The invention provides an adjustable light supplementing device for high-definition imaging, which comprises a first supporting rod, a triangular supporting component, a light supplementing lamp panel, a light supplementing lamp group, a lamp panel fixing component and an angle adjusting component, wherein the first supporting rod is fixedly connected with the triangular supporting component; the first supporting rod is supported in the triangular supporting component; the light supplementing lamp plate comprises an elastic thin plate, and the center of the elastic thin plate is fixed on the first supporting rod through the lamp plate fixing assembly; pre-bending the elastic thin plate into an arc shape; the light supplementing lamp group comprises a plurality of light supplementing lamps/light supplementing lamp groups and is arranged along the surface of the elastic thin plate; the angle adjusting assembly is arranged on the first supporting rod, the angle adjusting assembly is arranged in pairs and symmetrically arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the lamp panel fixing assembly respectively, one end of each angle adjusting assembly is arranged on the first supporting rod, and the other end of each angle adjusting assembly is hinged to the elastic thin plate. Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of imaging light supplement devices, in particular to an adjustable light supplement device for high-definition imaging.
Background
In the exposure and imaging processes of high-quality camera shooting, compensation is performed when the illuminance is insufficient through a light supplement lamp, for example, in the occasions of high-speed intersection monitoring, parking lots, security monitoring, face recognition and the like, the compensation of the illuminance is performed by setting one or more LED lamps and the like as the light supplement lamp, so that a high-definition image is obtained, and subsequent images are favorably processed, such as license plate recognition, danger early warning or face recognition and the like.
The existing light supplement lamp generally adopts a planar array structure, for example, a plurality of LED lamps are arranged at equal intervals according to the forms of circle, square and the like to form a light supplement module, and illumination compensation during high-definition imaging is realized through linkage with a camera as a collector. But current light filling module adopts the integral type structure, and externally angle and position are all inegulablely usually, perhaps only set up the beat angle space of small amplitude, are difficult to satisfy the requirement of light filling under some special occasions. For example, when different shooting objects such as some medicines and medicinal materials have different heights and appearances, the light supplement lamp needs to reach a proper height and angle, and the conventional light supplement device is difficult to realize.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an adjustable light supplement device for high-definition imaging, which comprises a first supporting rod, a triangular supporting assembly, a light supplement lamp panel, a light supplement lamp group, a lamp panel fixing assembly and an angle adjusting assembly, wherein the triangular supporting assembly is arranged on the lamp panel;
the first supporting rod is supported in the triangular supporting component in a vertical state;
the light supplementing lamp plate comprises an elastic thin plate, and the center of the elastic thin plate is fixed on the first supporting rod through the lamp plate fixing assembly; the elastic thin plate is pre-bent into an arc shape;
the light supplementing lamp group comprises a plurality of light supplementing lamps/light supplementing lamp groups and is arranged along the surface of the elastic thin plate;
the angle adjusting assemblies are arranged on the first supporting rods and are arranged in pairs and are symmetrically arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the lamp panel fixing assembly respectively, one end of each angle adjusting assembly is arranged on the first supporting rod, and the other end of each angle adjusting assembly is hinged to the elastic thin plate.
Preferably, the first support rod is a circular tube or square tube rod.
Preferably, the lamp panel fixing assembly comprises a first ring-shaped member fixed to the first support rod, and the elastic sheet is fixed to the first ring-shaped member via a first fastener.
Preferably, the height of the first ring member on the first support bar is adjustable.
Preferably, the angle adjusting assembly comprises a first clip, a second fastener, a hollow pull clip and a second clip, wherein the first clip is clipped on the first support rod, the second clip is clipped on the edge of the elastic thin plate, the body of the hollow pull clip is provided with an elongated slot, one end of the hollow pull clip is fixed on the second clip, the other end of the hollow pull clip is clipped into the second fastener through the slot, and the second fastener passes through the slot and is screwed into the first clip to fix the first clip on the first support rod.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the remarkable advantages that: according to the adjustable light supplement device for high-definition imaging, disclosed by the invention, different light supplement angles and heights can be adjusted by adjusting the bending and the direction of the light supplement lamp panel. Moreover, the light supplementing device is simple in structural design and installation process, and low-cost and efficient installation and adjustment can be achieved.

