Abstract
The invention relates to a connecting structure for partition boards and constructional columns, comprising: the grooves are formed in the side parts of the partition boards, and the grooves of two adjacent partition boards are spliced to form accommodating spaces matched with the constructional columns; a plurality of holes arranged at intervals on the bottom surface of the groove; and a plurality of connecting ribs which correspond to the holes and are fixed at the side parts of the constructional column at intervals, and the connecting ribs are inserted into the holes by grouting in the holes, so that the connecting ribs are fixed on the partition board, and the constructional column is fixed in the accommodating space. The invention effectively solves the problem that the joint of the partition wall board and the constructional column is easy to crack, strengthens the connection of the partition wall board and the constructional column while ensuring the surface smoothness of the partition wall board, improves the strength and stability of the joint, ensures the construction quality and improves the construction speed.

Background

A further improvement of the invention for a connection of a partition wall panel to a construction post is that the depth of the groove is equal to half the width of the construction post.
The invention is further improved for the connecting structure of the partition board and the constructional column, the section of the constructional column is rectangular, and the section of the groove is correspondingly U-shaped.
The invention is further improved in that the holes are provided with three connecting ribs at intervals along the height direction of the partition board, and the side parts of the constructional columns are provided with three connecting ribs corresponding to the holes.
A further improvement of the present invention for a connection of a partition panel to a construction post is that the length of the groove matches the length of the construction post.

The invention is further described with reference to the following figures and specific examples.
Referring to fig. 1, the invention provides a connecting structure for a partition board and a constructional column, wherein a groove is formed on the side part of the partition board, a hole is formed on the bottom surface of the groove, a connecting rib is installed on the side part of the constructional column corresponding to the hole, grouting is performed in the hole, and then the connecting rib is inserted into the hole, so that the connecting rib is fixed on the partition board, the constructional column is positioned in the accommodating space of two adjacent partition boards, and the constructional column is positioned in the accommodating space, so that the structural column does not protrude outwards from the surface of the partition board, the aesthetic property of the partition board is ensured, the possibility of forming cracks between the partition board and the constructional column is reduced, the connecting rib further enhances the connecting strength between the constructional column and the partition board, the problem that cracks are easily generated at the joint of the partition board and the constructional column is solved, the connection between the partition board and the constructional column is enhanced while the surface of the partition board is flat, the strength and the stability of the joint are improved, the construction quality is guaranteed, and the construction speed is improved. The connection structure of the present invention for the partition wall plate and the construction column will be described with reference to fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention is a connection structure for a partition board and a construction column, comprising:
the grooves 11 are arranged on the side parts of the partition boards 21, and the grooves 11 of two adjacent partition boards 21 are spliced to form accommodating spaces matched with the constructional columns 22;
a plurality of holes 12 spaced apart from each other and formed in the bottom surface of the groove 11; and
the connecting ribs 13 corresponding to the holes 12 and fixed at the side portions of the constructional columns 22 at intervals are injected into the holes 12, so that the connecting ribs 13 are inserted into the holes 12, the connecting ribs 13 are fixed on the partition board 21, and the constructional columns 22 are fixed in the accommodating spaces.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the depth of the groove 11 is equal to half of the width of the construction column 22, so that the construction column 22 can be attached to the sidewall of the accommodating space.
Preferably, the construction column 22 has a rectangular cross section, and the groove 11 has a corresponding U-shaped cross section.
Specifically, the holes 12 are provided with three spaced apart holes along the height direction of the partition plate 21, and the side portions of the structural columns 22 are provided with three connecting ribs 13 corresponding to the holes.
Preferably, the length of the groove 11 matches the length of the construction post 22.

in this way, the construction column 22 is buried in the accommodating space, so that the construction column does not protrude out of the partition plate 21, the surface of the partition plate 21 is flat and beautiful, and in addition, the connection seam between the construction column 22 and the partition plate 21 is located in the accommodating space, so that the possibility of cracking is low, the connection rib 13 and the partition plate 21 are tightly fixed, the connection strength between the construction column 22 and the partition plate 21 is further enhanced, and the construction quality is ensured.
The invention also provides a construction method for the connecting structure of the partition board and the constructional column, which comprises the following steps:
providing a partition plate 21, and injecting slurry into the hole 12 of the partition plate 21;
providing the construction columns 22, and correspondingly inserting the connecting ribs 13 of the construction columns 22 into the holes 12, so that the connecting ribs 13 are fixed to the partition boards 21, and the construction columns 22 are fixed in the accommodating spaces of two adjacent partition boards 21.
Further, before inserting the connecting rib 13 into the hole 12, the method further includes:
mortar is coated on the side wall of the groove 11, after the connecting rib 13 is inserted into the hole 12, the side part of the constructional column 22 is correspondingly contacted with the mortar on the side wall of the groove 11, so that the constructional column 22 is fixed in the groove 11.

Claims (10)
1. A connection structure for partition boards and constructional columns, comprising:
the grooves are formed in the side parts of the partition boards, and the grooves of two adjacent partition boards are spliced to form an accommodating space matched with the constructional column;
a plurality of holes spaced at the bottom of the groove; and
and a plurality of connecting ribs corresponding to the holes and fixed at intervals on the side parts of the constructional columns are injected into the holes, and then the connecting ribs are inserted into the holes, so that the connecting ribs are fixed on the partition board, and the constructional columns are fixed in the accommodating spaces.
2. A connecting structure for partition boards to construction columns according to claim 1, characterised in that the depth of the groove is equal to half the width of the construction column.
3. A connecting structure for partition boards and construction columns according to claim 1 wherein the construction column is rectangular in cross-section and the grooves are correspondingly U-shaped in cross-section.

The connecting structure for partition boards and construction columns according to claim 1, wherein the holes are provided three times at intervals in the height direction of the partition boards, and the side portions of the construction columns are provided with three connecting ribs corresponding to the holes.
5. A connecting structure for partition boards and construction columns according to claim 1, wherein the length of the groove matches the length of the construction column.
6. A construction method for a connecting structure of a partition board and a constructional column as claimed in claim 1, comprising the steps of:
providing the partition board, and injecting slurry into the hole of the partition board;
and providing the constructional columns, and correspondingly inserting the connecting ribs of the constructional columns into the holes, so that the connecting ribs are fixed on the partition boards, and the constructional columns are fixed in the accommodating spaces of two adjacent partition boards.
7. The construction method for a connecting structure of a partition board and a construction post according to claim 6, wherein the inserting of the connecting rib into the hole further comprises:
and coating mortar on the side wall of the groove, and after the connecting ribs are inserted into the holes, correspondingly contacting the side part of the constructional column with the mortar on the side wall of the groove, so that the constructional column is fixed in the groove.
8. A method of constructing a connecting structure for partition boards to constructional columns as claimed in claim 6 wherein the depth of the groove is equal to half the width of the constructional column.
9. The construction method for a coupling structure of a partition board and a construction post as set forth in claim 6, wherein the construction post has a rectangular cross section and the groove has a corresponding U-shaped cross section.

The construction method for a coupling structure of a partition board and a construction post according to claim 6, wherein the holes are provided three times at intervals in a height direction of the partition board, and the sides of the construction post are provided with three connecting ribs corresponding to the holes.
