Referring to fig. 1-2 and 4, the dirt guiding structure 5 includes a dirt guiding groove 51 and a dirt guiding pipe 52, the dirt guiding groove 51 is used for storing the dust and the dirt water from the scraping brush, and the dirt guiding pipe 52 may be a hollow rubber water pipe for receiving the dust and the dirt water stored in the dirt guiding groove 51 and flowing the dust and the dirt water to the ground outside the vehicle. In other words, the dirt guide groove 51 guides the dirt scraped by the wiper device 4 to the outside of the vehicle through the dirt guide pipe 52. When the scraping and brushing device 4 scrapes and brushes the rear boundary of the skylight glass 2, the dust, sewage and the like scraped and brushed by the scraping and brushing device 4 are stored in the sewage guide groove 51, and the sewage guide pipe 52 guides the dust, the sewage and the like in the sewage guide groove 51 to the ground outside the vehicle. The sewage conduit 52 can be hidden inside the metal plate of the vehicle body, and a sewage outlet is only arranged on the side surface of the metal plate of the vehicle body or at the bottom of the vehicle body.
Furthermore, a hollow dirt guiding mounting column 53 is arranged on the dirt guiding groove 51, the dirt guiding mounting column 53 is communicated with the inside of the dirt guiding groove 51, and the dirt guiding pipe 52 is connected with the dirt guiding mounting column 53. The number of the dirt guiding installation columns 53 may be one, two or more, in the embodiment shown in fig. 2, two dirt guiding installation columns 53 are respectively installed at the left and right ends of the dirt guiding groove 51, and each dirt guiding installation column 53 is connected with one dirt guiding pipe 52, so that dust, sewage and the like in the dirt guiding groove 51 can be guided out more quickly.
Optionally, a retractable dirt guide groove cover tape 54 is disposed above the dirt guide groove 51, and the dirt guide groove cover tape 54 is used for covering the dirt guide groove 51 after the wiping action is finished. Thereby preventing dust, foreign matter, etc. from falling into the dirt guide groove 51. The dirt guide groove covering belt 54 may be made of rubber.
Referring to fig. 1-3, the sunroof cleaning mechanism further includes: and the control switch 8 is used for controlling the start and stop of the scraping and brushing device 4 and the start and stop of the water spraying device 3, and the control switch 8 is positioned on the inner top wall of the vehicle or on a central console of the vehicle, so that personnel in the vehicle can conveniently operate the control switch 8. When the control switch 8 is located on the inner roof of the vehicle, the control switch 8 may be integrated in the headlight switch. The control switch 8 can be integrated with a control unit, and the wiping and cleaning operation of the skylight glass 2 can be performed by opening the control switch 8.
The ceiling 1 can be a sheet metal part, so that the opening of a groove or the installation of other parts on the ceiling 1 is facilitated.
One embodiment of the sunroof cleaning mechanism of the present invention is described below.
A wiper blade storage tank 14 is provided in the front of a roof 1 of a vehicle, and a wiper device 4 for wiping a roof window 2 is placed thereon. Two water spray pipes are arranged on two sides of a metal plate of the ceiling 1, so that washing liquid can be directly sprayed on the skylight glass 2 when water is sprayed. A dirt guide groove 51 for storing scraping and brushing dust is arranged at the rear part of the ceiling 1, and muddy water for brushing the skylight glass 2 flows to the outside of the whole vehicle through a dirt guide pipe 52 along the dirt guide groove 51 when the skylight glass 2 is scraped and brushed and when water is sprayed. Wherein a contraction type dirt guide groove cover tape 54 is arranged above the dirt guide groove 51, and a contraction type first cover tape 12 and a contraction type second cover tape 13 are arranged above the scraping and brushing motion groove 11. The scraping and brushing device 4 reciprocates through the scraping and brushing motion grooves 11 on the two sides of the ceiling 1.
One embodiment of the steps for using the skylight cleaning mechanism of the present invention is described below.
(1) First, the first cover tape 12, the second cover tape 13, and the dirt guide groove cover tape 54 are automatically opened to expose the first squeegee moving groove 111, the second squeegee moving groove 112, and the dirt guide groove 51.
(2) The spring is controlled to bounce by the control switch 8, the wiping device 4 is lifted, and the wiping device 4 is lifted from the wiper blade storage tank 14 to the height of the outer surface of the skylight glass 2.