Detailed Description
In order to better understand the technical content of the present invention, specific embodiments are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
In this disclosure, aspects of the present invention are described with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which a number of illustrative embodiments are shown. Embodiments of the present disclosure are not necessarily intended to include all aspects of the invention. It should be appreciated that the various concepts and embodiments described above, as well as those described in greater detail below, may be implemented in any of numerous ways, as the disclosed concepts and embodiments are not limited to any one implementation. In addition, some aspects of the present disclosure may be used alone, or in any suitable combination with other aspects of the present disclosure.
The adjustable light supplement device for high definition imaging in combination with the illustrated example includes a first support rod 10, a triangular support component 20, a light supplement lamp panel 30, a light supplement lamp set 60, a lamp panel fixing component 40, and an angle adjusting component 50.
The first support bar 10 is supported in the triangular support assembly in a vertical state. Preferably, the first support bar 10 is a round or square tube bar, especially an aluminum alloy or steel material, providing stable support.
The light supplement lamp panel 30 includes an elastic sheet, and is fixed to the first support rod 10 at a central position of the elastic sheet via the lamp panel fixing member 40. Referring to fig. 1, the elastic thin plate may be an elastic steel plate, and is pre-bent into an arc shape.
Referring to fig. 1, the lamp panel fixing assembly 40 includes a first ring member 41 fixed to the first support rod, and an elastic sheet is fixed to the first ring member 41 via a first fastener. The first fastener is preferably a bolt.
Wherein the height of the first ring-shaped element 41 on the first support bar is adjustable.
In an alternative embodiment, the first annular member 41 is bolted by two semi-circular clamps and secured to the first support bar. The first ring 41 may be provided with a threaded hole, and the first fastening member may pass through the hole in the center of the elastic thin plate and be screwed into the threaded hole in the first ring, so as to fix the elastic thin plate.
Referring to fig. 3, the light supplement lamp set 60 includes a plurality of light supplement lamps 61 disposed along a surface of the elastic sheet.
In an optional embodiment, the light supplement lamp set 60 may further include a plurality of light supplement lamp sets, and each light supplement lamp set is composed of a plurality of light supplement lamps 61. The light supplement lamp 61 or the light supplement lamp group is arranged at a preset position on the elastic thin plate, for example, at the central position and at two side positions symmetrically arranged with the central position, the light supplement lamp group is respectively arranged, so that independent light supplement or combined light supplement of multi-position and distributed control can be performed in the using process.
In the example shown in fig. 3, a plurality of fill-in lamps 61 are electrically connected to a driving circuit, and the driving circuit may be configured to control the triggering of each fill-in lamp or the set of fill-in lamps by a control module, so as to coordinate with the capturing time of the camera.
Like fig. 1, 2, angle adjusting component 50 sets up on first bracing piece 10, and angle adjusting component all sets up in pairs to install the upper and lower both sides of the fixed subassembly of lamp plate respectively symmetrically. Each angle adjusting assembly is provided at one end thereof on the first support bar 10 and is hinged at the other end thereof to the elastic thin plate.
In an alternative embodiment, the pre-mounted position of the angle adjustment assembly is adjustable, for example mountable at different height positions on the first support bar 10. Therefore, the bending angle and/or the position of the elastic thin plate can be adjusted through each angle adjusting assembly, and the height and the angle of the supplementary lighting can be adjusted.
Preferably, the angle adjusting assembly in connection with the embodiment shown in fig. 2 includes a first clip 51, a second clip 52, a hollow pull clip 53, and a second fastening member 54, wherein the first clip 51 is caught on the first support bar 10, and the second clip 52 is caught on the edge of the elastic thin plate.
The body of the hollow pull clamp 53 has an elongated slot 55, and one end of the hollow pull clamp 53 is fixed to the second clip 52, and the other end is engaged into the second fastening member 54 through the slot. In an alternative embodiment, a second fastener 54 is threaded through the slot and into the first clip to secure the first clip 51 to the first support bar.
Preferably, the second fastener 54 is a bolt, the size of the head of the bolt being greater than the size of the slot, and the size of the shank being less than the size of the slot. Thus, during adjustment, the pull cup is free to move with the second fastener 54 as a point of support.
