Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of non-woven fabrics, and relates to a soft friction non-woven fabric and a preparation process thereof.
Background
Under the large situation of irregular outbreak of global infectious diseases, the requirements of people on the sanitary conditions of living environments are higher and higher, which is reflected in the fact that the consumption of sanitary consumables is increased suddenly and the demand of cleaning and sterilizing products is short at first. Most of the sanitary consumables contain non-degradable plastic components, which can cause environmental pollution after use, thus aggravating unsafe factors of living environment, and the degradable sanitary consumables can become hot-market products in new situations.
The friction wiping cloth technology common in the market at present mainly comprises four types, one is natural plants, including loofah sponge, straw ear and the like, the production cycle of the natural plants is long, the resources are few, and the requirements of the majority of users cannot be met; secondly, the steel wire mesh and the plastic brush have higher rigidity, are easy to scratch the surface of an object and scratch the skin when in use; the woven wiping cloth is mainly formed by weaving coarse denier polyester cotton mixed yarns, the concave-convex surface of the product is utilized to generate a friction effect, but the pores are large, dirt is easy to remain, and bacteria are easy to breed; and the base cloth and the friction layer are fixed together by hot melt or adhesive, cannot be directly obtained by a one-step method, and are not degradable, so that the environment pollution is caused after the materials are discarded.

The gram weight of the liquid absorption fiber net layer is 45-75% of the total gram weight of the soft friction non-woven fabric.
The gram weight of the reinforced degradable fiber layer is 15-45% of the total gram weight of the soft friction non-woven fabric.
The gram weight of the friction degradable particle layer is 15-45% of the total gram weight of the soft friction non-woven fabric.
The preparation process of the soft friction non-woven fabric comprises the following specific preparation steps:
s1, preparing a liquid absorption fiber net layer: namely, preparing a liquid absorption cellulose fiber net, wherein the fineness range of the liquid absorption cellulose fiber is 0.5-3 dtex, and the liquid absorption cellulose fiber is made into a soft liquid absorption fiber net layer by a high-speed mechanical carding net-forming machine, and the operating parameters are as follows: the speed of a cylinder roller is 850-1050 r/min, the speed of a disorder roller is 1020-1440 r/min, the speed of a doffer roller is 30-65 r/min, the linear speed of an output curtain is 180-320 m/min, the thickness of a fiber web of a liquid absorption fiber web layer is 8-15 mm, and the ratio of MD to CD strength of the fiber web of the liquid absorption fiber web layer is less than 2.5: 1;
s2, preparing a reinforced degradable fiber layer; the reinforced degradable fiber layer is made of polylactic acid, and is prepared by melt spinning of polylactic acid master batches, wherein the drying temperature of the polylactic acid master batches is 85-105 ℃, the drying time is 0.5-1.5 h, the screw temperature is 260-280 ℃, the air temperature is 280-300 ℃, and the speed of a collecting screen is 180-320 m/min.
S3, compounding; and (3) compounding the liquid absorption fiber net layer prepared in the step (S1) and the reinforced degradable fiber layer prepared in the step (S2) together through a high-pressure spunlace process, wherein the parameters of the high-pressure spunlace process are as follows: the pressure range of the high-pressure pump is 45-95 bar, the vertical distance between the jet flow plate and the liquid absorption fiber net layer is 15-55 mm, the hole pitch of the jet flow plate is 0.3-1.4 mm, and the hole diameter of the jet flow plate is 0.08-0.15 mm, and the base cloth is obtained after compounding; one side of the base cloth is a liquid absorption fiber net layer, and the other side is a reinforced degradable fiber layer; the net surface of the liquid absorption fiber net layer of the formed base cloth has soft performance;
s4, preparing a friction degradable granular layer; coating any one of degradable materials such as polylactic acid, polyvinyl alcohol and polyhydroxyalkanoate with low melting point, good oil absorption and degradability on the reinforcing degradable fiber mesh layer mesh surface of the base cloth, and preparing a required friction granular layer with patterns by using a high-temperature engraved roller, wherein the melting point of the degradable material is 95-250 ℃, and the preparation process parameters of the high-temperature engraved roller are as follows: the diameter of the hollow-out roller is 350-550 mm, the temperature of the hollow-out roller is 130-260 ℃, and the oil absorption rate of the prepared soft friction non-woven fabric is more than 500%.
The surface of the prepared soft friction non-woven fabric liquid absorption fiber net layer is soft, and the surface of the friction degradable particle layer is provided with diamond oil absorption convex points.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the friction type wiping non-woven fabrics sold in the market at present are all non-degradable materials, and have the problems that the friction effect is too strong, the surface of an object and the skin are easily injured when the friction type wiping non-woven fabrics are used, or the friction effect is obviously weakened after the friction type wiping non-woven fabrics are wetted, or even the friction effect is not achieved, so that stubborn stains are difficult to remove. The soft friction non-woven fabric provided by the invention has the advantages that the soft skin-friendly surface can not scratch the surface of an object in a dry state, the soft friction non-woven fabric can rub with a smooth PE film for 30 times, the surface of the PE film has no obvious scratch, a common product rubs with a similar PE film for 5 times, and the surface of the PE film can generate serious scratch, the soft friction non-woven fabric still has a rubbing effect in a wet state, the filament non-woven fabric has obvious fluffing after the surface is rubbed with the filament non-woven fabric for 10 times, and the filament non-woven fabric does not fluff after the common product is wetted and rubs with the filament non-woven fabric. The liquid-absorbing fiber net layer, the reinforcing degradable fiber layer and the friction degradable particle layer of the soft friction non-woven fabric are all degradable materials, and the soft friction non-woven fabric can be biodegraded when being discarded in the environment after being used and has the characteristic of environmental protection.
