Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present application will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of the embodiments of the present application are included to facilitate understanding, and are to be considered merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the application. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
In this context, "knowledge of a picture" is the act that a user wishes to get more information about the picture by uploading the picture; the picture recognition result page is a page carrying more information of the picture; the entity is a main body in the picture obtained according to picture information; an "encyclopedia" is a page that contains more comprehensive information about a particular entity.
With the development of search technology, the variety of search information that can be received by a search engine is increasing, for example, text, voice, pictures, and the like. Picture searching is one search method that is now popular. When a user sees an animal or plant, if he wants to know the relevant information about the animal or plant, he can use the image recognition function of the search engine to take a picture of the animal or plant, and the system can return an image recognition result page containing the relevant information about the animal or plant.
After the user adopts the image recognition function of the search engine, if the photographed entity is an animal type, the image recognition result page comprises a part for guiding the user to the encyclopedia, and the user can jump to the encyclopedia by clicking the content. But the conversion from the mapping results page to the encyclopedia page is relatively low.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a search process of a search engine, wherein (a) is a page schematic diagram of the search engine, (b) is a schematic diagram of a search result page obtained after adopting a graph recognition function of the search engine shown in (a), and (c) is a schematic diagram of an encyclopedia corresponding to (b). When the user is interested in an animal, such as a tortoise, and wants to know more about it, the view-finding function of the search engine shown in (a) can be used ((camera button in a)). After clicking the picture recognition button, a picture of the animal, such as a tortoise, may be taken. After the system identifies the entity from the picture, the user is presented with a search results page as shown in (b). In order to meet the requirement of the user on the information, the search result page comprises a guiding part for guiding the user to the encyclopedia corresponding to the entity. The user may click on the guide portion and the encyclopedia as shown in (c) may be displayed on the interface for the user to view more information about the entity.
After the system identifies the entity from the picture, if the entity is an animal type, the search result page comprises a guiding part for guiding the user to the encyclopedia, and the user can jump to the encyclopedia by clicking the content of the guiding part. The guiding part contains very basic information of the family, genus, etc. of the entity. The lack of interaction with the user, lack of interest by the guide portion, results in a lower conversion rate from the search results page to the encyclopedia page.
FIG. 2 is a flow chart of a method of guiding interactions according to an embodiment of the application. In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, a method of directing interactions includes:
S1, determining a guiding interaction resource according to query information, wherein the guiding interaction resource comprises a picture of a query object and a picture of a preset association object, the query object is an object corresponding to the query information, and the preset association object is a preset association object corresponding to the query object;
S2, displaying a guiding interaction interface corresponding to the query information, wherein the guiding interaction interface comprises guiding interaction resources.
The method for guiding interaction of the embodiment of the application can display the guiding interaction interface corresponding to the query information, wherein the guiding interaction interface comprises guiding interaction resources, and the guiding interaction resources comprise the pictures of the query object and the pictures of the preset associated objects, so that the interaction with the user can be realized through the guiding interaction interface. When the method for guiding interaction in the embodiment of the application is applied to inquiry (also called searching), interaction with a user can be realized through the guiding interaction interface, so that user experience is improved, the interestingness of the inquiry process is enhanced, and the conversion rate from the inquiry result page to the encyclopedia page is improved.
In one embodiment, the query information may include at least one of: pictures, speech, text, etc. The form of the query information is not limited herein.
In one embodiment, in S1, determining the boot interaction resource according to the query information may include:
s11, identifying query information from a query picture of a user;
S12, judging whether encyclopedia data corresponding to the query object exists or not under the condition that the query object corresponding to the query information is of a preset category;
S13, acquiring the guiding interaction resource corresponding to the query object from the resource database when the encyclopedia data corresponding to the query object exists.
The method for determining the guiding interaction resources according to the query information in the embodiment shows how to determine the guiding interaction resources through the query information in detail. Under the condition that the encyclopedia data corresponding to the query object exists, the guiding interaction resource corresponding to the query object is obtained from the resource database, so that the corresponding encyclopedia data can be obtained necessarily as long as the user performs interaction, the situation that the user cannot obtain the encyclopedia data after performing interaction is avoided, the interestingness is increased, and the query requirement of the user is met. By defining the query object as a picture, the conversion rate from the view result page to the encyclopedia page is improved.