(3) The washing water spraying function is started, and the washing liquid is sprayed on the outer surface of the skylight glass 2 through the water spraying holes 33 of the water spraying pipe. The external environment temperature of the whole vehicle needs to be monitored before the water spraying function is started, and if the environment temperature is too low (for example, the temperature is lowered to 4 ℃ or below), the water spraying and heating function is started, so that the ice layer and frost on the outer surface of the skylight glass 2 can be melted, and the outer surface of the skylight glass 2 can be better cleaned.
(4) After the water is sprayed for 3S, the wiping device 4 has the function of wiping the skylight glass 2. The tail end of the skylight glass 2 is provided with a position sensor 9, when the scraping and brushing device 4 runs to the position sensor 9, a command of returning to scraping and brushing is executed, the scraping and brushing device 4 runs in reverse stroke, in the reverse stroke running, in order to avoid the sewage of the skylight glass 2 from being scraped and brushed to the scraping blade storage tank 14 and other places of the whole vehicle, the reverse stroke running is set to be running in a height idle stroke exceeding the outer surface of the skylight glass 2.
Wherein, when the stop button signal is not received in the work, the scraping and brushing device 4 can do the movement of scraping and brushing the skylight glass 2 back and forth. The water spray device 3 can perform the function of intermittently spraying the washing liquid, for example, can perform the washing action of starting 3s and stopping 3s and then continuing to start 3s, and the cycle is continuously and circularly performed when the stop button is not reached.
(5) The control switch 8 of the sunroof cleaning mechanism is closed.
Wherein, the process of closing the control switch 8 of the skylight cleaning mechanism can be as follows:
first, when a signal for stopping washing the sunroof is received, the washing and spray function of the water spray device 3 is stopped.
Secondly, the scraping and brushing device 4 returns to the position of the scraping and brushing device storage tank 14 to stop the function of continuous scraping and brushing, and the scraping and brushing device 4 is retracted into the scraping and brushing device storage tank 14 through a spring.
And thirdly, closing the retractable type covering belt, wherein the order of closing the dirt guide groove covering belt 54 first, and then closing the first covering belt 12 and the second covering belt 13.
And fourthly, finishing all operations for cleaning the skylight glass 2.
One embodiment of the procedure for using the skylight cleaning mechanism of the present invention in rainy weather is described below.
(1) First, the first cover tape 12, the second cover tape 13, and the dirt guide groove cover tape 54 are automatically opened to expose the first squeegee moving groove 111, the second squeegee moving groove 112, and the dirt guide groove 51.
(2) The spring is controlled to bounce by the control switch 8, the wiping device 4 is lifted, and the wiping device 4 is lifted from the wiper blade storage tank 14 to the height of the outer surface of the skylight glass 2.
(3) The wiping device 4 performs a function of wiping the sunroof glass 2. The tail end of the skylight glass 2 is provided with a position sensor 9, when the scraping and brushing device 4 runs to the position sensor 9, a command of returning to scraping and brushing is executed, the scraping and brushing device 4 runs in reverse stroke, in the reverse stroke running, in order to avoid the sewage of the skylight glass 2 from being scraped and brushed to the scraping blade storage tank 14 and other places of the whole vehicle, the reverse stroke running is set to be running in a height idle stroke exceeding the outer surface of the skylight glass 2. This cycle continues to cycle when the stop button is not reached.
(4) When the signal for stopping cleaning the skylight is received, the scraping and brushing device 4 is returned to the position of the blade storage groove 14 to stop the continuous scraping and brushing function, and the scraping and brushing device 4 is retracted into the blade storage groove 14 through a spring.
(5) The retractable shutter tapes may be closed in the sequence of closing the dirt guide chute shutter tape 54, and then closing the first shutter tape 12 and the second shutter tape 13.
According to another aspect of the invention, the vehicle comprises the skylight cleaning mechanism of the above embodiment.

