Background
Screening tests refer to tests performed to select products with certain characteristics or to reject products that fail early. The method is a non-destructive test for carrying out total inspection on products, and by applying environmental stress according to a certain program, potential design and manufacturing defects of the products are excited so as to eliminate early failure products and reduce failure rate.