FIG. 3 is a flow diagram of determining boot interaction resources based on query information, in one embodiment. Taking inquiry information as an example, a process of determining guiding interactive resources according to the inquiry information is described in detail.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, in S11, identifying query information from a query picture of a user may include steps S111 to S112.
And S111, after the image recognition function is started, acquiring an image acquired by a user. For example, the user may start the search engine's recognition function by knowing information about an animal such as a tortoise, then take a picture of the tortoise, and the system may obtain a picture taken by the user that includes the tortoise.
S112, identifying query information from the query picture of the user. The query information may be identified from the picture using techniques conventional in the art, and the process of identifying the query information is not described in detail herein.

S121, judging whether a query object exists in the query information according to the identified query information. The query object may also be called an entity, e.g., an animal or plant, etc. In the case where no query object exists in the query information, the processing may be performed using no entity logic, for example, to present a "no query object" or no query results page (which may also be referred to as a search results page) to the user, or the like. To prompt the user to re-capture the picture. In the case where a query object is present in the query information, the processing may be performed using tangible logic.
S122, judging whether the query object is of a preset category. If the query object exists in the query information, it is determined whether the query object is of a predetermined category. Illustratively, the predetermined category may be an animal category. Illustratively, the query object is a tortoise, and the tortoise is judged to be of the animal class. In the event that the query object is not of a predetermined category, other category logic may be employed for processing. Illustratively, the query object is a tree, and the tree is determined not to be of an animal class, but to be of a plant class, which may be processed using plant class logic. In the case where the query object is of a predetermined category, the processing may be performed using predetermined category logic. Illustratively, the query object is a tortoise, the tortoise is determined to be an animal category, and the animal category is a predetermined category that is set, then the processing may be performed using predetermined category logic, such as animal category logic. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the predetermined category may be set according to actual needs, for example, the predetermined category may be a plant category, an electric product category, an instrument category, or the like.
S123, judging whether encyclopedia data corresponding to the query object exists or not when the query object is of a preset category. That is, when the query object meets the condition of the predetermined category, it is determined that the query object is the predetermined category; and judging whether encyclopedia data corresponding to the similar entity of the query object exists or not under the condition that the query object is in a preset category. In the absence of encyclopedia data corresponding to the query object, the guidance interactive interface is not presented. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that search results will not be available in the absence of encyclopedia data corresponding to the query object in the system, and thus, the guidance interface will not be displayed.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, in S13, in the case where encyclopedia data corresponding to the query object exists, acquiring the guidance interaction resource corresponding to the query object from the resource database may include steps S131 to S132.
S131, judging whether a guiding interaction resource corresponding to the query object exists in the resource database or not when encyclopedia data corresponding to the query object exists, wherein the guiding interaction resource can be called an entity guiding resource. And when the guiding interaction resources corresponding to the query objects do not exist in the resource database, displaying a guiding interaction interface, wherein the guiding interaction interface comprises encyclopedia data and does not comprise the guiding interaction resources.

Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of a method for establishing a resource database according to an embodiment of the application. In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the method for establishing a resource database may include:
S201, acquiring a plurality of query objects, pictures of the plurality of query objects and pictures of a plurality of preset associated objects;
S202, establishing a corresponding relation between each query object and each query object picture, and establishing a corresponding relation between each query object and each preset association object picture so as to establish a resource database comprising a plurality of groups of guiding interaction resources, wherein the guiding interaction resources comprise the query objects and the corresponding query object pictures and the preset association object pictures.
By the method for establishing the resource database, multiple groups of guiding interaction resources can be established, each group of guiding interaction resources corresponds to one query object, and the guiding interaction resources in the resource database established by the method can be well applied to the guiding interaction method.
In one embodiment, establishing a correspondence between each query object and each picture of the preset association object may include:
For each query object, selecting a plurality of pictures of preset association objects, and marking the matching relation between the pictures of the selected preset association objects and the query object according to the matching relation between the corresponding preset association objects of the pictures of the selected preset association objects and the query object.
