Abstract
本发明涉及农业害虫防治相关技术领域,具体公开了一种高效果蝇黏胶诱引剂,包括二甲苯、热可塑性高分子、碳氢石油树脂、甲基丁香酚和调色剂,该高效果蝇黏胶诱引剂,通过甲基丁香酚的加设,雄成虫趋往此物质并经取食后,于体内代谢转换为性费洛蒙之前驱物,并于求偶行为前释放性费洛蒙,吸引雌虫来完成交尾行为,虽然提高了雌虫交尾频率,使该后代比例增加,然对雌性成虫而言,繁殖潜能并无明显增加,由于交尾必须耗费许多能量,雄性果实蝇取食甲基丁香油后虽可增加子代繁衍的机会,但相对的却会造成个体寿命减低,达到灭减目的,通过调色剂的加设,满足了昆虫对颜色、光照的偏好反应以及实际对光波长及相对反射率的喜好,增加了诱引几率。

本发明涉及农业害虫防治相关技术领域,具体公开了一种高效果蝇黏胶诱引剂。
背景技术
果蝇:隶属双翅目果蝇科,果蝇的体长则在3mm左右,由于果实蝇寄主范围广,赖以为食及繁衍之果实终年存在,加上孵化后的幼虫潜伏在果肉内蛀食为害,致喷药防治不易,更突显其危害的严重性,因此,针对果实蝇族群生态特性,采取适当防治技术,是为防治果实蝇最佳策略。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高效果蝇黏胶诱引剂,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种高效果蝇黏胶诱引剂,包括二甲苯、热可塑性高分子、碳氢石油树脂、甲基丁香酚和调色剂。
优选的,所述热可塑性高分子为异聚丁烯。
优选的,所述碳氢石油树脂为异构烷烃溶剂油。
优选的,各所述主要成分配比如下:异聚丁烯——57.5%;二甲基苯——18%;异构烷烃溶剂油——18%;甲基丁香酚——6.5%。
优选的,所述调色剂为橘色油性色料。

本发明实施例中,一种高效果蝇黏胶诱引剂,包括二甲苯、热可塑性高分子、碳氢石油树脂、甲基丁香酚和调色剂,热可塑性高分子为异聚丁烯,碳氢石油树脂为异构烷烃溶剂油,各主要成分配比如下:异聚丁烯——57.5%;二甲基苯——18%;异构烷烃溶剂油——18%;甲基丁香酚——6.5%,调色剂为橘色油性色料。
通过采用上述方案,由于果实蝇科的蝇类有一个很特别的生物特性,藉由嗅觉感受器如触角上的化学接受器接收化学物质的刺激,在同种或不同物种个体间,透过化学物质传递讯息及产生特定的行为反应,雄成虫需要从天然植物中摄取特殊的化学物质,这种化学物质原先并不存在于雄虫体内,系由取食经体内代谢作用,而转换成性费洛蒙吸引同物种的异性个体,并于适当距离诱导求偶及交尾行为,研究发现自然界中常看到果实蝇类成虫常聚集特定植物上如罗勒属皆为雄成虫,经由生物合成鉴定出此物质为甲基丁香油可以用来诱引特定的果实蝇类害虫,尤其是严重危害经济果树令人头痛的东方果实蝇,该高效果蝇黏胶诱引剂,通过甲基丁香酚的加设,在果实蝇雄成虫性成熟后,其触角内化学接受器特别对甲基丁香油敏锐,雄成虫趋往此物质并经取食后,于体内代谢转换为性费洛蒙之前驱物,并于求偶行为前释放性费洛蒙,吸引雌虫来完成交尾行为,虽然提高了雌虫交尾频率,使该后代比例增加,然对雌性成虫而言,繁殖潜能并无明显增加,尤其在寿命方面,由于交尾必须耗费许多能量,雄性果实蝇取食甲基丁香油后虽可增加子代繁衍的机会,但相对的却会造成个体寿命减低,以此达到灭减目的,同时通过调色剂的加设,满足了昆虫对颜色、光照的偏好反应以及实际对光波长及相对反射率的喜好,大大增加了诱引几率。
该高效果蝇黏胶诱引剂,在实际使用时,可直接均匀涂抹在塑胶材料或纸板上,每100平方米使用1张,可依地区害虫密度调整增减,每7~21天更换,持续使用效果加倍。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效果蝇黏胶诱引剂,其特征在于,所述热可塑性高分子为异聚丁烯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效果蝇黏胶诱引剂,其特征在于,所述碳氢石油树脂为异构烷烃溶剂油。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效果蝇黏胶诱引剂,其特征在于,各所述主要成分配比如下:异聚丁烯——57.5%;二甲基苯——18%;异构烷烃溶剂油——18%;甲基丁香酚——6.5%。
