In addition, "and/or" in the specification and claims means at least one of connected objects, a character "/" generally means that a preceding and succeeding related objects are in an "or" relationship.
The numbering method provided by the embodiment of the present application is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings through specific embodiments and application scenarios thereof.
Referring to fig. 1, a flow chart of the steps of a numbering process of an embodiment of the present application is shown.
The numbering method of the embodiment of the application comprises the following steps:
step 101: a first input of user identities for the N merchants is received.
The numbering method provided in the embodiment of the application is applied to the electronic equipment, and the N merchants can be any merchants in a business circle where the electronic equipment is located and can also be all merchants meeting conditions in the business circle where the electronic equipment is located. N is an integer greater than 1, and the specific value of N may be set by a person skilled in the art according to actual requirements, which is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present application, for example: n may be 5, 8, 10, etc. The first input may be a click operation, a long press operation, or a circle selection operation, etc. on the merchant identification.
In an optional embodiment, before receiving the first input of the user's N merchant identifications, the method further comprises the following steps:
acquiring a real-time geographical position of the electronic equipment;
acquiring M alternative merchants meeting a preset queuing condition in a preset range including a real-time geographic position;
and displaying merchant recommendation information, wherein the merchant recommendation information comprises M merchant identifications.
In a specific implementation process, when it is determined that the electronic device is in a business circle through a real-time geographic location, a queuing initial interface as shown in fig. 2 may be displayed, prompt information 201 of "finding that food is nearby and queuing immediately" is displayed in the interface, and a user clicks "queuing immediately" to trigger the system to display a merchant recommendation interface as shown in fig. 3, where M merchant identifiers 301 are displayed in the merchant recommendation interface.
Accordingly, the step of receiving a first input of user identities for the N merchants comprises: and receiving first input of the user to N merchant identifications in the M merchant identifications, wherein the first input is used for selecting merchants to be ranked.
In an actual implementation process, the electronic device system may automatically send the queuing request to the queuing systems of the N merchants corresponding to the N merchant identifiers after receiving the first input of the M merchant identifiers by the user, and may also execute corresponding input to the "one-key queuing" control 302 shown in fig. 3 after the user executes the first input to the N merchant identifiers, thereby triggering the electronic device system to send the queuing request to the queuing systems of the N merchants corresponding to the N merchant identifiers.
Wherein, M merchant identifications indicate M alternative merchants, M is an integer greater than 1, and M is greater than or equal to N; the preset queuing condition comprises at least one of the following items: the current business state of the merchant is in business, the time interval between the business starting time of the merchant and the real-time system time of the electronic equipment is less than the preset duration, and the serial number value of the number arranged by the merchant is less than a first preset threshold value.
The preset time length and the first preset threshold may be set by those skilled in the art according to actual requirements, for example: the preset time period may be set to 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, or the like. The first preset threshold may be set to 50, 80, or 100, etc.
For example: under the condition that the preset queuing condition is that the number value of the queued serial number of the merchant is smaller than a first preset threshold value, the number of the current queued users of the merchant is 20, and the number value of the queued serial number of the merchant is 20. If the first preset threshold value is set to be 25, determining that the merchant meets the preset queuing condition; and if the first preset threshold value is set to 15, determining that the merchant does not meet the preset queuing condition. The serial number value of the number arranged by the merchant is larger than or equal to a first preset threshold value, which indicates that the merchant needs to wait for too long time even though the number is arranged, and the merchant is automatically filtered out to avoid long-time waiting of the user.
For example: the preset queuing condition is that under the condition that the time interval between the business starting time of a merchant and the real-time system time of the electronic equipment is smaller than the preset duration, the business starting time of the merchant is ten am, the real-time system time is nine o' clock and half, the time interval between the business starting time and the real-time system of the electronic equipment is 30 minutes, if the preset duration is 15 minutes, the merchant is determined not to meet the preset queuing condition, and if the preset duration is 40 minutes, the merchant is determined to meet the preset queuing condition.
The mode of optionally recommending merchants can ensure the reliability of the recommended merchants, and is convenient for a user to quickly lock N merchants from the recommended merchants.
Under the condition of restaurant ranking by adopting the optional implementation mode, nearby gourmets can be identified based on the current position of the user, the restaurant can be automatically recommended for the user to select the ranking for the user, and the problem that the user recalls the ranking at the rice point can be solved.
Step 102: in response to the first input, a queuing request is sent to the queuing systems of the N merchants corresponding to the N merchant identifications.