Illustratively, the establishment of the resource database is detailed with respect to the predetermined category as the animal category.
Fig. 8 is a schematic diagram of a structure of a resource database. As shown in fig. 8, the establishment of the resource database may include resource collection, resource processing, and resource warehousing.
Resource collection may include collection of a list of query objects (e.g., a list of animals), collection of preset association objects (e.g., animal food), and collection of pictures of query objects (animal GIF suites). As will be appreciated by those skilled in the art, GIF is a picture format. In practical applications, the collected pictures are not limited to GIF pictures, but may be pictures in other types of formats.
A query object list (e.g., an animal list) is collected, and various query objects (e.g., animals) may be collected to form the query object list (e.g., an animal list), as shown in fig. 9 (a), fig. 9 is a schematic diagram of a resource list, where fig. 9 (a) is a schematic diagram of an animal list. As shown in fig. 9 (a), the animals in the animal list may include tigers, tortoises, lions, peacocks, and the like. In the process of collecting an animal list, a plurality of, for example, 100 animal entities with the highest frequency of pattern recognition may be collected in the animal list.
A plurality of, for example, 100 foods may be randomly selected as animal foods by collecting a predetermined association object (for example, animal foods), as shown in fig. 9 (b), which is a schematic diagram of animal foods in fig. 9. As shown in fig. 9 (b), the animal food may include shrimps, corns, cucumbers, watermelons, etc. The collected preset associated object may be a picture of the preset associated object.
Collecting a picture of the query object (animal GIF set), a set of pictures of each query object (e.g., animal) may be collected, e.g., each query object (e.g., animal) corresponds to a first picture of the query object (e.g., a first animal picture) and a second picture of the query object (e.g., a second animal picture). The first picture of the query object and the second picture of the query object may be pictures of the query object in two different states, respectively. For example, the first picture of the query object may be a static GIF map of the query object, and the second picture of the query object may be a moving GIF map of the query object, as shown in fig. 9 (c), which is a schematic diagram of the picture of the animal in fig. 9 (c). As shown in fig. 9 (c), the pictures of the animal may include gif picture resource links in motion, gif picture resource links in static. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the first picture of the query object and the second picture of the query object are not limited to the static GIF map and the moving GIF map, as long as the interactive effect can be represented by the alternate display of the first picture of the query object and the second picture of the query object. The first picture and the second picture of each query object can be manufactured by the user, and the first picture and the second picture of each query object can be collected from the network resource.
The resource processing may be performed according to the collected resources, and the flow chart of the matching is shown in fig. 10, and fig. 10 is a flow chart of the resource processing.
A plurality of (e.g., 4) corresponding preset associated objects can be selected for each query object, thereby performing resource processing. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the preset association object may be selected manually. The number of the preset associated objects corresponding to the query object can be multiple, and the multiple preset associated objects comprise preset associated objects matched with the query object and preset associated objects not matched with the query object, so that the interactive interestingness can be increased. In fig. 10, a resource processing flow is shown with the query object as an animal and the preset association object as food.
Each animal may be treated in accordance with a list of animals collected, and each animal may correspond to 4 foods.
As shown in fig. 10, a single animal was treated to determine if there was a GIF panel in the animal GIF panel that matched the animal, and in the event that there was no GIF panel in the animal GIF panel that matched the animal, the next single animal was treated.
In the event that there is a GIF panel in the animal GIF panel that matches the animal, the panel (i.e., the GIF panel that matches the animal) is labeled as the animal's GIF panel; randomly selecting 4 kinds of foods from animal foods, processing a single food, judging whether the food is a favorite food of the animal, marking the food as a favorite food of the animal in the case that the food is a favorite food of the animal, for example, marking the food as "1", and marking the food as a disfavorite food of the animal in the case that the food is a disfavorite food of the animal, for example, marking the food as "0"; judging whether food to be treated exists, and in the case that the food to be treated exists, treating single food to mark the food.
In the absence of food to be treated, it is determined whether there are more animals to be treated, and in the presence of more animals to be treated, individual animals are treated until each animal in the list of animals is treated. In the absence of animals to be treated, stopping.
