An ultrasonic treatment needle positioning device as defined in claim 1, wherein: the first adjusting structure (1) comprises a seat body (101), a sliding seat A (102), a rectangular plate (10201), a sliding rod A (103) and an adjusting rod structure (106); the seat body (101) is connected with two sliding seats A (102) in a sliding mode, the two sliding seats A (102) are connected through two sliding rods A (103) in a welding mode, and the two sliding seats A (102) are connected through a rectangular plate (10201) in a welding mode; the base body (101) is connected with an adjusting rod structure (106) in a rotating mode, the adjusting rod structure (106) is in threaded connection with the rectangular plate (10201), and the adjusting rod structure (106) forms a thread adjusting type structure of the rectangular plate (10201) and the sliding base A (102).

An ultrasonic treatment needle positioning device in accordance with claim 2, wherein: the first adjusting structure (1) further comprises two sliding rods B (104) and an elastic piece A (105), the two sliding rods B (104) are arranged and welded on the seat body (101), and the two sliding rods B (104) are connected with the rectangular plate (10201) in a sliding mode; the two sliding rods B (104) are both of a stepped shaft structure, the two sliding rods B (104) are sleeved with an elastic piece A (105), and the two elastic pieces A (105) jointly form a backlash eliminating structure between the rectangular plate (10201) and the adjusting rod structure (106).
