Referring to fig. 1, a water amount observation window 25 is formed in the front of the water storage tank 13, a water injection port 26 is formed in the front of the water storage tank 13 and located above the water amount observation window 25, when the cooling water curtain 12 is used, part of cooling water is evaporated, so that water consumption in the water storage tank 13 is caused, and by arranging the water amount observation window 25 to observe the residual water amount inside the water storage tank 13, cooling water can be conveniently injected into the water storage tank 13 through the water injection port 26 by a worker when the water amount is insufficient.