FIG. 11 is resource processing example data. As shown in fig. 11, when treating "tiger", it was judged that the GIF panels of animals did not match the GIF panels of tiger, so that the next single animal "tortoise" was treated. When 'tortoises' are treated, judging that the animal GIF set map has a GIF set map matched with the tortoises, and marking the set map as the GIF set map of the tortoises.
As shown in fig. 11, "shrimp", "corn", "cucumber" and "watermelon" were randomly selected from animal foods as foods corresponding to tortoises. The method comprises the steps of respectively processing 'shrimp', 'corn', 'cucumber' and 'watermelon', 'shrimp' to be the food liked by the tortoise, marking '1', 'corn' to be the food liked by the tortoise, marking '1', 'cucumber' to be the food disliked by the tortoise, marking '0', 'watermelon' to be the food liked by the tortoise, and marking '1'.
As shown in fig. 11, after the treatment of the 4 foods corresponding to the tortoises, no foods to be treated, a single animal "lion" was treated until each animal in the animal list was treated.
And (3) warehousing resources, namely putting a result of resource processing into an online database, wherein a query object, a picture of a corresponding query object, a plurality of preset association objects corresponding to the query object and a matching relationship between the preset association objects and the query object are put into the database, and the query object, the picture of the corresponding query object, the plurality of preset association objects corresponding to the query object and the matching relationship between the preset association objects and the query object form a group of guiding interaction resources. For query objects of pictures without corresponding query objects, the query objects are not put into an online database. For example, in fig. 11, a set of guide interaction resources is formed of a tortoise, a GIF set corresponding to the tortoise, four foods corresponding to the tortoise, and matching relationships of the four foods and the tortoise, and the guide interaction resources corresponding to the tortoise are placed in a resource database. The tiger and the lion are not put into the resource database because the tiger and the lion have no corresponding pictures of the query object.
Thus, the establishment of the resource database is completed, and the guiding interaction resource in the resource database can be used in the guiding interaction method of the embodiment of the application.
In the above, the establishment of the resource database is exemplified by taking the feeding relationship between the preset association object and the query object as an example. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the matching relationship of the preset association object and the query object is not limited to feeding relationships. In other embodiments, the matching relationship between the preset association object and the query object may be a play relationship or other relationships including a relationship, so long as the preset association object and the query object may satisfy a certain matching or non-matching.
In one embodiment, in S2, a guiding interaction interface corresponding to the query information is displayed, which may include
S21, displaying a first picture of a query object and a picture of a preset association object on a guide interactive interface;
s22, displaying a first picture of the query object or a second picture of the query object according to the operation of the user on the picture of the preset association object.
According to the method, the first picture of the query object or the second picture of the query object is displayed according to the operation of the user on the picture of the preset association object, the interaction effect can be reflected according to the change of the picture of the query object, and the interaction interestingness is further increased.
FIG. 12 is a schematic diagram of a process for guiding interaction of an interactive interface in one embodiment. Illustratively, fig. 12 (a) shows a guiding interactive interface, and as shown in fig. 12 (a), the guiding interactive interface shows a first picture 211 of a query object and pictures 212 of a plurality of preset associated objects. Illustratively, the query object is a tortoise, the first picture 211 of the query object is a first tortoise picture, and the first tortoise picture is a static GIF map. In one embodiment, the guidance interactive interface also presents encyclopedia data 22.
In one embodiment, in S22, according to the operation of the user on the picture of the preset association object, displaying the first picture of the query object or the second picture of the query object may include:
s2211, detecting operation of a user on a picture of a preset association object;
S2212, determining a matching relation between a preset association object corresponding to the operated picture of the preset association object and a query object;
S2213, displaying a first picture of the query object under the condition that the matching relation is unmatched; and/or displaying the second picture of the query object under the condition that the matching relation is matching.
The method is simple to operate, and is easy to cause the interactive interest of the user, so that the user is promoted to interact.
