Technical Field
The present invention relates to a skin patch for application to the skin.
The present application claims priority based on japanese patent application No. 2018-056476, filed on 23/3/2018, the contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.
Background
Conventionally, a skin application sheet to be applied to the skin has been widely used for medical use or cosmetic use. The skin patch comprises: a patch to be applied to the skin; and a release paper covering the adhesive material layer of the dressing.
Recently, however, there has been an increasing demand for a skin application sheet for application to a region such as the face which is easily seen by a person. In the case of such a sheet for application to the skin, the adhesive is formed into a film shape so as not to be conspicuous. Therefore, in order to prevent the adhesive from being deformed or damaged during storage before use, the patch is stored in a state in which the surface of the adhesive, that is, the surface opposite to the release paper is covered with a flexible protective film. In such a skin patch, when the release paper and the protective film are separated from the patch during use, wrinkles are likely to be generated in the film-like patch when the user's fingers touch the patch. Therefore, patent document 1 proposes a skin application sheet in which release paper and a protective film can be separated from an application agent without touching the application agent.
On the other hand, patent document 2 discloses a skin application sheet that can be applied to the skin in a small number of steps. As shown in fig. 10 (b), the skin application sheet 80 includes: a patch 83 composed of a base material layer 81 and an adhesive material layer 82; a protective film 84 covering the surface of the base material layer 81; and a release paper 85 covering the adhesive material layer 82. As shown in fig. 10 (a) and (b), the sheet for skin application is divided into a main body 87 and a removal portion 88 by a slit 86 formed so as to penetrate through a release paper 85 and an adhesive 83 and reach a protective film 84. When the sheet 80 for skin application is used, first, the main body 87 of the release paper 85 is peeled off, and the exposed main body 87 of the adhesive material layer 82 is applied to the skin. Thereafter, the protective film 84 is removed together with the removed portion 88 of the release paper 85 and the removed portion 88 of the adhesive 83, so that only the main body portion 87 of the adhesive 83 remains on the skin. In this way, the skin application sheet 80 of patent document 2 can be applied to the skin in a small number of steps.

Problems to be solved by the invention
However, as is clear from experiments, in the skin application sheet of patent document 1, the steps for separating the release paper and the protective film from the application agent are many and complicated, and therefore, it is difficult to reliably apply the skin application sheet to the skin unless the specification describing the steps is referred to.
In addition, it was found by experiments on the prepared samples that, in the skin patch 80 of patent document 2, when the protective film 84 was removed together with the removed portion 88 of the release paper 85 and the removed portion 88 of the patch 83, the main body 87 and the removed portion 88 of the patch 83 could not be smoothly separated. Therefore, it is found that the main body portion 87 and the removed portion 88 of the adhesive material layer 82 are adhered to each other.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a skin application sheet which can be applied to the skin simply and reliably in a small number of steps and can smoothly separate a main body portion and a removal portion of an application agent when a protective film is removed.
Means for solving the problems
A skin application sheet according to an aspect of the present invention is a skin application sheet for application to skin, the skin application sheet including:
a patch having a film-like base material layer and an adhesive material layer laminated on the back side of the base material layer;
a release paper provided to cover the adhesive material layer of the patch;
a protective film provided so as to cover the surface side of the base material layer of the patch;
a first slit formed over the entire length of the patch in the thickness direction, the first slit dividing the patch into a main body portion to be applied to the skin in use and a removal portion to be removed in use; and
a second slit formed over the entire length of the release paper in the thickness direction thereof, the second slit dividing the release paper into a peeling portion to be peeled off in use and a holding portion to be held by a user in use,
the patch is formed such that the cross-sectional area of the patch becomes smaller as going from the main body portion toward the first slit, and the cross-sectional area of the patch becomes larger as going from the first slit toward the removal portion.
In the skin patch according to one aspect of the present invention, the protective film may have the same shape as the patch in a plan view.
In the skin patch according to an aspect of the present invention, an angle formed by an outline of the main body portion and an outline of the removal portion may be an acute angle in a plan view with the first slit interposed therebetween.

Detailed Description
Next, a skin patch according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The skin patch of the present invention can be used for medical use, cosmetic use, and the like.

Fig. 1 to 3 are views showing the structure of a patch 1 for application to the skin according to a first embodiment of the present invention, fig. 1 is a schematic plan view, fig. 2 is a sectional view taken along line a-a in fig. 1, and fig. 3 is a schematic exploded perspective view. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the patch 1 for application to the skin includes: a film-like dressing 2 having a gourd-shaped outer shape in a plan view; a release paper 3 provided to cover the back side of the patch 2; and a protective film 4 provided so as to cover the surface side of the patch 2.

