The water-based environment-friendly bamboo-wood fiber board composite adhesive is characterized by comprising the following raw materials: acrylate (10-20 parts of ethyl acrylate, 5-10 parts of butyl acrylate, 10-20 parts of methyl methacrylate, 1-5 parts of butyl methacrylate, 1-5 parts of acrylic acid), a crosslinking agent (1-5 parts of acrylic acid-4-hydroxybutyl ester), 50-150 parts of deionized water, an emulsifier (0.1-3 parts of sodium isopropyl naphthalene sulfonate, 0.1-3 parts of sodium diisooctyl succinate sulfonate), an initiator (0.1-3 parts of ammonium persulfate), a neutralizer (0.1-3 parts of sodium bicarbonate), a molecular chain regulator (0.1-3 parts of dodecyl mercaptan), a preservative and a tackifier, and the preparation method comprises the following steps:
the first step is as follows: weighing 30-50 parts of acrylate, 0.1-3 parts of cross-linking agent, 50-70 parts of deionized water, 0.1-3 parts of emulsifier, 0.1-3 parts of initiator and 0.1-3 parts of molecular weight regulator;
the second step is that: putting the raw materials weighed in the first step into a container for mixing, and stirring the mixed materials for 2 hours at a high speed by using stirring equipment to form pre-emulsion by the fully mixed raw materials;
the third step: taking out one third of the pre-emulsion, putting the pre-emulsion into a reaction kettle, stirring the pre-emulsion in the reaction kettle by using stirring equipment, and raising the temperature of the reaction kettle to 60 ℃ in the stirring process of the pre-emulsion;
the fourth step: the color of the liquid in the pre-emulsion in the reaction kettle is gradually changed in the stirring process, and when the liquid is changed into blue and white, the remaining two thirds of the pre-emulsion is gradually and uniformly dripped into the reaction kettle within 2 hours;
the fifth step: after the residual pre-emulsion is dripped, raising the temperature of the reaction kettle to 80 ℃, and preserving the temperature for half an hour;
and a sixth step: after half an hour, cooling the temperature of the reaction kettle to 50 ℃, adding 0.1 to 3 parts of neutralizer, 0.1 to 3 parts of preservative and 1 to 10 parts of tackifier into the reaction kettle, and stirring the materials in the reaction kettle by using stirring equipment;
the seventh step: discharging after stirring evenly.

The water-based environment-friendly bamboo-wood fiber board composite adhesive and the preparation method thereof according to claim 1, wherein the adhesive is characterized in that: the acrylic ester is one or a mixture of more than one of ethyl acrylate, butyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate, butyl methacrylate and acrylic acid, and the acrylic ester in the first step comprises 10-20 parts of ethyl acrylate, 5-10 parts of butyl acrylate and 10-20 parts of methyl methacrylate; 1-5 parts of butyl methacrylate; 1-5 parts of acrylic acid.

The water-based environment-friendly bamboo-wood fiber board composite adhesive and the preparation method thereof according to claim 1, wherein the adhesive is characterized in that: the cross-linking agent is one or a mixture of hydroxyethyl acrylate, hydroxypropyl acrylate, acrylamide, 4-hydroxybutyl acrylate and glycidyl acrylate, and the cross-linking agent in the first step comprises 1-5 parts of 4-hydroxybutyl acrylate.

The water-based environment-friendly bamboo-wood fiber board composite adhesive and the preparation method thereof according to claim 1, wherein the adhesive is characterized in that: the emulsifier is isopropyl sodium naphthalene sulfonate, diisooctyl succinate sodium sulfonate, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, OP-10 and sodium vinyl sulfonate, and the emulsifier in the first step comprises 0.1-3 parts of isopropyl sodium naphthalene sulfonate and 0.1-3 parts of diisooctyl succinate sodium sulfonate.

The water-based environment-friendly bamboo-wood fiber board composite adhesive and the preparation method thereof according to claim 1, wherein the adhesive is characterized in that: the initiator is persulfate, azobisisobutyronitrile, tert-butyl hydroperoxide, hydrogen peroxide and benzoyl peroxide, and the initiator in the first step is 0.1-3 parts of ammonium persulfate.

The water-based environment-friendly bamboo-wood fiber board composite adhesive and the preparation method thereof according to claim 1, wherein the adhesive is characterized in that: the neutralizer is carbonate, bicarbonate, ammonia water, organic amine and hydroxide, and the neutralizer in the sixth step is 0.1-3 parts of sodium bicarbonate.
