2. the air pipe is connected to the air pump through the air pipe adapter by arranging the air draft cover, the filter screen, the first sealing ring and the second sealing ring, the inner cavity of the air draft cover is pumped to a negative pressure environment by the air pump, fog generated in the quenching process is pumped out, the fog is prevented from interfering the visual field of workers, the first sealing ring and the second sealing ring seal the joint of the air draft cover and the air pipe, dust and foreign matters in the air environment are retained below the filter screen, and the blockage of an air circulation pipeline is avoided;
3. through setting up metal forming hose, joint board and positioning bolt, press the suction hood downwards, the metal forming hose produces deformation and accomodates into the quenching case, twists positioning bolt into the screw hole, makes the suction hood fix at the top of quenching case, seals the open-top of quenching case, and reducing mechanism's occupation space is convenient for transport and storage, avoids external dust to fall into the quenching case simultaneously.

The working principle is as follows: pouring quenching liquid into the bottom of the quenching box 1 through the guide hopper 4, wherein the density of the floating block 10 is less than that of the quenching liquid, the floating block 10 rises along with the liquid level after being clamped at the bottom of the limiting ring 2, the addition of the quenching liquid is stopped, a workpiece to be quenched is inserted into the quenching box 1 through the guide hopper 4 and the insertion tube 3, the quenching liquid rises into the insertion tube 3, the liquid level inside the insertion tube 3 rises synchronously along with the increase of the volume of the quenching liquid immersed in the workpiece, the workpiece is soaked comprehensively, the air pipe 16 is connected to the air pump through the air pipe adapter 17, the inner cavity of the air suction hood 19 is pumped to a negative pressure environment through the air pump, mist generated in the quenching process is pumped away, dust and foreign matters in the air environment are blocked below the filter screen 20, after quenching is finished, the air suction hood 19 is pressed downwards, the metal shaping hose 13 is deformed and is accommodated into the quenching box 1, and the positioning bolt, the hood 19 is fixed to the top of the quenching box 1, and the top opening of the quenching box 1 is closed.