The patch 2 functions to protect the skin surface from the external environment or to mask the skin surface in such a manner that the skin surface is not visible from the outside by being applied to the skin. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the patch 2 includes: a film-like base material layer 5; and an adhesive material layer 6 laminated on the back surface side of the base material layer 5. The dressing 2 is formed with a first slit 7, and the first slit 7 is configured to extend over the entire length in the thickness direction as shown in fig. 2, and to extend over the entire length in the width direction as shown in fig. 3 in a plan view. Thus, the base material layer 5 and the adhesive material layer 6 are divided by the first slit 7 into two parts, namely, a main body part 8 to be applied to the skin in use and a removal part 9 to be removed in use. However, the adhesive material layer 6 is in a state where the side portion of the main body portion 8 and the side portion of the removed portion 9 are adhered to each other at the position of the first slit 7.
The patch 2 thus configured is formed such that the cross-sectional area S becomes smaller as going from the main body portion 8 to the vicinity of the first slit 7, and the cross-sectional area S becomes larger as going from the vicinity of the first slit 7 to the removal portion 9, as shown in fig. 3. That is, the cross-sectional area S1 of the patch 2 near the first slit 7 is smaller than the cross-sectional area S2 of the patch 2 at the predetermined position of the main body portion 8 and smaller than the cross-sectional area S3 of the patch 2 at the predetermined position of the removal portion 9. In other words, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the patch 2 is formed so as to be narrower in the width direction in the vicinity of the first slit 7 in a plan view than in other portions, and thereby has a constricted portion 10 at the middle portion in the longitudinal direction thereof. In the constricted portion 10, a constricted angle α formed by the outline of the main body portion 8 and the outline of the removed portion 9 is an acute angle, i.e., 90 ° or less, in a plan view.
In the first embodiment, the width W of the patch 2 in the vicinity of the first slit 7 in a plan view is set to be approximately 2 mm. In addition, the patch 2 is formed in a circular shape having a diameter D1 of approximately 15mm in a plan view of the main body portion 8, and formed in a circular shape having a diameter D2 of approximately 5mm in the removed portion 9. Accordingly, the width W of the patch 2 at the position of the first slit 7 is approximately 0.13 times the diameter D1 of the main body 8 and approximately 0.4 times the diameter D2 of the removal part 9. The thickness of the entire adhesive 2 obtained by laminating the base material layer 5 and the adhesive material layer 6 was set to approximately 27 μm.
The base material layer 5 functions to hold the adhesive material layer 6. The base layer 5 is a film-like member made of polyurethane and having a substantially constant thickness. In the first embodiment, the thickness of the base material layer 5 is set to be approximately 7 μm. As a material forming the base layer 5, for example, biaxially oriented polypropylene (so-called OPP), polyethylene terephthalate (so-called PET), or polyethylene (so-called PE) may be used instead of polyurethane.
The layer of adhesive material 6 serves to attach the dressing 2 to the skin. The adhesive material layer 6 is made of an acrylic resin adhesive, and is laminated on the back surface side of the base material layer 5 at a substantially constant thickness as shown in fig. 2. As shown in fig. 3, the adhesive material layer 6 is formed in a shape substantially equal to the base material layer 5 in a plan view. As a material for forming the adhesive material layer 6, a conventionally known adhesive, for example, a urethane resin-based, silicone-based or rubber-based adhesive, may be used instead of the acrylic adhesive.
In the first embodiment, the thickness of the adhesive material layer 6 is set to be approximately 20 μm. The adhesive force of the adhesive material layer 6 to the stainless steel plate is set to be in the range of 1.263N/20mm or more and 2.947N/20mm or less in the case of the dressing 2 having a width of 20 mm. In the present specification, the adhesive force of the adhesive material layer 6 to the skin is defined as the adhesive force to a stainless steel plate (not shown). This is because human skin varies in state depending on age, sex, constitution, and the like, and the measured value of the adhesive force greatly fluctuates, and therefore, the adhesive force to a stainless steel plate having a uniform surface state is defined.
(Release paper)
The release paper 3 serves to prevent the adhesive material layer 6 from being exposed to the outside and thus the adhesive force thereof from being lowered. Although not shown in detail, the release paper 3 is a multi-layer paper having one surface subjected to a peeling treatment. The release paper 3 is provided with a second slit 11, and the second slit 11 extends over the entire length in the thickness direction as shown in fig. 2, and also extends over the entire length in the width direction as shown in fig. 3. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the second slit 11 is located at a position overlapping the first slit 7 in a plan view, that is, vertically below the first slit 7, and is located on the same line as the first slit 7 in a side view. The release paper 3 is divided into two parts, i.e., a peeling part 12 to be peeled off in use and a grip part 13 to be gripped by a user in use, by the second slit 11. Here, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the peeling section 12 is formed in a rectangular shape larger than the main body section 8 of the patch 2 in a plan view. On the other hand, the grip portion 13 is formed in a circular shape having substantially the same size as the removal portion 9 of the patch 2 in a plan view.
