Abstract
The invention discloses an electric control leveling system of an orchard operation platform, which comprises a central controller, the orchard operation platform and a crawler type walking device, wherein a lifting mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the orchard operation platform, the lifting mechanism is fixedly connected to a platform supporting frame, a plurality of leveling oil cylinders are hinged to the bottom of the platform supporting frame, and the leveling oil cylinders are connected to the crawler type walking device; the central controller is arranged on the orchard operation platform, a double-shaft inclination angle sensor is arranged at the center of the bottom of the orchard operation platform, the double-shaft inclination angle sensor is electrically connected with the central controller, and the central controller is electrically connected with the leveling oil cylinder through an electromagnetic valve. The dual-axis tilt sensor 2 is used to measure the amount of tilt change relative to the horizontal plane. When the walking floor is transversely inclined, the double-shaft inclination angle sensor 2 transmits the information to the central controller 11, the central controller 11 adjusts the electromagnetic valve 4 according to a set program to control the leveling oil cylinder 5 on the lower side of the transverse section to extend out, and meanwhile, the leveling oil cylinder 5 on the higher side of the transverse section contracts, so that the aim of transverse leveling is fulfilled. When the walking floor is longitudinally inclined, the double-shaft inclination angle sensor 2 transmits the information to the central controller 11, the central controller 11 adjusts the electromagnetic valve 4 according to a set program to control the leveling oil cylinder 5 on the lower side of the longitudinal section to extend out, and meanwhile, the leveling oil cylinder 5 on the higher side of the longitudinal section contracts, so that the purpose of longitudinal leveling is achieved.
The dual-axis tilt sensor 2 is used for detecting the tilt angle of the orchard work platform 10 in real time and transmitting the information to the central controller for analysis. In order to improve the measurement precision, the sampling frequency of the double-shaft tilt angle sensor 2 is in the range of 0.5-10Hz, and meanwhile, noise caused by the walking vibration of the operation platform is filtered out to ensure reliable communication.
The system further comprises a display screen 13 and a control panel 1, wherein the display screen 13 and the control panel 1 are electrically connected with the neutral controller 11. The display screen 13 is arranged on the orchard operation platform 10 and is close to the control panel 1. The display screen 13 is used for displaying inclination angle information of the orchard operation platform. The control panel 1 serves as a manual control input: the lifting device is used for manually controlling the lifting of front, back, left and right leveling cylinders of the orchard operation platform by an operator.
The system further comprises a buzzer 12, and the buzzer 12 is electrically connected with the central controller 11. The double-shaft inclination angle sensor 2 senses that the inclination angle of the orchard operation platform 10 is larger than 5 degrees, and the central controller 11 controls the buzzer 12 to give out buzzing sound.
The lifting mechanism is a scissor type lifting mechanism 9; the leveling oil cylinder 5 is hinged on the platform support frame 3 through a stabilizing spring 8. The number of the leveling oil cylinders 5 is 4, and the leveling oil cylinders are respectively hinged to the front end, the rear end, the left end and the right end of the crawler-type traveling device 7. Each leveling oil cylinder 5 is provided with one electromagnetic valve 4, the electromagnetic valve 4 is installed on one side of the leveling oil cylinder 5, and the central controller 11 controls the leveling oil cylinder 5 to lift by controlling the opening and closing of the electromagnetic valve 4.
The central controller 11 adopts an STC89C52 singlechip and comprises a peripheral circuit, the central controller 11 is a core of a leveling system, and is arranged on the orchard operation platform 10 and arranged at the lower side of the buzzer 12 for prolonging the service life and facilitating maintenance.
As shown in fig. 3, the specific implementation of the automatic leveling of the electric control leveling system of the orchard work platform comprises the following steps:
step 1, the double-shaft inclination angle sensor detects inclination angle information of an orchard operation platform relative to a horizontal plane, and when the operation platform deviates relative to the horizontal plane, a deviation signal is sent to a central controller;
