Claims (10)
1. The vacuum sealing packaging machine is characterized by comprising a working rotary table (1) and a base (2), wherein the top of the base (2) is rotatably provided with the working rotary table (1), supporting arms (5) are equidistantly arranged on the outer side of the working rotary table (1), a transmission case (6) is arranged on the outer end of each supporting arm (5), a first servo motor (7) is arranged above one side of the transmission case (6), a first threaded rod (8) is arranged inside the transmission case (6) in a penetrating manner, supporting guide rods (9) are arranged below the two sides of the transmission case (6) and at the two ends of the first threaded rod (8), limiting seats (10) are arranged on the outer end of each supporting guide rod (9) and at the two ends of the first threaded rod (8), a sliding seat (11) is movably arranged on the outer sides of the first threaded rod (8) and the supporting guide rods (9), one side of the sliding seat (11) is connected, a U-shaped seat (121) is arranged at the other end of the supporting clamping arm (12), a first air pressure rod (14) is installed on the outer side of the U-shaped seat (121), and a clamping block (13) is installed at the telescopic end of the first air pressure rod (14) and is located inside the U-shaped seat (121);
a supporting rod (17) is installed on the outer side of the base (2), a second air pressure rod (18) is installed at the bottom end of the supporting rod (17), a lifting frame (19) is installed at the telescopic end of the second air pressure rod (18) and above the supporting rod (17), third air pressure rods (20) are installed in the middle of two sides of the lifting frame (19), and heat sealing strips (21) are installed at the telescopic ends of the third air pressure rods (20) at two sides and inside the lifting frame (19);
an adjusting seat (22) is installed above the outer side of the transmission case (6), sliding blocks (25) are movably installed at two ends of the inner portion of the bottom side of the adjusting seat (22), and sucking discs (26) are installed on the opposite sides of the sliding blocks (25) at the two ends;
adjust seat (22) top and install solid fixed cylinder (27), third servo motor (28) are installed on solid fixed cylinder (27) top, third servo motor (28) output just is located solid fixed cylinder (27) internally mounted and has third threaded rod (31), third threaded rod (31) outside movable mounting has sealed slide (30), sealed slide (30) both sides are run through and are installed vacuum suction pipe (32).

The vacuum sealing packaging machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein a speed reducer (3) is installed at the center of the bottom of the base (2), the output end of the speed reducer (3) is connected with the bottom side of the working turntable (1), the input end of the speed reducer (3) is connected with the output end of the rotating motor (4), and a plurality of supporting legs are installed around the bottom of the base (2) at equal intervals.

The vacuum sealing packaging machine according to claim 1, wherein a driving tooth (15) is installed at the output end of the first servo motor (7) and inside the transmission box (6), a driven tooth (16) is installed at the middle part of the outer side of the first threaded rod (8) and inside the transmission box (6), the driven tooth (16) is meshed with the driving tooth (15), and the first threaded rod (8) and the transmission box (6) are rotatably installed through a bearing.

The vacuum sealing packaging machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the first threaded rod (8) has opposite outer threads at both ends, the first threaded rod (8) is respectively in threaded connection with two sliding seats (11), and the sliding seats (11) are slidably mounted with the support guide rod (9).

The vacuum sealing packaging machine according to claim 1, wherein the adjusting base (22) has a chute at the bottom, the outer end of the adjusting base (22) is provided with a second servo motor (23), and a second threaded rod (24) is arranged at the output end of the second servo motor (23) and inside the chute.
6. The vacuum sealing packaging machine as claimed in claim 5, wherein the outside thread directions of the two ends of the second threaded rod (24) are opposite, and the two sliding blocks (25) are respectively in threaded connection with the second threaded rod (24).
7. The vacuum sealing packaging machine according to claim 1, wherein a hollow tube is installed through the inside of the slide block (25), and one end of the hollow tube is connected with the suction cup (26).
8. The vacuum sealing packaging machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the sealing slide plate (30) is provided with a sealing ring on the outside, and the sealing slide plate (30) is in threaded connection with the third threaded rod (31).

step two: meanwhile, a second servo motor (23) on the adjusting seat (22) works to drive a second threaded rod (24) to rotate, two sliding blocks (25) are driven to approach each other in the sliding groove along with the rotation of the second threaded rod (24), firstly, a sucking disc (26) on each sliding block (25) is moved to be close to the side face of the packaging bag, then the sucking disc (26) and the side face of the packaging bag are adsorbed through the work of a vacuum pump, at the moment, the second servo motor (23) works to enable the two sliding blocks (25) to move towards two sides respectively, and the opening of a packaging bag opening is opened;
step three: at the moment, a rotating motor (4) on the base (2) works, a speed reducer (3) adjusts the speed to drive the working rotary table (1) to rotate, the opened packaging bag is moved to the lower part of the storage bin, and products are added into the packaging bag;
step four: the vacuum sealing packaging machine is characterized in that the vacuum sealing packaging machine continues to rotate until a connector of a vacuum pump is connected with a connecting pipe sleeve (29) in an inserting mode, at the moment, a third servo motor (28) works to drive a third threaded rod (31) to rotate clockwise, a sealing sliding plate (30) and a vacuum suction pipe (32) are driven to move downwards to the inside of a packaging bag, at the moment, two sliding blocks (25) are close to each other until the packaging bag is attached, the vacuum pump operates the vacuum suction pipe (32) to suck air in the packaging bag, meanwhile, the third servo motor (28) rotates anticlockwise to drive the vacuum suction pipe (32) to move upwards, at the moment, a second air pressure rod (18) on a supporting rod (17) extends to drive a lifting frame (19) to move upwards until heat sealing strips (21) move upwards to two sides above the packaging bag, the third air pressure rod (20) extends to drive the two heat sealing;
step five: at the moment, the second air pressure rod (18) and the third air pressure rod (20) contract, the third servo motor (28) continues to work to enable the vacuum suction pipe (32) to be collected into the fixed cylinder (27), the rotating motor (4) works to rotate the packaging bag to the position above the conveying belt, and the first air pressure rod (14) contracts to place the packaged product on the conveying belt for transportation.
