Please refer to fig. 2, a driving motor is installed inside the drying chamber 24 at one side of the drying fan 26, an output end of the driving end machine is connected with a first driving wheel, one side of the first driving wheel is connected with a second driving wheel, the first driving wheel is meshed with the second driving wheel, the first driving wheel and the second driving wheel are detachably connected with the second cleaning brushes 27 through a coupling, the two sets of second cleaning brushes 27 are rotatably connected with the drying chamber 24, and a water collecting tank is installed at a bottom end of the drying chamber 24.
According to the invention, through the arrangement of the sealing frame 17, the sealing device 18, the electric scissors 19, the cleaning bin 20, the suction fan 21, the first cleaning brush 22, the cleaning roller 25, the drying fan 26 and the second cleaning brush 27, the device can clean the sealing position of the packaging bag, absorb powder attached to the outer side, remove powder which is difficult to absorb by using the first cleaning brush 22, and clean the whole outer side of the packaging bag by using the cleaning roller 25 and the second cleaning brush 27 in the later period, so that the cleaning effect is good, and manual cleaning in the later period is not needed.

step two: after the packaging bag is loosened, the packaging bag does not fall, but is clamped by a left clamping plate and a right clamping plate 15, a third air cylinder 14 on one side of a connecting plate 13 is started to drive the clamping plates 15 to move forwards, so that the packaging bag is clamped by the clamping plates 15 and is fixed without falling, then a motor 10 is started, the motor 10 drives a screw rod 11 to rotate, the screw rod 11 is matched with a sliding block and a sliding chute at the bottom end, so that a sliding block 12 slides on two sides of the conveyor 1, the connecting plate 13, the third air cylinder 14 and the clamping plates 15 are driven to move, the packaging bag clamped by the clamping plates 15 is driven to move, the upper half part of the packaging bag driven to move by the clamping plates 15 is still left on the inner side of the mounting frame 9, when the upper half part of the packaging bag passes through the inside of the sealing frame 17 in the moving process, a sealing device 18 seals the packaging bag, and then redundant part after sealing, with the continuous movement of the clamping plate 15, the upper half part of the sealed packaging bag can also enter the cleaning bin 20, the suction fan 21 can absorb powder residues left on the upper half part of the packaging bag, and the sealing position is cleaned by the first cleaning brush 22;
step three: after the sealing position is cleaned, the clamping plate 15 for clamping the packaging bag is recovered, the packaging bag falls on the rotating roller at the top end of the conveyor 1, the packaging bag is driven to move along with the rotation of the rotating roller, the packaging bag in the moving process enters the inside of the testing pool 23, water is filled in the testing pool 23, bubbling can occur on the water surface as long as the packaging bag is sealed, a quality testing person on one side takes out the packaging bag with the bubbling, the bubbling packaging bag serves as a waste packaging bag to wait for centralized processing, the packaging bag without the bubbling is described to be tightly packaged, and the packaging bag can pass through the testing pool 23 and then enters the inside of the drying bin 24;
step four: in the inside of dry storehouse 24, the moisture that remains on the wrapping bag can get into in the collecting box at first and collect, then gets into the top of scrub roller 25, is absorbed its bottom moisture by scrub roller 25, and the moisture on the wrapping bag also can be dried to the drying fan 26 of opening from top to bottom, starts the second cleaning brush 27 at last and can clean the top of wrapping bag once more, and the bottom of wrapping bag is cleaned by scrub roller 25, and so needn't later stage manual cleaning.
In the invention, a control box is arranged outside the device, a controller is arranged inside the control box, and the controller is electrically connected with a mechanical electrical appliance inside the device.
