When the electric pole is corrected, a correct using method needs to be provided for the hydraulic jack, and when the hydraulic jack is used, the using method is as follows:
1) before use, the parts are checked to see whether the parts are normal or not, and the parts such as a piston, a joint, a high-pressure hose and the like are mainly checked to see whether oil leaks or not.
2) When the lifting device is used, the regulations in main parameters are strictly followed, the phenomenon of over-high overload is strictly avoided, otherwise, when the lifting height or the lifting tonnage exceeds the regulations, the top of the hydraulic cylinder can seriously leak oil.
3) If the oil quantity in the manual hydraulic pump is insufficient, the hydraulic oil which is fully filtered needs to be added into the pump to work.
4) The gravity center of the weight is selected to be moderate, the acting point of the jack is reasonably selected, the bottom surface is leveled, and meanwhile, the soft and hard conditions of the ground, whether tough wood is lined and whether the weight is placed stably are considered, so that the weight is prevented from sinking or inclining.
5) After the jack lifts the weight, the weight is firmly supported by the support in time.
6) If several jacks are needed to be lifted simultaneously, the loads of all the jacks are balanced except that the jacks are correctly placed, and the lifting speed is kept synchronous, so that the phenomenon that the lifted object is inclined to cause danger is prevented.
7) When the jack is used, the hydraulic cylinder is placed, and then the oil discharge screw on the hydraulic pump is screwed, so that the hydraulic jack can work. When the piston rod is lowered, the hand wheel of the manual hydraulic pump is slightly unscrewed in the counterclockwise direction, the hydraulic cylinder is unloaded, and the piston rod is gradually lowered. Otherwise, too fast a descent speed would create a risk.
8) The separated jack adopts a spring reset structure, can be quickly taken out after being lifted, but can not be pulled by a connected hose.
9) Because the jack has a small lifting stroke, the jack can not exceed the rated stroke when in use, so as to avoid damaging the jack.
10) During the use process, the jack is prevented from vibrating violently (such as knocking a workpiece by a hammer when the jack is loaded).
The following notes are taken in use:
1) when the pump is used, if the idle driving phenomenon occurs, the oil drainage screw on the pump body can be unscrewed firstly, the vertical head of the pump body is driven downwards for several times, and then the oil drainage screw is screwed, so that the pump can be continuously used.
2) When in use, the jack is not required to be loaded with unbalance or overloaded, so as to avoid the danger caused by the damage of the jack. When the load is carried, the quick connector is forbidden to be disassembled so as to avoid accidents and damage to parts.
3) The hydraulic jack uses oil as a medium, so the maintenance work of the oil and equipment must be done to avoid blockage or oil leakage to influence the use effect.
4) The new or long-placed hydraulic jack has more air in the hydraulic cylinder, so that when the hydraulic jack is used, a piston rod may have a micro kick phenomenon, and the hydraulic jack can reciprocate 2-3 times in a no-load manner to remove air in a cavity. The hydraulic jack that idles for a long time, because the sealing member is not worked for a long time and hardens to influence hydraulic jack's life, so hydraulic jack when not using, will make its no-load reciprocating motion 2 ~ 3 times monthly.
5) When the hydraulic jack is used, the bottom of the hydraulic jack needs to be leveled and tough. The wood plate without oil stains can enlarge the bearing area and ensure the safety. An iron plate cannot be used instead of a wood plate to prevent sliding.
6) The lifting is required to be stable, and the top can be continuously lifted only by checking whether the heavy object is abnormal or not after the heavy object is slightly lifted. The handle cannot be lengthened or the operation cannot be performed too hard.
7) Not overloaded and over-high. When the sleeve appears red, the jacking is stopped when the rated height is reached.
8) When a plurality of hydraulic jacks work simultaneously, a specially-assigned person needs to command to synchronously lift or descend. A wood block is supported between two adjacent hydraulic jacks, and the interval is ensured to prevent sliding.
9) When the hydraulic jack is used, attention needs to be paid to the sealing part and the pipe joint part at any time, and the safety and the reliability of the sealing part and the pipe joint part must be ensured.
10) Hydraulic jacks are not suitable for use in locations where there is acid, base or corrosive gas.

the electric pole fixing plate is provided with a positioning groove for semi-surrounding the electric pole, and the opening of the positioning groove faces the electric pole jacking mechanism;
length adjusting plate is connected the fixing base with between the pole fixed plate, length adjusting plate through with the overlap joint length of fixing base and/or pole fixed plate is adjusted the constant head tank with horizontal distance between the arc layer board.

The pole inclination correcting device of claim 1, wherein the pole jacking mechanism includes a hydraulic jack, a base of the hydraulic jack is rotatably connected with the fixing base through a connecting shaft, the hydraulic jack is angularly adjustable through the connecting shaft, a locking member for locking the hydraulic jack is provided on the connecting shaft, and the arc-shaped supporting plate is mounted on a piston rod of the hydraulic jack.
3. The pole inclination correcting device according to claim 1, wherein a protective pad is provided on the arc surface of said arc blade.
4. The pole inclination correcting device of claim 3, wherein said protective pad is a wear-resistant rubber pad.
5. The pole inclination correcting device of claim 4, wherein the wear-resistant rubber pad is provided with anti-slip protrusions.

The pole inclination correcting device of claim 1, wherein the fixing base includes a fixing groove for mounting the pole jacking mechanism and a bottom plate connected to the fixing groove, the pole jacking mechanism is rotatably connected to a groove wall of the fixing groove, and the bottom plate is connected to the ground through a plurality of sets of ground binding cones.

The pole inclination correcting device of claim 1, wherein the pole fixing plate includes an arc positioning plate and an extension plate connected to the arc positioning plate, the positioning groove is an arc-shaped groove on the arc positioning plate, the extension plate is provided with a first connecting hole, the length adjusting plate is provided with a plurality of groups of second connecting holes, the first connecting hole overlaps with the second connecting holes at different positions, and the adjustment of the horizontal distance between the positioning groove and the arc supporting plate is achieved by means of bolt connection.
