Background
The foot step of urban construction in China is accelerated continuously, the wood consumption quantity is increased continuously, and the tree degree demand is increased continuously, so that the plastic template becomes a better choice. The introduction of the plastic formwork is necessary, the plastic formwork serving as a novel building formwork is not only favorable for realizing the effective turnover of building construction, but also has the advantage of easy construction, but the plastering technology for achieving better plastering quality on the wall surface of the plastic formwork has not been deeply researched, so that the large-area use of the plastic formwork can not be completed, and the determination of the mixing ratio parameters of plastering mortar and the definition of the types of additives and the construction process become an important part. The prior art provides a white surface mortar composition, which is fine and compact in surface layer and good in finish degree after being hydrated with cement and other components, can be plastered into walls with different color surfaces, reduces the cost and improves the construction efficiency. The method is particularly suitable for the external wall heat insulation system of the civil buildings and the office buildings, and is economical and practical. Meanwhile, the coating can be used as the plastering mortar and the inner wall coating of other walls. In the prior art, 18-23 parts of water is added on the basis of the plastering mortar powder for external wall external insulation to obtain the plastering mortar slurry for external wall external insulation, and experiments prove that the rubber particles such as waste tires added in the material can improve the flexibility of the plastering mortar, reduce the defect that the surface of the plastering mortar is easy to crack, consume a large amount of waste tires, utilize wastes, save resources and protect the environment, play a great role in the field of buildings and have wide market prospect. But the mortar in the prior art has poor adhesion to the concrete wall surface of the plastic template.
