Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of chemical industry, and particularly relates to a polyurethane high-resilience cotton for a mattress and a preparation method thereof, wherein the polyurethane high-resilience cotton is prepared from a component A and a component B in parts by weight as follows: the component A comprises: 49-51 parts of polyether polyol DEP-3600H, 3024-26 parts of polymer polyol POP-H3024, 78-26 parts of polymer polyol POP-36/2824, 0.05-0.06 part of amine catalyst, 0.5-0.6 part of tertiary amine catalyst, 1.0-1.2 parts of cross-linking agent, 0.5-0.6 part of foam stabilizer and 3-3.5 parts of water, wherein the component B is 43-45 parts of black material. The preparation method comprises the steps of adding the raw materials of the component A into a stirrer, uniformly mixing, adjusting the constant material temperature to be 25 +/-2 ℃, adjusting the rotating speed of the stirrer to be 4200-. The invention has the advantages of good elasticity of the polyurethane open pore structure, softness, comfort, high quality, high health, environmental protection, simple processing technology, high production efficiency and the like.
