The invention can fully utilize municipal water pressure, reduce the opening times of the variable frequency pump set and achieve the effect of energy saving.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pressure induction valves, in particular to a pressure induction electric valve device and a control method.
Background
The pressure induction electric valve is controlled to be opened by the electric contact pressure gauge and can be applied to various building domestic water pump rooms. The prior art continues with a pressure-sensitive electric valve device and a control method.
Patent document CN102242617A discloses a structure of a pressure sensing valve, which is composed of 5 main components, namely a valve cylinder, a valve seat, a spring, a valve core and a pressure regulating screw. The pressure induction valve has the working principle that low-pressure water flows out from the small holes of the valve seat through the small holes on the large end surface of the valve core and the gap between the conical surface of the valve core and the red copper pad. The high-pressure water pushes the valve core to close the gap between the conical surface of the valve core and the red copper pad through the pressure difference between the inner area and the outer area of the large end surface of the valve core, so that the low-pressure water is closed. There is still room for improvement in structure and performance.

Preferably, the water pump component is a variable frequency water pump component.

the second electric valve (102) is arranged on the direct-supply water main pipe part;
the second electro-contact pressure gauge means (202) is provided in the direct-feed water main section.
2. Pressure-sensitive electro-active valve device according to claim 1, characterized in that the water pump unit is a variable frequency water pump unit.
3. Pressure-sensitive electrovalve device according to claim 1, characterized in that said variable-frequency water pump means are in number.

7. A pressure-sensitive electric valve control method, characterized by using the pressure-sensitive electric valve device according to claims 1 to 6, comprising:
step S1: judging whether the second electric contact pressure gauge component (202) is smaller than a set pressure value;
if yes, obtaining judgment result information smaller than the set pressure value;
if not, acquiring judgment result information larger than the set pressure value;
step S2: according to the judgment result information of the pressure value smaller than the set pressure value, the first electric valve (101) is opened, and the second electric valve (102) is closed;
starting a water pump component;
the living water tank part and the water pump part are used for supplying water jointly;
step S3: acquiring control result information of the pressure induction electric valve;
the water pump component adopts a variable frequency pump set.
