The aramid fiber 1313 and the polyvinyl chloride fiber in the maximum proportion are adopted, so that the physical properties and the dielectric properties of the fiber mica paper are greatly improved.
The working principle is as follows: the physical properties of the mica fiber paper can be improved by adding the aramid fiber 1313 and the polyvinyl chloride fiber into mica, the using amount of the aramid fiber 1313 can be reduced by adding the polyvinyl chloride fiber, the production cost is reduced, and the aramid fiber can be rapidly dispersed by adding polyethylene oxide.

The fiber mica paper prepared in the above examples 1 to 3 and comparative example 1 was cut and formed into test strips, and the test results are shown in Table 1:

as can be seen from table 1 above, the tensile strength of the paper can be improved by adding the aramid fiber 1313 and the polyvinyl chloride fiber, and the paper still has higher tensile strength and the production cost is reduced under the condition that the dosage of the aramid fiber 1313 is reduced and the dosage of the polyvinyl chloride fiber is increased.
Note: the tests in Table 1 were carried out according to the test method of GB7195-87 mica paper.