The N merchants have successfully registered the queuing system, so that the electronic equipment background can respectively send queuing requests to the queuing systems of the N merchants, and the queuing system of the merchant can queue the user under the condition that the queuing request is received by the queuing system of the merchant. In the embodiment of the application, the queuing requests are sent to the queuing systems of the N merchants in batches, so that a user can quickly participate in queuing in the N merchants without going to the merchants one by one to carry out field queuing.
For example: the current serial number of a certain merchant is 10, and under the condition that a serial number request is sent to a serial number system of the merchant, the serial number of the merchant is updated to be 11.
Step 103: and displaying N pieces of queuing progress information of the user at the N merchants under the condition of receiving the queuing progress data fed back by the queuing system of the N merchants based on the queuing request.
In the embodiment of the application, the electronic equipment actively displays N pieces of queuing progress information of the user at N merchants in a corresponding interface under the condition of receiving the queuing progress data fed back by the queuing system of the N merchants based on the queuing request, the user does not need to execute a fussy progress checking operation to check the queuing progress in each merchant one by one, and the user can check the queuing progress of all currently queued merchants globally.
The queuing progress information can be a serial number value needing waiting, a serial number of a current called number of a merchant and a serial number of a user in the merchant for queuing.
A first ranking progress information display interface, which illustratively displays N pieces of ranking progress information of a user at N merchants, is shown in fig. 4. The first ranking progress information display interface can be a notification center interface, a main interface or a negative one-screen interface.
According to the numbering method provided by the embodiment of the application, first input of a user to N merchant identifications is received; responding to the first input, and sending a queuing request to the queuing systems of the N merchants corresponding to the N merchant identifications; under the condition of receiving the queuing progress data fed back by the queuing system of N merchants based on the queuing request, displaying N pieces of queuing progress information of a user at the N merchants, triggering the electronic equipment system to simultaneously queue in the N merchants by only executing first input, displaying the queuing progress information of the user at each merchant in real time, and avoiding the user from executing complex operations to queue one by one, checking the queuing progress and being convenient to operate.
In an optional embodiment, the queuing progress data includes a first serial number and a second serial number of each of the N merchants, where the first serial number is a serial number of a currently called number of each merchant, and the second serial number is a serial number of a user in the queuing of each merchant; for example: when a merchant calls number 10 currently, the number of a user in the merchant is 15, the first serial number is 10, and the second serial number is 15.
In this optional embodiment, when displaying N pieces of queuing progress information of the user at N merchants, the following may be implemented:
firstly, respectively calculating the difference value between the second sequence numbers and the first sequence numbers of N merchants based on the first sequence numbers and the second sequence numbers in the queuing progress data fed back by the queuing systems of the N merchants;
and the difference value of the second sequence number and the first sequence number can represent the queuing progress of the user in the merchant.
Secondly, displaying the ranking progress information of the merchants corresponding to each ranked sequence number difference value according to the sequence of the sequence number difference values from small to large;
wherein the queuing progress information comprises at least one of the following: a second sequence number, a sequence number value to be waited; the sequence number value to be waited is the difference value between the second sequence number and the first sequence number acquired in real time minus 1. For example: a certain merchant calls a table 4 at present, the user is ranked as a table 6, the second serial number acquired in real time is 6, the first serial number is 4, the value of the serial number to be waited is 6-4-1 which is equal to 1, and the user can be called by waiting for 1 table.
As shown in the schematic diagram of the first ranking progress information display interface in fig. 4, where N is 4, names of four merchants, that is, shops, are A, B, C and D, respectively, values of sequence numbers to be waited corresponding to the four merchants are 5, 8, 11, and 16, respectively, and corresponding difference values of the sequence numbers corresponding to the four merchants are 6, 9, 12, and 17, respectively, and an effect schematic diagram of sorting and displaying the values of sequence numbers to be waited of the merchants according to the difference values from small to large is shown in fig. 4.
According to the alternative mode, the ranking progress information of the merchants corresponding to each sequenced sequence number difference value is displayed according to the sequence of the sequence number difference values from small to large, and the display mode is more systematic and visual, so that a user can quickly locate the merchant with the front ranking progress.
