Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of polyester fabric after-finishing, in particular to a polyester fabric alkali-reduction and dyeing one-bath production process.
Background
The terylene is the most rapidly developed fiber with the largest output in synthetic fibers, occupies a great proportion in the whole textile fiber, has the advantages of high strength, good elasticity, good wear resistance and practicability and the like, but has poor hygroscopicity and wearability, and the alkali decrement treatment is required for the terylene, the polyester cotton or the polyester-viscose fabric with higher requirements at present.
During dyeing processing, the terylene is usually dyed by an acid dye, and the alkali weight reduction and dyeing are carried out in two baths, so that the time is long, the alkali weight reduction is that a small amount of alkali remains on the fabric due to insufficient water washing under an alkaline condition, the terylene often has quality problems when being dyed under an acidic condition, and the dyeing reproducibility is poor. In the acid dyeing, the oligomer migrates from the fiber into the dye bath and is adsorbed on the fiber surface to form a dyeing defect. And the existing alkali decrement process is not only long in time, but also wastes a large amount of energy, and does not meet the requirement of environmental protection.

On the basis of the above scheme and as a preferable scheme of the scheme: and 1-2% of soaping agent is added in the hot water washing step.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the production process of the polyester fabric by the alkali deweighting and dyeing one-bath method realizes the alkali deweighting and dyeing one-bath method, firstly performs alkali deweighting, uses the alkali disperse dye under the alkali condition, and combines the polyester hyperbranched polymer to ensure that the dyeing color fastness is higher.
Detailed Description
The present invention is further illustrated by the following specific examples.
Example one
The alkali deweighting and dyeing one-bath production process of the polyester fabric related to the embodiment sequentially comprises the following steps of: s1 alkali weight reduction treatment, S2 alkali dyeing, S3 hot water washing and S4 cold water washing.
In the alkali weight reduction treatment of step S1, the polyester fabric is placed in a sodium hydroxide solution containing 6%, the bath ratio is 1: 5; treating at 135 deg.C for 45 min. Under the condition of the bath ratio and the concentration of the sodium hydroxide, a small amount of sodium hydroxide is calculated to be remained, so that a dyeing environment can be provided for subsequent alkaline dyeing. And at the temperature, the sodium hydroxide and the polyester fiber can react quickly, and the reduction rate can reach about 25%. And after alkali weight reduction treatment, the softness of the warp-knitted fabric reaches the hand feeling of cotton fibers.
In the step S2 of alkaline dyeing, the temperature of the treatment liquid in the previous step is reduced to 60 ℃, then 4% o.w.f of alkaline disperse dye, 5g/L of leveling agent and 20g/L of dispersing agent are added, the temperature is increased to 110 ℃ according to the temperature rising rate of 1 ℃/min, then 15g/L of polyester hyperbranched polymer is added, the temperature is kept for 30min, and then the temperature is increased to 125 ℃. The temperature of the treatment liquid is reduced to 60 ℃, so that the combination of the basic disperse dye and the polyester fiber is facilitated, the reaction is not too violent, the polyester hyperbranched polymer is added, the polyester hyperbranched polymer can be combined with the polyester fiber, the basic disperse dye is fixed in a cavity formed by the branched chains, the disperse dye is firmly fixed on the surface of the polyester fiber, and the disperse dye is difficult to fall off from the surface of the fiber.
The dispersant used included 5 parts by mass of benzimidazole, 3 parts by mass of 2-ethyl methacrylate, 5 parts by mass of hydroxyethylidenediphosphonic acid, 2 parts by mass of HPMA, and 8 parts by mass of hydroxypropyl methacrylate. The benzimidazole, the hydroxyethylidene diphosphonic acid and the 2-ethyl methacrylate can well uniformly disperse the basic disperse dye, and the HPMA and the hydroxypropyl methacrylate can improve the dispersion speed of the basic disperse dye by 30-50 percent through tests.
The polyester hyperbranched polymer at least comprises one of hyperbranched polyester quaternary ammonium salt, hyperbranched polyester polyol or hyperbranched unsaturated polyester, and in the embodiment, the hyperbranched polyester polyol is selected.
The leveling agent comprises 50 parts by mass of fatty alcohol oxyether, 30 parts by mass of sodium dihydrogen phosphate, 10 parts by mass of soluble rare earth chloride and 100 parts by mass of deionized water.
In the step S3 of hot water washing, the water washing is carried out by using clean water with the temperature of 85 ℃, and 2 percent of soaping agent is added in the step of hot water washing.
In the cold water washing at step S4, the washing is performed with clear water at 35 ℃.

1. The production process of the polyester fabric by the alkali deweighting and dyeing one-bath method is characterized by sequentially comprising the following steps of:
s1 alkali weight reduction treatment: placing the terylene fabric in 6-8% sodium hydroxide solution with a bath ratio of 1: 5-6; treating at 130-135 deg.C for 30-45 min;
s2 alkaline staining: cooling the treatment liquid in the last step to 50-60 ℃, adding 3-4% o.w.f of basic disperse dye, 4-5g/L of leveling agent and 15-20g/L of dispersing agent, heating to 110 ℃ at the heating rate of 0.5-1 ℃/min, adding 10-15g/L of polyester hyperbranched polymer, preserving the heat for 20-30min, and heating to 125 ℃ at 120 ℃;
s3 hot water washing: washing with 80-85 deg.C clear water;
s4 cold water washing: washing with 30-35 deg.C clear water.
2. The polyester fabric alkali-deweighting and dyeing one-bath production process as claimed in claim 1, wherein the dispersant used comprises 3-5 parts by mass of benzimidazole, 2-3 parts by mass of 2-ethyl methacrylate, 3-5 parts by mass of hydroxyethylidene diphosphonic acid, 1-2 parts by mass of HPMA, and 5-8 parts by mass of hydroxypropyl methacrylate.
3. The alkali-deweighting and dyeing one-bath production process of the polyester fabric as claimed in claim 1, wherein the polyester-based hyperbranched polymer at least comprises one of hyperbranched polyester quaternary ammonium salt, hyperbranched polyester polyol or hyperbranched unsaturated polyester.
4. The production process of the dacron fabric by the alkali deweighting and dyeing one-bath method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the leveling agent comprises 45-50 parts by mass of fatty alcohol oxyethyl ether, 20-30 parts by mass of sodium dihydrogen phosphate, 5-10 parts by mass of soluble rare earth chloride and 100 parts by mass of deionized water.
5. The alkali-deweighting and dyeing one-bath production process of the polyester fabric as claimed in claim 1, wherein 1-2% of soaping agent is added in the hot water washing step.
