Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of stripping agents, in particular to a synthetic alcohol ester papermaking stripping agent and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
The papermaking industry is the traditional industry of China, high-quality paper pulp is gradually reduced in recent years, the price is increased, the cost of paper is increased, and recycled paper pulp becomes a preferred raw material of various papermaking enterprises. However, the recycled paper pulp has short fiber, more impurities and more colloidal substances, so that the difficulty of paper web and drying cylinder peeling is greatly increased when the paper pulp is used for papermaking, and cylinder sticking is a common phenomenon. Therefore, the paper machine efficiency is seriously reduced due to the problems of paper surface napping, paper breaking and the like. Therefore, all manufacturers adopt the drying cylinder stripping agent to solve the problem of cylinder sticking.
The currently marketed dryer strippers mainly comprise the following components according to the weight percentage: polymeric waxes, mineral oils, vegetable oils, polyethers, silicones, and the like. Although the types of the release agents are various and the release effects are not uniform, the most important problems are that the release agents of the types are not degradable or have low degradability, have great pollution to the surrounding environment such as soil, water, air and the like, have large harm to human health due to volatile odor, have hydrophobicity in most of the application processes, are adhered to equipment and difficult to clean, and also influence the quality of paper.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide the synthetic alcohol ester papermaking stripping agent and the manufacturing method thereof.
In order to solve the problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: the synthetic alcohol ester papermaking stripping agent is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-35% of straight-chain polyol ester, 4-16% of emulsifier, 1-2% of co-emulsifier, 50-60% of deionized water and 0.01% of sterilizing preservative.
Further: the straight-chain polyol ester is one of trihydroxyoleate, pentaerythritol oleate and ethylene glycol oleate.
Further: the emulsifier comprises 2-8% of isomeric tridecanol polyoxyethylene ether 1303 and 2-8% of isomeric tridecanol polyoxyethylene ether 1310.
Further: the auxiliary emulsifier is butanediol.
Further: the bactericidal preservative is isothiazolinone.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the stripping agent, which comprises the following steps:
(1) sequentially adding 20-30% of straight-chain polyol ester, 4-10% of emulsifier and 1-2% of co-emulsifier into a mixing kettle, starting stirring, and stirring for 30 minutes at the rotation speed of 50 revolutions per minute;
(2) then increasing the rotating speed to 100 r/min, starting to slowly add deionized water, wherein the water adding time is not less than 60 min, the water adding amount accounts for 60-80% of the total amount of the deionized water, the solution viscosity gradually rises, after the solution viscosity reaches the maximum value, the solution starts to carry out phase inversion, water-in-oil is converted into oil-in-water, the viscosity rapidly drops, and at the moment, the water adding is stopped;
(3) stirring at 100 rpm for 20 min, adding the rest deionized water, and stirring for 30 min to change the appearance of the above materials from oil state to emulsion state;
(4) then, further uniformly thinning the emulsion formed in the step (3) by an emulsifying machine to ensure that the particle size of emulsion particles is uniform and is distributed in the range of 200-300 nanometers;
(5) and (3) feeding the prepared emulsion finished product into a storage kettle, adding a sterilizing preservative, slowly stirring for 30 minutes at 10 revolutions per minute, standing, storing for 8 hours, and canning.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. can dissolve in water, use convenient operation, the cleaning equipment of being convenient for to have fine degradability, can not cause the harm to the surrounding environment, and peel off the effect better, environmental protection safe and reliable more.
2. The emulsion is further uniformly refined by an emulsifying machine, so that the particle size of emulsion particles is uniform and is distributed in the range of 200-300 nanometers, and the state of the emulsion can be stable for a long time.
3. Adding the sterilizing preservative, slowly stirring for 30 minutes at 10 r/min, standing and storing for 8 hours, and canning, so that the sterilizing preservative can be effectively sterilized and preserved, and the preservative is not deteriorated after long-time use.