1. A sunroof cleaning mechanism characterized in that a sunroof (1) of a vehicle is provided with a sunroof glass (2), the sunroof cleaning mechanism being for washing the sunroof glass (2), the sunroof cleaning mechanism comprising:
the water spraying device (3) is arranged on the ceiling (1) and is used for spraying water to the outer surface of the skylight glass (2);
the scraping and brushing device (4) is movably arranged on the ceiling (1) and is used for scraping and brushing the outer surface of the skylight glass (2);
and the dirt guiding structure (5) is arranged on the ceiling (1) and is used for guiding the sewage scraped by the scraping and brushing device (4) to the outside of the vehicle.

Skylight cleaning mechanism according to claim 1, characterized in that a wiper movement groove (11) is provided on the roof (1) and a movement slider is provided on the wiper device (4), said movement slider being adapted to move along the wiper movement groove (11) for wiping the wiper device (4) along the skylight glass (2).
3. Sunroof cleaning mechanism according to claim 2, wherein the wiper movement groove (11) comprises: a first wiping movement groove (111) located on a first side of the skylight glass (2) and a second wiping movement groove (112) located on a second side of the skylight glass (2), wherein the movement sliding block comprises: a first moving slide block (41) arranged at a first end of the scraping and brushing device (4) and a second moving slide block (42) arranged at a second end of the scraping and brushing device (4), wherein the first moving slide block (41) is suitable for moving along the first scraping and brushing moving groove (111), and the second moving slide block (42) is suitable for moving along the second scraping and brushing moving groove (112); wherein the first side and the second side are two oppositely arranged side edges of the skylight glass (2).
4. The sunroof cleaning mechanism according to claim 3, wherein a retractable first cover tape (12) is provided above the first wiper movement slot (111), the first cover tape (12) being configured to cover the first wiper movement slot (111) after the wiping action is completed;
and a telescopic second shielding belt (13) is arranged above the second scraping and brushing motion groove (112), and the second shielding belt (13) is used for shielding the second scraping and brushing motion groove (112) after the scraping and brushing action is finished.
5. Skylight cleaning mechanism according to claim 2 or 3, characterized in that a transmission (6) is arranged on the ceiling (1), said transmission (6) being adapted to drive the wiping device (4) along the skylight glass (2).
6. Sunroof cleaning mechanism according to claim 5, characterized in that the transmission means (6) comprises: the driving shaft (61) and a transmission belt (62), the moving slide block is arranged on the transmission belt (62), and the driving shaft (61) drives the transmission belt (62) to move.
7. Mechanism according to claim 1, characterized in that a blade storage tank (14) is provided on the roof (1), the wiping device (4) having a stowed position inside the blade storage tank (14) and a wiping position outside the blade storage tank (14).
8. Skylight cleaning mechanism according to claim 7, characterized in that an ejector (7) is arranged between the wiping device (4) and the blade storage tank (14), the ejector (7) is linked to a control switch (8) of the wiping device (4), and when the control switch (8) is turned on, the ejector (7) ejects the wiping device (4) out of the blade storage tank (14).
9. The skylight cleaning mechanism according to claim 7, wherein the wiper blade storage slot (14) is disposed at a front end of the skylight glass (2), the dirt guiding structure (5) is disposed at a rear end of the skylight glass (2), and the wiper device (4) is attached to an outer surface of the skylight glass (2) when the wiper device (4) moves toward the dirt guiding structure (5); when the scraping and brushing device (4) moves from the dirt guiding structure (5) to the scraping and brushing blade storage groove (14), the scraping and brushing device (4) is separated from the outer surface of the skylight glass (2).
10. Skylight cleaning mechanism according to claim 1 or 9, characterized in that the stroke end of the wiping device (4) is provided with a position sensor (9).
11. Skylight cleaning mechanism according to claim 1, characterized in that the wiping device (4) comprises: the rubber strip is arranged on the framework.
12. The sunroof cleaning mechanism according to claim 1, further comprising: the washing device comprises a washing pipeline (34) and a liquid storage tank, wherein one end of the washing pipeline (34) is communicated with the liquid storage tank, and the other end of the washing pipeline (34) is connected with the water spraying device (3).

The skylight cleaning mechanism according to claim 1 or 12, wherein the water spray device (3) is a water spray pipe disposed at the periphery of the skylight glass (2), and the water spray pipe is provided with water spray holes (33) for spraying water to the outer surface of the skylight glass (2).

The sunroof cleaning mechanism according to claim 1, wherein the dirt guide structure (5) comprises a dirt guide groove (51) and a dirt guide pipe (52), and the dirt guide groove (51) guides the dirt scraped by the wiping device (4) to the outside of the vehicle through the dirt guide pipe (52).

The skylight cleaning mechanism according to claim 14, wherein a hollow dirt guiding mounting column (53) is disposed on the dirt guiding groove (51), the dirt guiding mounting column (53) is communicated with the inside of the dirt guiding groove (51), and the dirt guiding pipe (52) is connected with the dirt guiding mounting column (53).
16. Skylight cleaning mechanism according to claim 14, characterized in that a retractable dirt guide trough cover tape (54) is arranged above the dirt guide trough (51), said dirt guide trough cover tape (54) being adapted to cover the dirt guide trough (51) after the wiping action is finished.

The sunroof cleaning mechanism of claim 1, further comprising: the control switch (8), control switch (8) are used for controlling the start and stop of scraping brush device (4) and the start and stop of water jet equipment (3), and control switch (8) are located on the interior roof of vehicle or are located the center console of vehicle.
18. A vehicle comprising a sunroof cleaning mechanism according to any one of claims 1-17.
