and the decryption viewing submodule 32 is configured to generate an item decryption key corresponding to the item login key according to the to-be-approved identifier, where the item login key is different from the item decryption key, obtain a submission report table through the to-be-approved identifier and the item decryption key, and send the submission report table to the first management terminal.
For the specific limitations of the engineering material management device, reference may be made to the above limitations of the engineering material management method, which are not described herein again. All or part of each module in the engineering data management device can be realized by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, which may be a server, the internal structure of which may be as shown in fig. 7. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a network interface, and a database connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system, a computer program, and a database. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The database of the computer device is used for storing the submission report table. The network interface of the computer device is used for communicating with an external terminal through a network connection. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a method for managing engineering data.
In one embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the processor implementing the following steps when executing the computer program:
s10: if the project data are obtained, acquiring authority information of management personnel, and generating project distribution data corresponding to the project data according to the authority information of the management personnel, wherein the project distribution data comprise to-be-processed project data and project leader identifications;
s20: generating a submission report table from the project data to be processed;
s30: acquiring a first management authority identifier associated with the project principal identifier from the administrator authority information, and sending the submission report table to a first management terminal corresponding to the first management authority identifier;
s40: and if an approval result triggered by the first management terminal is obtained, generating a corresponding report operation instruction for the submission report according to the approval result, wherein the report operation instruction comprises a report modification instruction and a report submission instruction.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, having a computer program stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, performs the steps of:
s10: if the project data are obtained, acquiring authority information of management personnel, and generating project distribution data corresponding to the project data according to the authority information of the management personnel, wherein the project distribution data comprise to-be-processed project data and project leader identifications;
s20: generating a submission report table from the project data to be processed;
s30: acquiring a first management authority identifier associated with the project principal identifier from the administrator authority information, and sending the submission report table to a first management terminal corresponding to the first management authority identifier;
s40: and if an approval result triggered by the first management terminal is obtained, generating a corresponding report operation instruction for the submission report according to the approval result, wherein the report operation instruction comprises a report modification instruction and a report submission instruction.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory, among others. Non-volatile memory can include read-only memory (ROM), Programmable ROM (PROM), Electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), Dynamic RAM (DRAM), Synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), Double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), Enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), Synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), Rambus Direct RAM (RDRAM), direct bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM).
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, only the above-mentioned division of the functional units and modules is illustrated, and in practical applications, the above-mentioned function distribution may be performed by different functional units and modules according to needs, that is, the internal structure of the apparatus is divided into different functional units or modules to perform all or part of the above-mentioned functions.

Claims (10)

1. A method for managing engineering data, comprising the steps of:
s10: if the project data are obtained, acquiring authority information of a manager, and generating project distribution data corresponding to the project data according to the authority information of the manager, wherein the project distribution data comprise to-be-processed project data and project leader identifications;
s20: generating a submission report table from the engineering data to be processed;
s30: acquiring a first management authority identifier associated with the project principal identifier from the administrator authority information, and sending the submission report table to a first management terminal corresponding to the first management authority identifier;
s40: and if an approval result triggered by the first management terminal is obtained, generating a corresponding report operation instruction for the submission report according to the approval result, wherein the report operation instruction comprises a report modification instruction and a report submission instruction.
2. The method for managing engineering data according to claim 1, wherein the step S10 includes:
s11: acquiring a project unique account corresponding to the project data according to the project responsible person identifier;
s12: and generating project to-be-processed project data according to the project unique account, and sending the project to-be-processed project data to a corresponding client according to the project principal identifier.
3. The method for managing engineering data according to claim 1, wherein the step S20 includes:
s21: acquiring engineering position information from the engineering data to be processed, and splitting the engineering data to be processed according to the engineering position information to obtain engineering position data;
s22: and acquiring a corresponding submission report table according to the engineering position data.
4. The method for managing engineering materials according to claim 3, wherein after step S30, the method further comprises:
s301: if a submission condition checking request triggered from the first management terminal is acquired, acquiring corresponding engineering part information from the submission condition checking request as part information to be checked;
s302: and the submission progress information corresponding to each piece of the to-be-checked part information.
5. The method for managing engineering data of claim 2, wherein the project unique account includes a project unique identifier and a project login key, and step S30 includes:
s31: if a report form approval request is obtained from the first management terminal, obtaining the corresponding project unique identifier from the report form approval request as an identifier to be approved;
s32: and generating a project decryption key corresponding to the project login key according to the identifier to be approved, wherein the project login key is different from the project decryption key, and acquiring a submission report table through the identifier to be approved and the project decryption key and sending the report table to the first management terminal.
6. An engineering data management apparatus, comprising:
the project allocation module is used for acquiring authority information of management personnel if project data are acquired, and generating project allocation data corresponding to the project data according to the authority information of the management personnel, wherein the project allocation data comprise to-be-processed project data and project leader identifications;
the report table generation model is used for generating a submission report table from the engineering data to be processed;
the checking module is used for acquiring a first management authority identifier associated with the project principal identifier from the administrator authority information and sending the submission report table to a first management terminal corresponding to the first management authority identifier;
and the report form approval module is used for generating a corresponding report form operation instruction for the submission report form according to the approval result if the approval result triggered by the first management terminal is obtained, wherein the report form operation instruction comprises a report form modification instruction and a report form submission instruction.
7. The engineering material management device according to claim 6, wherein the project allocation module comprises:
the account setting submodule is used for acquiring a project unique account corresponding to the project data according to the project responsible person identifier;
and the project allocation submodule is used for generating project to-be-processed project data according to the project unique account and sending the project to-be-processed project data to a corresponding client according to the project principal identifier.
8. The project data management apparatus of claim 6, wherein the report generation model comprises:
the splitting submodule is used for acquiring engineering part information from the engineering data to be processed and splitting the engineering data to be processed according to the engineering part information to obtain engineering part data;
and the report acquisition submodule is used for acquiring a corresponding submission report according to the project position data.
9. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the steps of the method of managing engineering material according to any one of claims 1 to 5 when executing the computer program.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