The release paper 3 configured as described above is attached to the back surface of the adhesive agent 2 so as to cover the adhesive material layer 6 with the surface subjected to the peeling treatment, and extends outward from the outer shape of the adhesive agent 2 in a plan view, as shown in fig. 1 and 3. As the release paper 3, a conventionally known release paper, for example, a polyester film or a polyolefin film subjected to a peeling treatment may be used instead of the multi-layer paper subjected to a peeling treatment.

The protective film 4 protects the patch 1 from deformation or damage during storage. Although not shown in detail in the drawings, the protective film 4 is a protective film obtained by bonding a PET film and an OPP film. As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the protective film 4 has a gourd-shaped outer shape substantially equal to the adhesive agent 2 in plan view, and is formed much thicker than the adhesive agent 2 as shown in fig. 2. The protective film 4 thus configured is attached to the surface of the adhesive 2 so as to cover the base material layer 5, as shown in fig. 3. Here, the peel strength of the protective film 4 with respect to the base material layer 5 is set to be greater than the adhesive strength of the adhesive material layer 6 with respect to the release paper 3 and smaller than the adhesive strength of the adhesive material layer 6 with respect to the skin.
In the first embodiment, the thickness of the protective film 4 is set to approximately 115 μm. In addition, the peeling force of the protective film 4 with respect to the base material layer 5 is set to be in a range of 0.028N/20mm or more and 0.064N/20mm or less in the case of the protective film 4 having a width dimension of 20 mm. In the case of the protective film 4 having a small width, the peel force is very small, and the measurement is difficult. Therefore, the peel force of the protective film 4 having a width of 50mm with respect to the base material layer 5 was measured, and the measurement result was converted to obtain the peel force of the protective film 4 having a width of 20 mm.

Fig. 4 is an explanatory view showing a procedure of using the patch 1. The user of the skin patch 1 first peels the peeling section 12 of the release paper 3 from the skin patch 1. Although not shown in detail in the drawings, the user holds the portion of the release paper 3 extending outward of the adhesive 2 with one hand, and the portion of the release paper 3 where the removed portion 9 of the adhesive 2 and the protective film 4 are laminated (referred to as "holding portion or the like 14") with the other hand while pressing the portion with the other hand. At this time, since the removed portion 9 of the adhesive material layer 6 is covered with the grip portion 13 of the release paper 3, the fingertip of the user does not touch the adhesive material layer 6 and is not soiled.
Then, as shown in fig. 4 (a), the user lifts the grip portion 14 upward. Here, as described above, the peel strength of the protective film 4 with respect to the base material layer 5 is set to be larger than the adhesive strength of the adhesive material layer 6 with respect to the release paper 3. Therefore, when the grip portion 14 is lifted upward, the protective film 4 is not peeled from the adhesive 2, and the adhesive 2 is peeled from the release paper 3. As described above, the adhesive layer 6 of the patch 2 is in a state in which the side portion of the main body portion 8 and the side portion of the removed portion 9 are adhered to each other at the position of the first slit 7. Therefore, even when the user lifts the grip portion 14 upward, the main body portion 8 of the adhesive 2 does not separate from the removal portion 9 and fall onto the peeling portion 12 of the release paper 3.
Next, the user applies the skin application sheet 1, from which the peeling section 12 of the release paper 3 is peeled, to the skin. That is, the user applies the main body portion 8 of the adhesive material layer 6 exposed to the outside by peeling the peeling portion 12 of the release paper 3 as shown in fig. 4 (b) to a predetermined portion of the skin Sk without holding the grip portion 14 or the like. At this time, the removed portion 9 of the adhesive material layer 6 is covered with the grip portion 13 of the release paper 3, and thus does not adhere to the skin Sk. The user pays attention to the fact that the main body 8 of the adhesive layer 6 is reliably attached to the skin Sk, particularly at a portion close to the removed portion 9. Further, at this point of time, the adhesive material layer 6 is kept in a state in which the side portion of the main body portion 8 and the side portion of the removed portion 9 are adhered to each other at the position of the first slit 7.
Here, in the first embodiment, the thickness of the base material layer 5 is set to be approximately 7 μm. Thus, there are the following advantages: since sufficient tensile strength is secured in the base material layer 5, the base material layer 5 is less likely to be deformed or damaged when or after the sheet 1 for skin application is applied to the skin Sk. In order to ensure sufficient tensile strength in the base material layer 5, the thickness of the base material layer 5 is preferably set to 5 μm or more.
