Abstract
The invention provides aramid fiber and wood pulp composite paper, and belongs to the technical field of production and preparation of aramid fiber paper. The composite paper is of a three-layer structure, the aramid fiber material layers are arranged on two sides of the composite paper, and the wood pulp material layer is arranged in the middle layer of the composite paper. The invention is prepared by respectively delivering aramid fiber pulp, wood pulp and aramid fiber pulp to the net part to form wet paper, then compounding the wet paper on the net part in a certain sequence, squeezing, drying and coiling, and hot pressing the product according to application requirements to meet corresponding application requirements. The prepared product meets the corresponding technical requirements, has the cost far lower than aramid base paper or aramid paper, has the heat resistance better than wood pulp paper, can bear overload in a short time, and protects the use of a motor or a transformer.

Technical Field

Background
Aramid fiber paper (also called aramid fiber paper) is prepared by using aramid short fibers and aramid fibrids as paper making raw materials, papermaking and molding by a wet method, and then hot-press molding. Compared with the prior art, the composite paper provided by the invention is three layers of composite paper, and each layer is made of an independent aramid fiber material or a wood pulp material.
