and the online complaint module/false-sale complaint module is used for the customer to perform online complaint/false-sale complaint after the customer obtains the suggestion.
The storage server is set up by an anti-counterfeit label creation service provider or other credible service providers, information corresponding to the plain code, the secret code and the burning code of the anti-counterfeit label is stored in the storage server, and the information of the plain code, the secret code and the burning code of the same anti-counterfeit label is stored in an associated mode. The plain code corresponding information comprises a selling state, a selling time and an anti-counterfeiting verification state of the commodity, and the plain code corresponding information can also comprise anti-counterfeiting verification passing time, information of a burner (comprising an ID/name of the burner and an address of the burner), an ID/name/address of a seller and the like. The storage server also stores information of various levels of sellers through which the products corresponding to the plain codes flow.
And the authorized code scanning equipment is used for burning the burning codes in the anti-counterfeiting label and adding information into plain code data corresponding to the burning codes. The authorized code scanning device is provided with a unique ID, and the ID is associated with the name and the address of a terminal seller holding the authorized code scanning device. When selling goods, a terminal seller burns the burning code on the anti-counterfeit label of the sold goods through the authorized code scanning device, and then sends the ID information of the authorized code scanning device and the burning code to the storage server through a network, the storage server automatically sets the selling state of the plain code corresponding to the burning code as sold and sets the selling time as burning time, and simultaneously can add the ID/name of a burner, the address of the burner and the like to the plain code corresponding to the burning code, and sets the secret code corresponding to the burning code as available.
The code scanning device can be any device with a code scanning function, which can acquire the corresponding information of the plain code of the anti-counterfeit label stored in the storage server through a network, such as a smart phone, a tablet personal computer and the like, and is used for scanning the plain code or the secret code of the anti-counterfeit label on the commodity.
The commodity authenticity judging module is arranged on the storage server or other equipment which can receive the data stored by the storage server through a network, such as other servers or the code scanning equipment. When the storage server judges that the code scanning device scans the plain code or the secret code of the anti-counterfeiting label, the data corresponding to the plain code or the secret code is sent to the commodity authenticity judging module, the commodity authenticity judging module judges the authenticity of the commodity and gives consumer suggestions, and the commodity authenticity and the consumer suggestions are displayed through the code scanning device.
And when the commodity authenticity judgment module judges that the commodity is false or the commodity sales process has doubtful places, displaying and providing a link of the online complaint module/the fake-selling complaint module through the code scanning device, and using the link for the consumer to perform online complaint/fake-selling complaint. The online complaint module/sales complaint module can be directly connected to a sales complaint website of a manufacturer or market supervision authority or other department with sales supervision function.

The anti-counterfeiting label is arranged on the surface of a commodity suitable for sale in a special selling store or on an outer package of the commodity, such as a tobacco and wine commodity or a household commodity, and the anti-counterfeiting verification is carried out on the commodity provided with the anti-counterfeiting label by adopting the method.

The anti-counterfeit label is arranged on the commodity sold on the internet, the plain code and the burning code of the anti-counterfeit label are integrated into a sales and stock system, burning of the burning code is automatically carried out after the commodity is delivered, and the consumer can carry out authenticity verification after receiving the commodity.

3. The burnt code based security label of claim 2 wherein: and the information added to the plain code corresponding data by the burning code through authorized code scanning equipment comprises the selling state and/or selling time of the commodity corresponding to the burning code.

5. The burnt-code based security label of claim 4, wherein: the burning code does not support secondary burning, namely, the burning code is invalid after one time of burning.

The burnt code based security label of claim 5 wherein: the data corresponding to the plain code comprises a selling state, a selling time and an anti-counterfeiting verification state, the secret code is covered by the image layer, and the secret code is unavailable before the burning code is burnt.

An anti-counterfeiting method based on a burnt code, which adopts the anti-counterfeiting label of any one of claims 1 to 6, and comprises the following steps: creating an anti-counterfeit label and correspondingly storing a plain code, a secret code and a burning code of the anti-counterfeit label; arranging the anti-counterfeiting label on the surface of the commodity or the outer package of the commodity; the method is characterized in that: further comprising the steps of: and scanning the burning codes by authorized code scanning equipment, and adding information into the corresponding data of the plain codes corresponding to the burning codes.

The burnt code based anti-counterfeiting method according to claim 7, characterized in that: further comprising the steps of: and scanning the plain code through the code scanning equipment to obtain information corresponding to the plain code, and judging the authenticity of the commodity according to the information obtained by scanning the plain code.

10. An anti-counterfeiting authentication system using the anti-counterfeiting method according to any one of claims 7 to 9, comprising the anti-counterfeiting label, and further comprising:
the storage server is used for storing information corresponding to the plain code, the secret code and the burning code of the anti-counterfeiting label;
authorized code scanning equipment is used for burning the burning codes in the anti-counterfeiting label and adding information into the plain code corresponding data corresponding to the burning codes;
the code scanning device is used for scanning the plain code and/or the secret code and displaying the anti-counterfeiting verification result and the suggestion;
the commodity authenticity judging module is used for acquiring information corresponding to the plain code and/or the secret code of the anti-counterfeiting label, judging the authenticity of the commodity, giving a suggestion, and sending the judgment and the suggestion to the code scanning device for displaying;
and the online complaint module/false-sale complaint module is used for the customer to perform online complaint/false-sale complaint after the customer obtains the suggestion.