Next, the user removes the protective film 4 and the like from the skin patch 1. Then, the adhesive material layer 6 is separated from the body 8 at the position of the first slit 7 by the removing portion 9. Here, the application agent 2 is formed such that the cross-sectional area S becomes smaller as going from the main body portion 8 to the vicinity of the first slit 7, and the cross-sectional area S becomes larger as going from the vicinity of the first slit 7 to the removal portion 9. In this way, since the constriction 10 is provided in the vicinity of the first slit 7 in the patch 2, the region where the main body portion 8 and the removed portion 9 of the adhesive material layer 6 adhere to each other becomes narrower as compared with the case where the constriction 10 is not provided. Accordingly, the removed portion 9 of the adhesive material layer 6 is smoothly separated from the main body portion 8 by applying a slight force to the grip portion 14. Further, since the constriction 10 is provided in the adhesive 2, when an upward force is applied to the grip portion 14, stress concentration occurs in the vicinity of the constriction 10 of the adhesive 2. Accordingly, the removed portion 9 of the adhesive material layer 6 is more smoothly separated from the main body portion 8 by applying a slight force to the grip portion 14. Further, in the constricted portion 10, the outline of the body portion 8 and the outline of the removed portion 9 form an acute angle with each other across the first slit 7, and therefore, stress concentration is likely to occur in the constricted portion 10 as compared with a case where the outline of the body portion 8 and the outline of the removed portion 9 form an obtuse angle. Accordingly, the removed portion 9 of the adhesive material layer 6 is more smoothly separated from the main body portion 8 by applying a slight force to the grip portion 14.
In the first embodiment, the width W of the patch 2 in the vicinity of the first slit 7 is set to be approximately 2mm, which is approximately 0.4 times the diameter D2 of the removed portion 9 in a plan view. Therefore, stress is easily generated in the vicinity of the constricted portion 10, and the removed portion 9 of the adhesive material layer 6 is smoothly separated from the main body portion 8. In order to facilitate the occurrence of stress concentration, the width W of the adhesive 2 in the vicinity of the first slit 7 is preferably set to be not more than 0.4 times the diameter D2 of the removed portion 9 when the removed portion 9 is circular in plan view, and is preferably set to be not more than 2mm regardless of the shape of the removed portion 9 in plan view.
As described above, the peel strength of the protective film 4 with respect to the base material layer 5 is set to be smaller than the adhesive strength of the adhesive material layer 6 with respect to the skin Sk. Therefore, when the grip portion 14 is lifted upward, the protective film 4 is peeled from the adhesive 2 without peeling the adhesive 2 from the skin Sk.
After that, when the protective film 4 and the like are completely removed from the skin application sheet 1, only the main body portion 8 of the patch 2 remains on the skin Sk as shown in fig. 4 (d). This completes the operation of applying the sheet 1 to the skin Sk.
Here, in the first embodiment, the thickness of the base material layer 5 is set to be approximately 7 μm. Thus, there are the following advantages: since appropriate moisture permeability is secured in the base material layer 5, rash is less likely to occur in the area of the skin Sk covered with the patch 2. In order to ensure appropriate moisture permeability, the thickness of the base material layer 5 is preferably set to 50 μm or less.
In addition, in the first embodiment, the thickness of the adhesive material layer 6 is set to be approximately 20 μm. Thus, there are the following advantages: sufficient adhesion is secured in the adhesive material layer 6, and therefore, the patch 2 is difficult to peel off from the skin Sk. Moreover, the following advantages also exist: since the adhesive material layer 6 also ensures appropriate moisture permeability, a rash is less likely to occur in the area of the skin Sk covered with the dressing 2. In order to ensure sufficient adhesive strength and also ensure appropriate moisture permeability, the thickness of the adhesive material layer 6 is preferably set to 15 μm or more and 60 μm or less.
In the first embodiment, the thickness of the entire adhesive 2 obtained by laminating the base material layer 5 and the adhesive material layer 6 is set to be approximately 27 μm. Thus, there are the following advantages: when the patch 2 is peeled off from the skin Sk after use, the finger tips easily catch the side portions of the patch 2, and thus the patch 2 is easily peeled off. Moreover, the following advantages also exist: when applied to the skin Sk, the patch 2 does not protrude greatly from the skin Sk surface, and therefore, is inconspicuous. In order to ensure easy peeling after use and to make it inconspicuous when used, the thickness of the patch 2 is preferably set to 20 μm or more and 110 μm or less.
As described above, according to the patch 1 of the first embodiment, both of the following can be achieved in a well-balanced manner: when the peeling part 12 of the release paper 3 is peeled from the skin application sheet 1, the main body part 8 of the application agent 2 is peeled from the release paper 3 without being separated from the removing part 9; and smoothly separating the removing part 9 of the patch 2 from the main body part 8 when the protective film 4 and the like are removed from the skin patch 1 applied to the skin Sk.
