Specifically, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the first mounting plate 53 functions to fix the first elastic mounting base 5 to the fixed plate 41, the length of the first mounting plate 53 in the extending direction of the corresponding flange 32 is larger than the size of the first mounting hole 411, and both sides of the first mounting plate 53 are fixed to the fixed plate 41 by bolting.
The front pressing plate 51 is connected to the folded edge 32, and the length of the front pressing plate 51 in the extending direction of the corresponding folded edge 32 is approximately the same as the length of the folded edge 32 or slightly smaller than the length of the folded edge 32.
The front elastic unit 54 is disposed between the front pressure plate 51 and the first mounting plate 53, and mainly plays a role of buffering vibration of the water pump 2.

During installation, the front press plate 51, the front elastic unit 54 and the first installation plate 53 are integrally provided. First, the front pressing plate 51 and the front elastic unit 54 are inserted through the first mounting hole 411 from the rear side of the fixed plate 41, i.e., the side away from the water pump 2, and the first mounting plate 53 is closely attached to the rear side of the fixed plate 41, and then the first mounting plate 53 and the fixed plate 41 are coupled by the fastening bolt 7.
Then, the fastening member 8 is coupled to the flange 32 of the support plate 3 through the first mounting plate 53, the front elastic unit 54, and the front press plate 51 in sequence.
The length of the front elastic unit 54 in the axial direction is greater than the depth of the first mounting hole 411 in the axial direction, and therefore, after the folded edge 32 of the support plate 3 is coupled to the fixed plate 41 by the first elastic mounting seat 5, a portion of the front elastic unit 54 is fitted into the first mounting hole 411.
In the above-mentioned solution, according to the present invention, the first mounting plate 53 and the fixing plate 41 are fixed relatively, and the front elastic unit 54 is partially embedded in the first mounting hole 411, so that the supporting seat can support the water pump 2 through the supporting plate 3, and the vibration of the water pump 2 can be buffered by extending and shortening the front elastic unit 54 when the water pump 2 vibrates horizontally, so as to reduce the noise generated by the vibration of the water pump 2.

The length of the upper elastic unit 64 in the axial direction is greater than the depth of the second mounting hole 31 in the axial direction, so that after the base 23 of the water pump 2 is connected to the support plate 3 through the second elastic mounting seat 6, a part of the upper elastic unit 64 is embedded in the second mounting hole 31.