The second clamp is a flat U-shaped clamp and further comprises an adjusting component which is used for locking the flat U-shaped clamp onto the elastic sheet or releasing the locking position from the elastic sheet. Wherein the preferred adjustment assembly is a bolt.
So, in the regulation process, release adjusting part and remove the second clamping along the elastic sheet to use the second fastener as the fulcrum, the regulation that light filling angle and position were realized to the bending angle of pulling hollow clamp 53 with adjusting the elastic sheet, lock adjusting part after adjusting to suitable position.
In an alternative embodiment, the second clip 52 is fixed to the elastic sheet, and its position is not adjustable.
In this embodiment, the first clip 51 may be a U-shaped clip or a C-shaped clip, which is clipped on the first support bar 10 and fastened to the first support bar 10 from the side by separate fasteners at both sides. And the second fastening member 54 is simply passed through the groove of the hollow pull clamp 53 and screwed into the first clip to effect locking or releasing of the hollow pull clamp 53 without effecting fixation of the first clip to the first support rod.
So, when the light filling angle needs to be adjusted, through releasing second fastener 54 for the hollow clamp 53 that draws obtains the release, draws the clamp 53 through the operation and adjusts the bending angle of elastic sheet, thereby adjusts light filling angle and position, adjusts to the hollow clamp 53 that draws of locking behind the suitable position.
Therefore, the light supplement device can be used for adjusting the light supplement at different angles and heights, is particularly suitable for high-definition imaging of different objects, particularly objects at different heights, and can be used for realizing rapid adjustment of exposure height and angle through the action of a plurality of light supplement devices.
In an alternative embodiment, the hollow pull clamp 53 and/or the elastic sheet are provided with graduations to facilitate symmetrical and rapid adjustment during adjustment. More preferably, the scales on the elastic thin plate are designed symmetrically, and the scales are distributed toward both end portions with the center position of the elastic thin plate as the origin.
As shown in connection with fig. 1, the tripod assembly 20 used in the present invention may be of a conventional tripod construction.
In the illustrated example, the triangular support assembly 20 includes upper and lower two annular support blocks (22, 24) spaced apart from each other and fitted over the first support bar, the first annular support block 22 having three legs 25 hinged uniformly at 120 degrees to each other, each leg being further connected to the second annular support block 24 by a link 23. Two ends of the connecting rod 23 are respectively hinged with the corresponding supporting legs and the second annular supporting block 24. Three links 23 are hinged to the second ring-shaped support blocks 24 uniformly at 120 degrees, respectively.
Alternatively, the triangular support assembly 20 is made of aluminum alloy or steel.

1. An adjustable light supplementing device for high-definition imaging is characterized by comprising a first supporting rod, a triangular supporting assembly, a light supplementing lamp plate, a light supplementing lamp group, a lamp plate fixing assembly and an angle adjusting assembly;
the first supporting rod is supported in the triangular supporting component in a vertical state;
the light supplementing lamp plate comprises an elastic thin plate, and the center of the elastic thin plate is fixed on the first supporting rod through the lamp plate fixing assembly; the elastic thin plate is pre-bent into an arc shape;
the light supplementing lamp group comprises a plurality of light supplementing lamps/light supplementing lamp groups and is arranged along the surface of the elastic thin plate;
the angle adjusting assemblies are arranged on the first supporting rods, are arranged in pairs and are symmetrically arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the lamp panel fixing assembly respectively, one end of each angle adjusting assembly is arranged on the first supporting rod, and the other end of each angle adjusting assembly is hinged to the elastic thin plate;
the angle adjusting assembly comprises a first clamping clip, a second fastening piece, a hollow pull clip and a second clamping clip, wherein the first clamping clip is clamped on the first supporting rod, the second clamping clip is clamped at the edge of the elastic thin plate, the body of the hollow pull clip is provided with an elongated groove, one end of the hollow pull clip is fixed on the second clamping clip, the other end of the hollow pull clip is clamped into the second fastening piece through the groove, and the second fastening piece penetrates through the groove and is screwed into the first clamping clip to fix the first clamping clip on the first supporting rod.

The adjustable light supplement device for high definition imaging according to claim 1, wherein the second clip is a flat U-shaped clip, further comprising an adjusting component configured to lock the flat U-shaped clip to the elastic sheet or release the locking position from the elastic sheet.