(modification of the first embodiment)
The dressing 2 of the first embodiment has a circular shape in a plan view of the main body portion 8 and a circular shape in a plan view of the removal portion 9. However, if the patch 2 has the constricted portion 10 in the middle portion in the longitudinal direction, the shape of the main body portion 8 and the removed portion 9 in plan view can be appropriately changed, and may be, for example, an oval shape, a polygonal shape, a fan shape, or a dart shape. Fig. 5 is a schematic plan view showing the skin application sheets 20, 30, 40, and 50 according to the modified example of the present invention. Both the main body portion 21 and the removed portion 22 of the skin application sheet 20 shown in fig. 5 (a) are formed in an elliptical shape in a plan view. The main body 31 of the patch 30 shown in fig. 5 (b) is formed to be substantially rectangular in plan view, and the removed portion 32 is formed to be pentagonal in plan view. The main body portion 41 of the skin application sheet 40 shown in fig. 5 (c) is formed in a substantially triangular shape in plan view, and the removed portion 42 is formed in a fan shape in plan view. The body portion 51 of the patch 50 shown in fig. 5 (d) is formed in a hexagonal shape in a plan view, and the removed portion 52 is formed in a dart shape in a plan view.
The application agent 2 of the first embodiment has a two-layer structure composed of the base material layer 5 and the adhesive material layer 6, but the application agent 2 of the present invention may have a three-layer or more structure in which another layer, not shown, is interposed between the base material layer 5 and the adhesive material layer 6. The application agent 2 according to the first embodiment is configured by the main body portion 8 and the removal portion 9 with the first slit 7 interposed therebetween, but the application agent 2 according to the present invention may be configured to include a portion other than the main body portion 8 and the removal portion 9.
The adhesive material layer 6 of the first embodiment has the same shape as the base material layer 5 in a plan view, but the shape in a plan view thereof may be appropriately designed and changed within a range in which sufficient adhesive force can be secured. For example, the adhesive material layer 6 may be laminated only on a part of the base material layer 5.
The first slit 7 of the first embodiment is located on the same straight line as the second slit 11 and on the constricted portion 10 in a side view, but the position may be shifted slightly from the constricted portion 10 in the horizontal direction. However, the first slit 7 located at the constricted portion 10 has the following advantages: due to the influence of the stress concentration generated in the constricted portion 10, the removed portion 9 of the adhesive material layer 6 is easily separated from the main body portion 8 smoothly.
The release paper 3 according to the first embodiment is configured to include the peeling section 12 and the holding section 13 with the second slit 11 therebetween, but the release paper 3 according to the present invention may be configured to include a portion other than the peeling section 12 and the holding section 13. The peeling section 12 of the release paper 3 of the first embodiment is formed larger than the main body 8 of the adhesive agent 2 in a plan view, but the peeling section 12 may be the same shape as the main body 8 of the adhesive agent 2 in a plan view. However, the shape of the peeling section 12 as in the first embodiment has the following advantages: the peeling part 12 is easily peeled from the main body part 8 of the patch 2.
The protective film 4 of the first embodiment has the same shape as the patch 2 in a plan view, but the shape in a plan view thereof may be appropriately modified within a range capable of protecting the patch 2. In addition, the thickness of the protective film 4 may be changed as appropriate.
(Structure of sheet for application to skin according to second embodiment)
Fig. 6 and 7 are views showing the structure of a skin application sheet 60 according to a second embodiment of the present invention, fig. 6 is a schematic plan view, and fig. 7 is a sectional view taken along line B-B in fig. 6. The skin patch 60 is different from the skin patch 1 according to the first embodiment in the structure of the protective film 61 from the protective film 4 according to the first embodiment. The other structure is the same as the skin application sheet 1 in the skin application sheet 60, and therefore the same reference numerals as in the first embodiment are used for the respective portions, and the description thereof is omitted. In addition, various modifications described in the first embodiment may be applied to the skin application sheet 60 according to the second embodiment.
The protective film 61 is different from the protective film 4 of the first embodiment only in the point having the third slit 62. As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the protective film 61 includes: a base 63 covering the main body 8 of the patch 2 in a plan view; and a protruding portion 64 covering the removed portion 9 of the patch 2 in a plan view. Further, a constricted portion 65 is provided between the base portion 63 and the protruding portion 64, and the constricted portion 65 is formed to be narrower than the other portions in the width direction. That is, it is not shown in detail in the drawing, but the protective film 61 is formed so that the cross-sectional area becomes smaller as going from the base portion 63 to the constricted portion 65, and the cross-sectional area becomes larger as going from the constricted portion 65 to the protruding portion 64.
The third slit 62 functions to facilitate peeling of the protective film 61 from the patch 2 when the protective film 61 or the like is removed from the skin patch 60 attached to the skin Sk. More specifically, in the skin application sheet 1 according to the first embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 (c), when the grip portion 14 is lifted upward, the removal portion 9 of the patch 2 is smoothly separated from the main body portion 8, but the protective film 4 may not be satisfactorily peeled off from the patch 2. In this case, there are the following problems: the main body portion 8 of the patch 2 is not left on the skin Sk as shown in fig. 4 (d), but the main body portion 8 of the patch 2 is lifted upward together with the grip portion 14 and the like. In order to prevent such a problem, the protective film 61 of the second embodiment is formed with a third slit 62.
