Description

Cable dismantling device and method
Technical Field
The invention relates to a prestressed space structure dismantling device and process, in particular to a stay cable dismantling device and method, and belongs to the field of buildings.
Background
In recent 20 years, large-span space structures are developed vigorously, and prestressed space structures such as cable domes, suspended domes and the like are paid much attention due to the characteristics of lightness and diversified forms, and are favored in large-span space structure buildings such as stadiums, industrial warehouses and the like. But over time, a large number of old buildings will be subject to reconstruction, extension and even demolition due to expired service or insufficient functions. In a prestressed space structure, a steel cable is often one of the most important load-bearing members, and when the steel cable is dismantled, if protective measures are not taken, the cable force is released instantly after the steel cable is cut off, so that severe impact is caused to the structure, a series of chain reactions are generated on the structure, and even the rest structure is locally or integrally collapsed. Meanwhile, at the moment of releasing the cable force, the steel cable can move irregularly violently, thereby damaging surrounding buildings and even causing casualties.
Through patent literature retrieval, a cable-stayed bridge cable cutting device of publication No. CN109137763A relates to cable removal, and the device realizes the cutting removal of a cable-stayed bridge cable through the combined action of a clamping mechanism, a tensioning mechanism and a bearing mechanism so as to carry out subsequent cable replacement on the cable-stayed bridge. However, when the device is used for dismantling construction, the fixing nut needs to be manually screwed to loosen the pull rod, so that cable force unloading is realized, the controllability of actual construction is poor, and great potential safety hazards exist.

secondly, unloading the cable section between the tools, tensioning the tensioning screw (6) by feeding oil to the feed-through hydraulic jack (7), enabling the second tool (3) and the first tool (2) to be close to each other, loosening the cable section to be disassembled between the two tools, adjusting a second anchor (10) to be tightly attached to the first tool (2) to temporarily fix the tensioning screw (6), returning oil to the feed-through hydraulic jack (7), transferring part of cable force of the cable section between the first tool (2) and the second tool (3) to the tensioning screw (6), and finally adjusting a first anchor (8) to be tightly attached to the feed-through hydraulic jack (7);
thirdly, cutting the stay cable to be disassembled in multiple times, cutting the stay cable (1) to be disassembled in multiple times, standing for a period of time after each completion, cutting the stay cable (1) for the next time after no abnormal condition exists, reducing the section of the stay cable (1) to be disassembled along with the cutting, gradually increasing the tension of the tension screw (6) until the stay cable (1) to be disassembled is cut off, wherein the tension force borne by the tension screw (6) is the maximum, and the cable force of the cable section between the first tool (2) and the second tool (3) is completely transferred to the tension screw (6);
fourthly, unloading the residual inhaul cable, tensioning the tensioning screw (6) by feeding oil to the feed-through hydraulic jack (7), enabling the second tool (3) to be close to the first tool (2), moving the second anchor (10) for a certain distance along the tensioning screw (6) away from the first tool (2) after the second anchor (10) is loosened and separated from the first tool (2), returning oil to the feed-through hydraulic jack (7), retracting the tensioning screw (6) until the second anchor (10) is in contact with the first tool (2) again and is abutted tightly, loosening the inhaul cable respectively connected with the first tool (2) and the second tool (3) after the inhaul cable (1) is detached and cut, reducing the cable force, and adjusting the first anchor (8) to be abutted tightly against the feed-through hydraulic jack (7) again;
and fifthly, dismantling the stay cable, repeating the fourth step until the cable force of the stay cable connected with the first tool (2) and the second tool (3) respectively after the stay cable (1) to be dismantled is cut is unloaded to a specified value, then dismantling the clamping module and the tensioning module, conveying the cut stay cable to the ground or an operation platform by using hoisting equipment, and completing the construction of dismantling the stay cable.
9. A cable demolition method according to claim 8, wherein: and fifthly, monitoring the form of the peripheral structure of the fixed stay cable constantly in the process of unloading the stay cable in the fourth repeated step, stopping unloading immediately if the peripheral structure has a tendency of collapsing, taking protective measures, and continuing unloading after the peripheral structure is stable and does not collapse.