For example, the user may move the picture of the preset association object by using the operation of the picture of the preset association object. In one embodiment, in S2211, a user operation of a picture of a preset-association object is detected, including detecting whether a position of the picture of the preset-association object is changed. And under the condition that the picture position change of the preset associated object is not detected, displaying the first picture of the query object. For example, in fig. 12 (a), the system does not detect a change in the position of a food picture, which is a picture of a preset associated object, and therefore, the first picture 211 of the query object is shown in the guide interactive interface shown in fig. 12 (a). In the case where a picture position change of the preset associated object is detected, the step of S2212 needs to be performed.
In one embodiment, in S2212, a matching relationship between the preset association object corresponding to the operated picture of the preset association object and the query object is determined. As shown in fig. 12 (b), the position of one of the images of the preset association object, for example, the watermelon image, is detected to change, the corresponding preset association object of the watermelon image is the watermelon, and the matching relationship between the watermelon and the tortoise is determined to be 1 by the resource database, that is, the matching relationship between the watermelon and the tortoise is the matching.
In one implementation, in S2213, if the matching relationship is unmatched, a first picture of the query object is displayed; and/or displaying the second picture of the query object under the condition that the matching relation is matching. Illustratively, as shown in fig. 12 (b), the position of the watermelon picture is detected to be changed, the matching relationship between the watermelon and the tortoise is the match, and the second picture 213 of the query object, that is, the second tortoise picture, which is the motion GIF picture of the tortoise, is displayed.
In one embodiment, whenever a change in the position of the picture of the preset associated object is detected, it is determined that the picture of the preset associated object is operated regardless of the path of the change in the position of the picture of the preset associated object.
In one embodiment, when the matching relationship between the preset association object and the query object is a match, displaying the operated picture of the preset association object is stopped. The operated picture of the preset associated object stops displaying, so that the user can be prevented from repeatedly operating the picture of one preset associated object, forward progress of the interaction process is facilitated, and the progress of the interaction process is improved. Illustratively, in the (b) of fig. 12, the watermelon picture is manipulated, the matching relationship of the watermelon and the tortoise is a match, so the manipulated watermelon picture is stopped from being displayed, for example, in the (c) of fig. 12, the watermelon picture is not displayed any more.
In one embodiment, when the matching relationship between the preset association object and the query object is a match, the displaying of the operated picture of the preset association object may be stopped after a first predetermined time, for example, 3 seconds. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the first predetermined time may be set as desired.
In one embodiment, when the matching relationship is matching, a second picture of the query object is displayed, and the display time of the second picture of the query object is a second predetermined time. For example, in fig. 12 (b), the matching relationship of the watermelon and the tortoise is a match, the motion GIF pattern of the tortoise is displayed, and the display time of the motion GIF pattern of the tortoise is a second predetermined time, for example, 4 seconds. And after the second preset time is over, displaying the first picture of the query object under the condition that the picture operation of the user on the preset association object is not detected. Therefore, the interaction effect can be better reflected. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the second predetermined time may be set as desired.
Illustratively, in fig. 12 (c), the operation of the user on the corn picture is detected, and it is determined by the resource database that the matching relationship between the corn and the tortoise is 1, that is, the matching relationship between the corn and the tortoise is the matching relationship, a second picture of the query object is displayed, and in fig. 12, the second picture of the query object is a motion GIF picture of the tortoise.
Illustratively, in fig. 12 (d), the operation of the user on the cucumber picture is detected, and the matching relationship between the cucumber and the tortoise is determined to be 0 through the resource database, that is, the matching relationship between the cucumber and the tortoise is unmatched, and the first picture of the query object is displayed, and in fig. 12, the first picture of the query object is a static GIF picture of the tortoise, which may also be called a static GIF picture.
In one embodiment, in the case that the picture of the preset associated object is operated, the display of the operated picture of the preset associated object is stopped. That is, no matter whether the matching relationship between the preset associated object corresponding to the picture of the preset associated object and the query object is matching or not, the picture of the preset associated object will stop displaying the operated picture of the preset associated object as long as the picture of the preset associated object is operated. Therefore, the repeated operation of a user on a picture of a preset associated object can be avoided, forward progress of the interaction process is facilitated, and the progress of the interaction process is improved. Illustratively, in the (d) view of fig. 12, the cucumber picture is manipulated, the matching relationship of the cucumber and the tortoise is unmatched, and the display of the cucumber picture is stopped, and thus, the cucumber picture is not displayed in the (e) view of fig. 12. In one embodiment, in the case where the picture of the preset-associated object is operated, the display of the operated picture of the preset-associated object may be stopped after a first predetermined time, for example, 3 seconds.