As shown in fig. 6, the third slit 62 is formed in an arc shape protruding toward the first slit 7 (indicated by a broken line in fig. 6) of the patch 2 in a plan view, and more specifically, is a part of an arc having a diameter D1 equal to the base 63. The starting point 621 of the third slit 62 is set at a predetermined position near the end of the first slit 7 in a plan view, at the outer edge 631 of the base 63. More specifically, a starting point 621 is set near the lower end of the first slit 7 in fig. 6. The third slit 62 extends obliquely in a direction forming an acute angle with the first slit 7 in a plan view, more specifically, in an upward left direction in fig. 6. The end point 622 of the third slit 62 is set at a predetermined position inside the base 63, more specifically, at the center in the longitudinal direction of the base 63. Here, "inside the base 63" means the inside of the base 63, which does not include the outer edge. That is, the base 63 is not divided by the third slit 62. As shown in fig. 7, the third slit 62 is formed over the entire length of the protective film 61 in the thickness direction.
(method of Using skin application sheet according to second embodiment)
Next, a method of using the skin application sheet 60 according to the second embodiment and its operation and effects will be described. Fig. 8 is a schematic perspective view for explaining a method of using the skin application sheet 60. Similarly to the skin patch 1 according to the first embodiment, the user of the skin patch 60 first peels the peel-off portion 12 of the release paper 3 from the skin patch 60 (see fig. 4 a), and then applies the skin patch 60 to the skin Sk (see fig. 4 b). At this time, the third slit 62 is formed in the protective film 61, but as described above, the side portion of the main body portion 8 and the side portion of the removed portion 9 of the adhesive layer 6 of the poultice 2 are bonded to each other, and therefore the third slit 62 does not hinder the work.
Next, the user removes the protective film 61 and the like from the skin application sheet 60 in the same manner as the skin application sheet 1 according to the first embodiment (see fig. 4 (c)). At this time, for example, as shown in fig. 8, the user of the right hander presses the region AL on the left side of the third slit 62 in the base portion 63 of the protective film 61 from above with the left hand (not shown), and raises the grip protrusion 64 upward with the right hand (not shown). Thus, the area AL on the left side of the third slit 62 in the base 63 is not attached to the main body 8 of the patch 2, but only the area AR on the right side of the third slit 62 is peeled off from the main body 8 of the patch 2. Thereafter, the user separates the left hand from the protective film 61, and peels the region AL on the left side of the third slit 62 in the base 63 from the main body 8 of the patch 2.
Since the protective film 61 is not divided by the third slit 62, only a part of the protective film 61 can be peeled off from the adhesive 2 first, and then the remaining part can be peeled off from the adhesive 2. This prevents the entire application agent 2 from being lifted together with the protective film 61, and allows the application agent 2 to remain on the skin Sk.
When the user of the right-handed device grips the protrusion 64 of the protective film 61 and lifts it upward, the operation is as follows: the right forearm is pivoted from the inside to the outside of the body with the elbow as a fulcrum. The third slit 62 extends in a direction forming an acute angle with the first slit 7 in a plan view so as to follow the right-hand trajectory at this time. Therefore, the user can smoothly lift the protruding portion 64 and the like upward.
Further, since the third slit 62 has an arc shape that is convex toward the first slit 7 in a plan view, a region AL on the left side of the third slit 62 in fig. 6, that is, a region AL pressed with the left hand is secured wider than a case where the third slit 62 has a straight shape in a plan view. Accordingly, the remaining narrow region AR of the protective film 61 can be peeled off from the main body portion 8 of the patch 2 in a state where the wide region AL of the protective film 61 is attached to the main body portion 8 of the patch 2. This can more reliably prevent the entire patch 2 from being lifted together with the protective film 61.
(modification of the second embodiment)
In the second embodiment, the third slit 62 is formed as a part of an arc having a diameter equal to that of the base portion 63 in a plan view. However, the diameter of the arc formed by the third slits 62 may be set to any size. The shape of the third slit 62 in a plan view is not limited to the circular arc shape, and may be any curved shape, linear shape, branched shape, or the like.
In the second embodiment, the starting point 621 of the third slit 62 is set at the outer edge 631 of the base portion 63 and is a predetermined position near the end of the first slit 7 in a plan view. Here, fig. 9 is a schematic plan view showing the patches 70, 90, 100, and 110 for application to the skin according to the modification of the second embodiment of the present invention. As in the patch 70 shown in fig. 9 (a), the starting point 711 of the third slit 71 may be set at a position slightly distant from the first slit 7 at the outer edge 721 of the base 72. However, setting the starting point 711 at a position closer to the first slit 7 has the following advantages: the upward pulling operation of the right grip protrusion 73 and the like can be performed more smoothly.
