and convenient to process.
The first sliding structure and the second sliding structure may be the same or different, and the first matching structure and the second matching structure may be the same or different. Optionally, the first sliding structure is the same as the second sliding structure, and the first matching structure is the same as the second matching structure, so that the processing and the installation are convenient.
When the panel cover 10 is disposed outside the control display panel 61, the bottom end of the panel cover 10 is hinged to the housing 60, and the top end of the panel cover 10 is provided with a fixing structure connected to the housing 60 to prevent the panel cover 10 from being opened, for example, a buckle is disposed on the top end of the panel cover 10, and an opening clamped with the buckle is disposed on the housing 60, that is, the top end of the panel cover 10 is clamped to the housing 60.
In one possible embodiment, at least one mounting groove 131 is disposed on the supporting front plate 13, a first magnetic attraction member 5 is mounted in the mounting groove 131, and the first magnetic attraction member 5 is configured to magnetically attract a second magnetic attraction member disposed in the housing 60. Specifically, the supporting front plate 13 is provided with a mounting groove 131 toward the side of the outer front case 2, that is, the first magnetic attraction piece 5 is sandwiched between the supporting front plate 13 and the outer front plate 23. In order to improve the stability of the first magnetic attraction piece 5, a plurality of ribs 132 are further disposed in the mounting groove 131, and the side surface of the mounting groove 131 is provided with a plurality of ribs 132 at intervals. In order to ensure the stability of the connection of the top end of the panel cover 10 with the housing 60, a plurality of mounting grooves 131, for example, two, three, etc., are provided on the support front plate 13, and the plurality of mounting grooves 131 are provided at intervals along the length direction of the support front plate 13. A plurality of hinge seats 133 are provided at intervals along the length direction of the fixing edge 17, for example, two hinge seats 133 are provided at intervals along the length direction of the fixing edge 17, so as to improve the stability of the connection of the support case 1 with the housing 60.
In summary, the housing 60 of the gas-heating water heater of the present invention is provided with the panel cover 10, and the panel cover 10 can be rotated to open and expose the control display panel 61, or the cover is disposed outside the control display panel 61 to protect the control display panel 61. The panel cover 10 comprises a supporting shell 1, an outer shell 2 and a supporting piece 3, the supporting shell 1 is positioned on the inner side of the outer shell 2, reinforcing ribs 11 are arranged on the surface of the supporting shell 1 facing the outer shell 2 so as to increase the structural strength of the supporting shell 1, the supporting shell 1 provides supporting force for the outer shell 2, the capability of the outer shell 2 in resisting deformation is improved, and the phenomenon that the outer shell 2 is sunken and extrudes to control the display panel 61 and influence the attractiveness is avoided; the supporting shell 1 and the outer shell 2 are separately processed respectively, so that the processing technology is facilitated to be simplified, the outer shell 2 and the supporting shell 1 with complex shapes can be designed, the design of the panel cover 10 is more diversified, and the attractiveness of the panel cover 10 is facilitated to be increased; the outer panel shell 2 is provided with an operation opening 21, the support piece 3 is accommodated in the operation opening 21, the support piece 3 and an operation plate 22 arranged above the operation opening 21 and clamped by the support shell 1 are fixedly connected with each other through the fastening piece 4, and the fastening piece 4 is hidden in the operation opening 21, so that the panel cover 10 is improved in attractiveness while the installation is ensured to be reliable and firm.
Finally, the panel cover 10 of the present invention is not only used in a gas-heating water heater, but also can be used in other devices having a cover, such as an exterior door and a viewing window of some devices.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.

Claims (10)

1. A panel cover, comprising: the supporting shell is located on the inner side of the outer shell and fixedly connected with the outer shell, and reinforcing ribs are arranged on the opposite surface of the supporting shell and the outer shell.
2. The panel cover according to claim 1, wherein a top end of the support case is provided with a first fixing plate;
the top of the shell is provided with an operation opening, a second fixing plate is arranged in the operation opening, and the second fixing plate is fixedly connected with the first fixing plate.
3. The panel cover according to claim 2, wherein the top end of the outer shell is provided with two connecting parts at intervals, an operation plate is arranged between the two connecting parts, and the operation plate and the two connecting parts form the operation opening;
the panel cover further comprises a supporting piece, the supporting piece comprises a supporting plate and a second fixing plate connected with the supporting plate, the supporting plate is abutted to the operating plate, and the second fixing plate and the first fixing plate are respectively abutted to two end faces of the operating plate.
4. The panel cover according to claim 3, wherein the first fixing plate is provided with at least one first fixing hole, and the second fixing plate is provided with at least one second fixing hole coaxial with the first fixing hole;
the panel cover further comprises at least one fastener, and the fastener is in threaded connection with the second fixing hole and the first fixing hole respectively.
5. The panel cover according to claim 4, wherein a side of the first fixing plate facing the second fixing plate is provided with at least one first fixing post, the first fixing post being provided with the first fixing hole therein;
one side of the second fixing plate, which faces the first fixing plate, is provided with at least one second fixing column, and the second fixing column is internally provided with a second fixing hole.
6. The panel cover according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the outer cover includes an outer front plate and first and second outer plates disposed at both sides of the outer front plate at intervals;
the supporting shell comprises a supporting front plate and a first side plate and a second side plate which are arranged at two sides of the supporting front plate at intervals, the supporting front plate is opposite to the outer front plate, the first side plate is opposite to the first outer plate, the second side plate is opposite to the second outer plate, and the reinforcing ribs are arranged on the supporting front plate, the first side plate and the second side plate.
7. The panel cover according to claim 6, wherein the first outer plate is bent and extended towards the second outer plate to form a first limiting plate, the second outer plate is bent and extended towards the first outer plate to form a second limiting plate, and the second limiting plate and the first limiting plate are both opposite to the outer front plate;
the first limiting plate, the first outer plate and the outer front plate form a first accommodating space for accommodating the first side plate; the second limiting plate, the second outer plate and the outer front plate form a second accommodating space for accommodating the second side plate.

The panel cover according to claim 7, wherein one of the first limit plate and the first side plate is provided with a first sliding structure, and the other of the first limit plate and the first side plate is provided with a first engaging structure that is engaged with the first sliding structure to slide;
and a second sliding structure is arranged on the second limiting plate and the second side plate, and a second matching structure matched with the second sliding structure for sliding is arranged on the second limiting plate and the second side plate.

The panel cover according to claim 6, wherein the supporting front plate is provided with at least one mounting groove, a first magnetic attraction piece is mounted in the mounting groove, and the first magnetic attraction piece is magnetically attracted with a second magnetic attraction piece arranged in the housing;
or, a plurality of reinforcing ribs are arranged on the supporting front plate, wherein part of the reinforcing ribs are arranged at intervals along a first preset direction, the other part of the reinforcing ribs are arranged at intervals along a second preset direction, and the second preset direction is intersected with the first preset direction to form a preset angle.
10. A gas-fired water heating furnace comprising a housing and a panel cover according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the housing is provided with a control display panel, the panel cover is rotatably mounted on the housing, and the panel cover is provided outside the control display panel.
