The invention relates to a honeycomb buffering shockproof, moisture-proof and flame-retardant express bag or packaging bag and a paper bag production line thereof, wherein the express bag or packaging bag is formed by folding and adhering composite paper, the composite paper comprises a middle layer, an upper surface layer and a lower surface layer, and the honeycomb buffering shockproof, moisture-proof and flame-retardant express bag or packaging bag is characterized in that: the upper surface layer and the lower surface layer are both kraft paper, the middle layer is corrugated by stretching honeycomb paper, and the three layers are connected by gluing; the honeycomb paper is flame-retardant paper provided with a plurality of longitudinal tearing lines and/or cutting marks in uniform distribution, the longitudinal tearing lines and/or cutting marks are distributed in a matrix manner, and two adjacent rows of longitudinal tearing lines and/or cutting marks are staggered; the honeycomb paper is stretched, the longitudinal tearing lines and/or the cutting marks are torn apart, and the flame-retardant paper between every two adjacent tearing lines and/or cutting marks is twisted to form the corrugated shape. Technical Field

Background

The composite paper comprises an upper surface layer 1-1, a middle layer 1-2, a lower surface layer 1-3, flame retardant paper 2-1, a longitudinal cut 2-2, a vertical winding drum 3, a two-point gluing machine 4, a laminating machine 5, a bag making machine 6 and a paper bag collecting table 7.
Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1-4, a honeycomb buffering, shock-proof, moisture-proof and flame-retardant express bag or packaging bag is formed by folding and adhering a composite paper 1, wherein the composite paper 1 comprises a middle layer 1-2, an upper surface layer 1-1 and a lower surface layer 1-3, the upper surface layer 1-1 and the lower surface layer 1-3 are both kraft paper, the middle layer 1-2 is formed by stretching honeycomb paper into a corrugated shape, and the three layers are connected by gluing; the honeycomb paper is made of flame-retardant paper 2-1 with a plurality of longitudinal cutting marks 2-2 uniformly distributed on the honeycomb paper, the longitudinal cutting marks 2-2 are distributed in a matrix, two adjacent rows of longitudinal cutting marks 2-2 are staggered, and the length of 1/2 of the longitudinal cutting mark 2-2 is staggered between the two adjacent rows of longitudinal cutting marks 2-2; and stretching the honeycomb paper, tearing the longitudinal cut marks 2-2, and twisting the flame-retardant paper 2-1 between every two adjacent cut marks to form the corrugated shape.