In the second embodiment, the end point 622 of the third slit 62 is set at the longitudinal center portion of the base 63. However, the setting position of the end point 622 is not limited to this, and for example, as in the patch 90 shown in fig. 9 (b), the end point 922 may be set in the vicinity of the position where the outer edge 911 of the base 91 faces the start point 921 of the third slit 92. However, the distance between the start point 921 and the end point 922 is appropriately shortened, which has the following advantages: when the projecting portion 93 is held by the right hand or the like and pulled upward, the adhesive 2 (see fig. 7) lifted up together with the projecting portion 93 is less likely to be tangled, and wrinkles or the like are less likely to occur in the adhesive 2.
In the second embodiment, only one third slit 62 is formed in the base portion 63 of the protective film 61. However, the number of the third slits 62 may be changed as appropriate, and for example, as in the skin application sheet 100 shown in fig. 9 (c), a pair of third slits 102 may be formed so as to extend in a direction perpendicular to the first slit 7 from the outer edge 101 in the vicinity of each of the left and right end portions of the first slit 7. Further, as in the skin application sheet 110 shown in fig. 9 (d), a pair of third slits 112 may be formed to extend from the outer edge 111 near each of the left and right ends of the first slit 7 in a direction forming an obtuse angle with the first slit 7. According to such patches for application to skin 100, 110, the following advantages are obtained: the operation of pulling up the handle holding projections 103 and 113 with the handle of the hander can be smoothly performed regardless of whether the user is the hander or the hander.
Industrial applicability
The term "skin" as used herein is a concept including not only human skin but also animal skin. Therefore, the skin patch according to the present invention can be used for medical use for pets or for pet decoration.

The claims (modification according to treaty clause 19)
1. A skin application sheet for application to the skin, comprising:
a patch having a film-like base material layer and an adhesive material layer laminated on the back side of the base material layer;
a release paper provided to cover the adhesive material layer of the patch;
a protective film provided so as to cover the surface side of the base material layer of the patch;
a first slit formed over the entire length of the patch in the thickness direction, the first slit dividing the base material layer and the adhesive material layer of the patch into a main body portion to be applied to the skin in use and a removal portion to be removed in use; and
a second slit formed over the entire length of the release paper in the thickness direction thereof, the second slit dividing the release paper into a peeling portion to be peeled off in use and a holding portion to be held by a user in use,
the patch is formed such that the cross-sectional area of the patch becomes smaller as going from the vicinity of the first slit toward the main body portion, and the cross-sectional area of the patch becomes larger as going from the vicinity of the first slit toward the removal portion.
2. The sheet for skin application according to claim 1,
the protective film has the same shape as the patch in a plan view.
3. The sheet for skin application according to claim 1 or 2, wherein,
an angle formed by an outline of the main body portion and an outline of the removed portion across the first slit in a plan view is an acute angle.
4. The sheet for skin application according to any one of claims 1 to 3,
the main body portion has any one of a circular shape, an elliptical shape, a polygonal shape, a fan shape, and a dart shape in plan view.
5. The sheet for skin application according to any one of claims 1 to 4,
the removal portion has any one of a circular shape, an elliptical shape, a polygonal shape, a fan shape, and a dart shape in plan view.
6. The sheet for skin application according to any one of claims 1 to 5,
the adhesive is formed such that the removal portion has a circular outer shape in plan view, and a width dimension in a direction along the first slit in plan view is 0.4 times or less the diameter of the removal portion at the position of the first slit.
7. The sheet for skin application according to any one of claims 1 to 6,
the width of the adhesive in the direction along the first slit in a plan view is 2mm or less at the position of the first slit.
8. The sheet for skin application according to any one of claims 1 to 7,
the thickness of the base material layer is 5 [ mu ] m or more and 50 [ mu ] m or less, and the thickness of the adhesive material layer is 15 [ mu ] m or more and 60 [ mu ] m or less.
9. The sheet for skin application according to any one of claims 1 to 8,
the peeling force of the protective film relative to the base material layer is more than or equal to 0.028N/20mm and less than or equal to 0.064N/20mm, and the adhesive force of the adhesive material layer relative to the stainless steel plate is more than or equal to 1.263N/20mm and less than or equal to 2.947N/20 mm.
10. The sheet for skin application according to any one of claims 1 to 9,
the protective film has: a base portion covering the main body portion of the patch; and a protruding portion that covers the removal portion,
the patch further includes a third slit formed over the entire length of the protective film in the thickness direction and extending from a predetermined position near an end of the first slit in a plan view at the outer edge of the base to a predetermined position inside the base.