Illustratively, in the (e) of fig. 12, the operation of the user on the shrimp picture is detected, and the matching relationship between the shrimp and the tortoise is determined to be 1 through the resource database, that is, the matching relationship between the shrimp and the tortoise is the matching relationship, the second picture of the query object is displayed, and in the (e) of fig. 12, the second picture of the query object is the motion GIF picture of the tortoise.
For example, after the operation of the user on the pictures of the preset associated objects is not detected, or after all the pictures of the preset associated objects are operated, the first picture of the query object is displayed. For example, in fig. 12 (f), all the pictures of the preset associated objects are manipulated, and the static GIF map of the tortoise is displayed.
In one embodiment, according to a user operation on a preset associated object picture, displaying a first picture of a query object or a second picture of the query object may include:
S2221, detecting the operation of the user on the picture of the preset association object, wherein the detailed process of this step is the same as that of S2211, and will not be described here again.
S2222, determining the matching relationship between the preset associated object corresponding to the operated picture of the preset associated object and the query object, wherein the detailed process of the step is the same as that of S2212, and will not be described again.
S2223, stopping displaying the operated picture of the preset association object when the matching relation is matched. This step is described in detail above and will not be described in detail here.
In one embodiment, according to a user operation on a preset associated object picture, displaying a first picture of a query object or a second picture of the query object may include:
S2231, detecting the operation of the user on the picture of the preset associated object, and detailed process of this step is the same as that of S2211, and will not be described here again.
S2232, in the case that the picture of the preset associated object is operated, stopping displaying the operated picture of the preset associated object. This step is described in detail above and will not be described in detail here.
In one embodiment, the first picture of the query object is a still picture and the second picture of the query object is a moving picture. Through static and dynamic changes, the interaction effect is better improved. Illustratively, in fig. 12, the first picture of the query object is a static GIF map of a tortoise, which may also be referred to as a static GIF map. The second picture of the query object is a dynamic GIF map of the tortoise, which may also be referred to as a motion GIF map.
In one embodiment, the guidance interaction resource may also include text guidance information. Thus, the interactive effect can be further improved. For example, in the case that the guiding interactive interface displays the picture of the preset associated object, the guiding interactive resource may further include first text guiding information 231, and in the case that the picture of all the preset associated objects is operated, the guiding interactive resource may further include second text guiding information 232. For example, in the diagrams (a), (b), (c), (d) and (e) of fig. 12, the guiding interactive interface displays the picture of the preset associated object, and the guiding interactive resource may further include first text guiding information 231, where the first text guiding information 231 may be "what the tortoise likes to eat, and" click on the feeding test bar ". In fig. 12 (f), the pictures of all the preset associated objects are operated, that is, the guiding interactive interface stops displaying the pictures of the preset associated objects, and the guiding interactive resource may further include second text guiding information 232, and the second text guiding information 232 may be "the tortoise is full, and the user knows more bars to the tortoises". It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that different text guidance information may be displayed according to the number of pictures of the pre-set associated object that have been manipulated, for example, the first text guidance information may be displayed when a picture of one pre-set associated object has been manipulated; when 2 pictures of the preset associated objects are operated, displaying second text guiding information; and when the operation is finished, 3 pictures of the preset associated objects are displayed, third text guiding information is displayed. That is, each time a picture of a preset associated object is operated, different text guidance information may be presented. In practical implementations, the content of the text guidance information may be set according to practical needs.
According to the method for guiding interaction, the guiding interaction interface can display guiding interaction resources, so that the guiding interaction interface displays the picture of the query object and the picture of the preset association object, a user can interact with the guiding interaction interface by operating the picture of the preset association object, and the first picture of the query object or the second picture of the query object can be displayed according to the matching relation between the preset association object and the query object. Therefore, the interestingness of the query process is increased, the user experience is improved, and the conversion rate from the query result page to the encyclopedia page is improved.
