The power mechanism comprises a variable-frequency speed-regulating motor 4 and a speed reducer 3, the speed reducer 3 is coaxially mounted on the box cover through a supporting seat 9, the variable-frequency speed-regulating motor 4 is mounted on the speed reducer 3, a rotating shaft of the variable-frequency speed-regulating motor 4 is connected with an input shaft of the speed reducer 3, an output shaft of the speed reducer 3 is connected with the input shaft of the supporting seat 9, and the output shaft of the supporting seat 9 downwards penetrates through the box cover to extend into the hopper-shaped box body and is connected with the upper end of the stirring shaft 2 through a universal coupling 6 (preferably a WSD type.

The eccentric stirring paddle 5 has the following functions: when the variable-frequency speed regulating motor 4 drives the eccentric stirring paddle 5 through the speed reducer 3 to stir the powder, the powder generates a reaction force for the eccentric stirring paddle 5, so that the spiral material conveying rod 8 generates an eccentric force to impact the conveying pipe 7; the contact area of the eccentric stirring paddle 5 and the powder cannot be too large, otherwise, larger resistance is generated to increase the power of the variable-frequency speed-regulating motor 4, so that the eccentric stirring paddle 5 adopts a frame.
In order to enable the spiral material conveying rod 8 to generate larger impact force in the material weighing process, a single-side gap of 0.5-2 mm is kept between the spiral material conveying rod 8 and the conveying pipe 7, the gap is too small, the impact force is small, the gap is too large, and powder still can move downwards from the large gap when the variable frequency speed regulating motor 4 is static, so that the transmission of the powder cannot be controlled.
The variable-frequency speed regulating motor 4 regulates the rotating speed of the spiral material conveying rod 8 according to the requirement, and the rotating speed is higher when weighing is started; before the weighing is finished, the rotating speed is slow.