In an optional embodiment, after displaying the N pieces of queuing progress information of the user at the N merchants, the method may further include the following steps:
acquiring real-time queuing progress information of each merchant in the N merchants, wherein the real-time queuing progress information comprises a serial number value to be waited; under the condition that serial number values to be waited in the real-time queuing progress information of X merchants in the N merchants are smaller than a second preset threshold value, outputting first prompt information;
the first prompt information is used for prompting that the queuing progress of X merchants of the user meets the condition that the user can go from to the merchants, and X is a positive integer; the first prompt message includes at least one of: vibration prompt information, voice prompt information and text prompt information. The first prompt message is an arrival prompt message, prompts the user that the user still has the second preset threshold value and each serial number can arrive, and please go to the corresponding merchant as soon as possible.
The second preset threshold is smaller than the first preset threshold, and the second preset value may be set by a person skilled in the art according to actual needs, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment of the application, and may be set to 3, 4, or 5, and the second preset threshold is smaller than the first preset threshold.
The first prompt message may be any one of a vibration prompt message, a voice prompt message and a text prompt message, or may be a combination of two of them, or may be a combination of three of them. When the first prompt information is output through the vibration prompt information, the vibration duration and the vibration frequency may be preset by a user, for example: setting to continuously vibrate for 20 seconds; when the first prompt message is output through the voice prompt message, the number of times of repeated playing of the voice prompt message may be preset by the user, for example: under the condition that the second preset threshold value is set to be 3, when the queuing progress of a certain merchant meets the condition that the certain merchant can go out to go to, the voice assistant broadcasts a number reminding voice message that 'you have 3 tables in front of him and please go to the certain merchant as soon as possible'. When the first prompt information is output through the text prompt information, the merchant identifications of X merchants and the serial number values to be waited can be directly displayed in the queuing progress information display interface.
The mode of optionally outputting the first prompt message under the condition that the value of the sequence number to be waited in the real-time queuing progress information of X merchants in the N merchants is smaller than the second preset threshold value can remind the user in advance, and the user can go to the responding merchant as soon as possible after receiving the reminding, so that the problem of number passing can be effectively avoided. In addition, the first prompt message is output in the form of voice and vibration, number arrival reminding can be enhanced, and the problem that a user passes the number without checking the electronic equipment is avoided.
In an optional embodiment, after displaying the N pieces of queuing progress information of the user at the N merchants, the method further includes the following steps:
under the condition that second input of the user to a first merchant identifier in the N merchant identifiers is received, responding to the second input, and canceling the ranking of the user at a merchant corresponding to the first merchant identifier;
as shown in the schematic diagram of the second ranking progress information display interface in fig. 5, while displaying N pieces of ranking progress information of the user at N merchants, a "cancel" control 501 corresponding to each merchant identifier is also displayed, and the user may perform a second input on the "cancel" control 501 corresponding to the first merchant identifier to cancel the ranking of the user at the merchant corresponding to the first merchant identifier.
And under the condition that third input of the user to a second merchant identifier in the M merchant identifiers is received, responding to the third input, sending a queuing request to a queuing system of a merchant corresponding to the second merchant identifier, and under the condition that queuing progress data fed back by the queuing system of the merchant corresponding to the second merchant identifier based on the queuing request is received, displaying the queuing progress information of the user at the merchant corresponding to the second merchant identifier.
And the second merchant identifier is the merchant identifier except the N merchant identifiers in the M merchant identifiers.
After displaying the N pieces of queuing progress information of the user at the N merchants, not only the "cancel" control 501 corresponding to the first merchant identifier is executed to perform the second input to cancel the queuing of the merchant corresponding to the first merchant identifier as shown in fig. 5, but also the "all" control 502 shown in fig. 5 is executed to trigger the electronic device system to switch from the second queuing progress information display interface shown in fig. 5 to the merchant identifier selection interface shown in fig. 6, the user may execute the third input to the second merchant identifier 601 that is not checked in the merchant identifier selection interface, and set the merchant corresponding to the second merchant identifier as the queuing merchant, after the second merchant identifier performs the third input, a corresponding input may be performed on the "one-key queuing" control 602 shown in the fifth interface, and the electronic device system is triggered to send a queuing request to the queuing system of the merchant corresponding to the second merchant identifier. The third input may be a single-click input, a double-click input, a long-press input, or the like for the second merchant identifier, and the third input may also be a third operation.
In the optional embodiment, the user can cancel or add the queuing merchant by executing the simple second input and the simple third input, and the operation is convenient and flexible.
