Abstract
The invention discloses a HALT test fixture for PCBA plug-ins, which comprises a mounting base and a pressing block, wherein two supporting parts which are arranged in parallel and are used for supporting the PCBA plug-ins are arranged on the mounting base, a fixing groove used for placing the PCBA plug-ins is formed in the supporting parts, the pressing block is arranged on the supporting parts through a fastener, and the pressing block is used for fastening the PCBA plug-ins on the supporting parts. The invention has the advantages of simple structure, strong universality, reliable fixing mode, capability of improving the HALT test effect and the like.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of PCBA plug-in test fixtures, in particular to a HALT test fixture for a PCBA plug-in and an installation method.
Background
The chassis is one of the main structural forms of the secondary equipment, and the interior of the chassis is composed of a large number of PCBA (printed circuit board assembly, printed board assembly) plug-ins. The PCBA plug-in is taken as a basic unit of the case, and is related to the realization of functions of secondary equipment protection, sampling, communication, man-machine communication and the like and the safe operation of rail transit, so that the reliability and the stability of the PCBA plug-in are important.
At present, in the existing HALT test (high accelerated life test), for chassis products, because of the difficulty in fixing and signal transmission when the PCBA of the plug-in unit is independently tested by the HALT test, practitioners all place the whole chassis in the test box to test, however, the test mode has the problems of vibration stress transmission attenuation or frequency spectrum change, temperature stress change rate lower than a set value, uneven temperature distribution and the like, so that the set value of vibration and temperature change is greatly different from the value actually applied to the product, and the execution effect of the HALT test is affected. Therefore, designing a fixture which can meet the characteristics of the plug-in components of the chassis of the rail transit, has universality and can solve the independent fixing problem of the plug-in PCBA when the HALT test is carried out is a technical problem to be solved urgently by the technicians in the field.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the technical problems in the prior art, the invention provides the HALT test fixture and the mounting method of the PCBA plug-in, which have the advantages of simple structure, strong universality, reliable fixing mode and capability of improving the HALT test effect.

step S3: after the press block (4) is installed, the fixing condition of the PCBA plug-in unit is checked.

A test fixture based on a HALT test fixture mounting method of a PCBA plug-in unit according to claim 1, characterized by comprising a mounting base (1) and a pressing block (4), wherein two supporting parts (2) which are arranged in parallel and are used for supporting the PCBA plug-in unit are arranged on the mounting base (1), a fixing groove (3) used for placing the PCBA plug-in unit is arranged on the supporting part (2), the pressing block (4) is mounted on the supporting part (2) through a fastener, and the pressing block (4) is used for fastening the PCBA plug-in unit on the supporting part (2).