11. A skin application sheet for application to the skin, comprising:
a patch having a film-like base material layer and an adhesive material layer laminated on the back side of the base material layer;
a release paper provided to cover the adhesive material layer of the patch;
a protective film provided so as to cover the surface side of the base material layer of the patch;
a first slit formed over the entire length of the patch in the thickness direction, the first slit dividing the patch into a main body portion to be applied to the skin in use and a removal portion to be removed in use; and
a second slit formed over the entire length of the release paper in the thickness direction thereof, the second slit dividing the release paper into a peeling portion to be peeled off in use and a holding portion to be held by a user in use,
the patch is formed such that the cross-sectional area of the patch becomes smaller as going from the vicinity of the first slit toward the main body portion, and the cross-sectional area of the patch becomes larger as going from the vicinity of the first slit toward the removal portion,
the protective film has: a base portion covering the main body portion of the patch; and a protruding portion that covers the removal portion,
the patch further includes a third slit formed over the entire length of the protective film in the thickness direction and extending from a predetermined position near an end of the first slit in a plan view at the outer edge of the base to a predetermined position inside the base.
12. The sheet for skin application according to claim 10 or 11,
the third slit extends in a direction forming an acute angle with the first slit in a plan view.
13. The sheet for skin application according to any one of claims 10 to 12,
the third slit has a curved shape that is convex toward the first slit in a plan view.
14. The sheet for skin application according to claim 10 or 11,
the protective film has a pair of the third slits extending from the outer edge of the base portion and in the vicinity of both end portions of the first slit in a plan view.

Claims (13)

1. A skin application sheet for application to the skin, comprising:
a patch having a film-like base material layer and an adhesive material layer laminated on the back side of the base material layer;
a release paper provided to cover the adhesive material layer of the patch;
a protective film provided so as to cover the surface side of the base material layer of the patch;
a first slit formed over the entire length of the patch in the thickness direction, the first slit dividing the patch into a main body portion to be applied to the skin in use and a removal portion to be removed in use; and
a second slit formed over the entire length of the release paper in the thickness direction thereof, the second slit dividing the release paper into a peeling portion to be peeled off in use and a holding portion to be held by a user in use,
the patch is formed such that the cross-sectional area of the patch becomes smaller as going from the vicinity of the first slit toward the main body portion, and the cross-sectional area of the patch becomes larger as going from the vicinity of the first slit toward the removal portion.
2. The sheet for skin application according to claim 1,
the protective film has the same shape as the patch in a plan view.
3. The sheet for skin application according to claim 1 or 2, wherein,
an angle formed by an outline of the main body portion and an outline of the removed portion across the first slit in a plan view is an acute angle.
4. The sheet for skin application according to any one of claims 1 to 3,
the main body portion has any one of a circular shape, an elliptical shape, a polygonal shape, a fan shape, and a dart shape in plan view.
5. The sheet for skin application according to any one of claims 1 to 4,
the removal portion has any one of a circular shape, an elliptical shape, a polygonal shape, a fan shape, and a dart shape in plan view.
6. The sheet for skin application according to any one of claims 1 to 5,
the adhesive is formed such that the removal portion has a circular outer shape in plan view, and a width dimension in a direction along the first slit in plan view is 0.4 times or less the diameter of the removal portion at the position of the first slit.
7. The sheet for skin application according to any one of claims 1 to 6,
the width of the adhesive in the direction along the first slit in a plan view is 2mm or less at the position of the first slit.
8. The sheet for skin application according to any one of claims 1 to 7,
the thickness of the base material layer is 5 [ mu ] m or more and 50 [ mu ] m or less, and the thickness of the adhesive material layer is 15 [ mu ] m or more and 60 [ mu ] m or less.
9. The sheet for skin application according to any one of claims 1 to 8,
the peeling force of the protective film relative to the base material layer is more than or equal to 0.028N/20mm and less than or equal to 0.064N/20mm, and the adhesive force of the adhesive material layer relative to the stainless steel plate is more than or equal to 1.263N/20mm and less than or equal to 2.947N/20 mm.
10. The sheet for skin application according to any one of claims 1 to 9,
the protective film has: a base portion covering the main body portion of the patch; and a protruding portion that covers the removal portion,
the patch further includes a third slit formed over the entire length of the protective film in the thickness direction and extending from a predetermined position near an end of the first slit in a plan view at the outer edge of the base to a predetermined position inside the base.
11. The sheet for skin application according to claim 10,
the third slit extends in a direction forming an acute angle with the first slit in a plan view.
12. The sheet for skin application according to claim 10 or 11,
the third slit has a curved shape that is convex toward the first slit in a plan view.
13. The sheet for skin application according to claim 10,
the protective film has a pair of the third slits extending from the outer edge of the base portion and in the vicinity of both end portions of the first slit in a plan view.