In an optional embodiment, after the first prompt message is output, the method further includes the following steps:
step one, displaying second prompt information under the condition that serial number values to be waited in real-time queuing progress information of Y merchants among N merchants are smaller than a third preset threshold value;
wherein the second prompt message includes: confirming the store control corresponding to Y merchant identifications of Y merchants and each merchant identification; y is a positive integer, and the third preset threshold is smaller than the second preset threshold; the second prompt message can be displayed in the main interface, can also be displayed in the notification center interface, and can also be simultaneously displayed in the main interface and the notification center interface. The number of Y is different and the corresponding display modes are different, and the different display modes will be described below with reference to fig. 7 to 11. Note that the shop shown in fig. 7 to 11 is a merchant.
An exemplary main interface with second prompt information displayed is shown in FIG. 7. When Y is 1 and Y merchants are store a, a merchant identifier corresponding to store a and a "confirm dining" control 701, which is a confirmed store control, are displayed on the home screen. An exemplary notification center interface with second prompt information displayed is shown in FIG. 8. When Y is 1 and Y merchants are store a, the notification center interface displays the merchant id corresponding to store a and bell id 801, which is a confirmed store control.
An exemplary notification center interface with second prompt information displayed is shown in FIG. 9. When there are a plurality of Y, the merchant identifier corresponding to each of the Y merchants and the "confirm eating" control 901, which is a store confirmation control, are displayed. An exemplary notification center interface with second prompt information displayed is shown in FIG. 10. When there are a plurality of Y, a merchant identifier corresponding to each of the Y merchants and a prompt message 1001 prompting the user to go to the merchant as soon as possible are displayed.
In addition to the display modes shown in fig. 7 to 10, the mode shown in fig. 11 may be used to display the second guidance information. As shown in fig. 11, in addition to displaying the merchant identifier corresponding to store a, which is Y merchants, and the confirmed store control 1101, the merchant identifiers corresponding to other merchants than Y merchants among the N merchants and the waiting serial number value 1103 may be displayed.
Receiving a fourth input that a user confirms a target corresponding to a target merchant identifier in the Y merchant identifiers to the store control;
the fourth input may be a click operation or a long press operation of the target confirmation to the store control, etc.
It should be noted that, after receiving the fourth input, step five may be directly performed to send a confirmation to store request to the queuing system of the first target merchant corresponding to the target merchant identifier, and cancel the queuing of N-1 merchants of the user among the N merchants except the first target merchant.
Responding to the fourth input, and displaying third prompt information;
the third prompt message includes: a first option for indicating confirmation to the store, a second option for indicating cancellation of the rank of the N-1 merchants.
Taking the example of displaying the second prompt information in the interface shown in fig. 11, after the user performs the fourth input on the "dining" control, which is the store control, corresponding to the store a, the interface displaying the third prompt information is as shown in the schematic diagram of the third prompt information display interface shown in fig. 12. The eleventh interface includes a first option, namely a "confirm" option 1201, and a second option, namely a "cancel" option 1202, and the user can perform input operations on the first option and the second option as required. The store in fig. 12 is a merchant.
Step four, receiving a fifth input of the user to the first option;
the third step and the fourth step are optional steps, and the optional steps can avoid that the user selects the first target merchant by mistake.
And step five, responding to the fifth input, sending a request of confirming to the store to a queuing system of the first target merchant corresponding to the target merchant identification, and canceling the queuing of N-1 merchants of the user in the N merchants except the first target merchant.
As shown in FIG. 12, the first targeted merchant is store A, and N-1 of the N merchants other than the first targeted merchant are stores B, C and D.
The manner provided in this alternative embodiment facilitates the user to quickly and easily select the first target merchant and end the ranking at the other merchants.
In an optional embodiment, after displaying the N pieces of queuing progress information of the user at the N merchants, the method further includes the following steps:
step one, acquiring the real-time geographic position of the electronic equipment under the condition that the serial number values to be waited in the real-time queuing progress information of T merchants among N merchants are smaller than a third preset threshold value;
the third preset threshold is smaller than the second preset threshold, the optional third preset threshold is set to 2, and when the serial number value to be waited in the real-time queuing progress information of the merchant is smaller than 2, it indicates that the queuing of the user at the merchant is reached, so in this optional embodiment, the electronic device system automatically selects a second target merchant from the T merchants. Of course, without being limited thereto, when it is determined that the number value to be waited in the real-time queuing progress information of the T merchants among the N merchants is smaller than the third preset threshold, the second prompt information may be displayed in the interface in the display manner shown in fig. 7 to 11, and when the user does not respond to the second prompt information within a specific time period, the second target merchant may be automatically selected from the T merchants. Step one and step two are processes of selecting a second target merchant from the T merchants.
