Abstract
一种低成本粘结牢固的泡沫铝复合板,包括:泡沫铝基板、贴合板、纤维布层和塑料粘结剂,通过贴合板上冲孔设计,利用塑料粘结剂易于嵌入泡沫铝基板表面空隙中并渗透到纤维布的纹理里,有利于塑料粘结剂穿过贴合板孔洞将纤维布、贴合板、泡沫铝基板牢固复合为一体。所得到的复合板有效保持了泡沫铝板的良好轻质特性,提高了板材的抗折弯抗拉伸性能,增强了板材的表面强度,产品高端,应用广泛。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及泡沫铝板材利用领域,具体涉及一种低成本粘结牢固的泡沫铝复合板及其加工工艺。
背景技术
泡沫铝是在纯铝或铝合金中加入添加剂后,经过发泡工艺而成,同时兼有金属和气泡特征。它密度小、高吸收冲击能力强、耐高温、防火性能强、抗腐蚀、隔音降噪、导热率低、电磁屏蔽性高、耐候性强、有过滤能力、易加工、易安装、成形精度高、可进行表面涂装。
泡沫铝虽具有以上优良性质,但是在当泡沫铝制成板材时,由于疏松多孔的性质,泡沫铝的抗折弯抗拉伸性能较差,表面硬度强度不够,极大地影响了其应用。因此泡沫铝板在使用时通常需要与其他板材进行复合,以改善其性能,扩大其应用范围。传统的粘接复合方式,由于填充泡体需要耗损大量的粘结剂,复合代价大,成本高,加之贴合板表面光滑,难以粘接牢固,易开裂,复合优势难以体现,严重影响其应用。
发明内容
本发明所要克服的是现有技术中的不足,目的是提供一种低成本粘结牢固的泡沫铝复合板及其加工工艺。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种低成本粘结牢固的泡沫铝复合板,其特征在于,包括:泡沫铝基板、贴合板、纤维布、塑料粘结剂。通过所述塑料粘结剂将所述纤维布、贴合板、泡沫铝基板粘结复合为一体。
进一步的,所述贴合板可选用铝合金等金属板通过钻孔、冲孔等方式进行均匀穿孔处理制备,孔隙面积不低于板面的40%,贴合板厚度不限,可根据强度和使用要求设定。
进一步的,所述塑料粘结剂为废旧塑料,所述废旧塑料可以是废旧的聚乙烯、聚丙烯或是两者混合物,混合比例不限。
进一步的,所述纤维布宜采用纱眼50目以内的纱布面料,需选用抗腐蚀耐风吹日晒的材质。
进一步的,一种低成本粘结牢固的泡沫铝复合板,加工工艺如下:
a.泡沫铝基板预热处理:将泡沫铝块切割成符合设计要求的厚度,用铆钉拼接成符合设计要求的长宽尺寸,置于烘床上预热;
b.贴合板预热处理:取开孔处理好的金属板,按泡沫铝板面积要求裁切后预热处理;
c.涂覆塑料粘合剂:用对辊将熔融的塑料粘结剂均匀涂覆在泡沫铝基板的两侧面上,填平泡沫铝板表面孔洞;
d.覆板贴合:将预热处理好的贴合板分别覆贴在泡沫铝基板两侧表面上,用对辊从两侧碾压所述贴合板,使熔融态的塑料粘结剂穿过贴合板的孔洞渗出,再用刮板刮去多余塑料粘结剂;
e.纤维布黏贴:再将纤维布覆盖在贴合板外表面上,趁热用多组对辊碾压,使熔融的塑料粘结剂渗透到纤维布纹理里;
f.冷却处理:在保持连续碾压的状态下,通过冷风等形式迅速冷却复合板至常温,通过塑料粘结剂将所述纤维布、贴合板、泡沫铝基板粘结复合为一体,得到板坯;
g.喷涂饰面:根据饰面需要对纤维布表面进行喷涂着色或印花处理,得到合格产品。
进一步的,所述泡沫铝基板和贴合板预热处理温度根据塑料粘合剂成分确定,要求预热处理温度高于塑料粘合剂的熔点温度10-20℃。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明结构简单,通过贴合板上孔洞设计,利用塑料粘结剂易于嵌入泡沫铝板表面空隙中并渗透到纤维布的纹理里,有利于塑料粘结剂穿过贴合板孔洞将纤维布、贴合板、泡沫铝基板牢固复合为一体。所得到的复合板有效保持了泡沫铝板的良好轻质特性,提高了板材的抗折弯抗拉伸性能,增强了板材的表面强度,产品高端,应用广泛。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体图示,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
如图1所示;一种低成本粘结牢固的泡沫铝复合板,其特征在于,包括:泡沫铝基板1、贴合板2、纤维布3、塑料粘结剂12。通过塑料粘结剂12将纤维布3、贴合板2、泡沫铝基板1粘结复合为一体。
贴合板2可选用铝合金等金属板通过钻孔、冲孔等方式进行均匀穿孔处理制备,孔隙面积不低于板面的40%,贴合板厚度7mm。
塑料粘结剂12为废旧塑料,废旧塑料为废旧的聚乙烯、聚丙烯1:1混合。
纤维布3宜采用纱眼50目以内的纱布面料,可选用40目的陶瓷纤维布。
一种低成本粘结牢固的泡沫铝复合板,加工工艺如下:
a.泡沫铝基板预热处理:将泡沫铝块切割成符合设计要求的厚度,用铆钉拼接成符合设计要求的长宽尺寸,置于烘床上预热;
b.贴合板预热处理:取开孔处理好的金属板,按泡沫铝板面积要求裁切后预热处理;
c.涂覆塑料粘合剂:用对辊将熔融的塑料粘结剂均匀涂覆在泡沫铝基板的两侧面上,填平泡沫铝板表面孔洞;
d.覆板贴合:将预热处理好的贴合板分别覆贴在泡沫铝基板两侧表面上,用对辊从两侧碾压贴合板,使熔融态的塑料粘结剂穿过贴合板的孔洞渗出,再用刮板刮去多余塑料粘结剂;
e.纤维布黏贴:再将纤维布覆盖在贴合板外表面上,趁热用多组对辊碾压,使熔融的塑料粘结剂渗透到纤维布纹理里;
f.冷却处理:在保持连续碾压的状态下,通过冷风等形式迅速冷却复合板至常温,通过塑料粘结剂将纤维布、贴合板、泡沫铝基板粘结复合为一体,得到板坯;
g.喷涂饰面:根据饰面需要对纤维布表面进行喷涂着色或印花处理,得到合格产品。
泡沫铝基板和贴合板预热处理温度根据塑料粘合剂成分确定,要求预热处理温度高于塑料粘合剂的熔点温度10-20℃。
通过贴合板2上孔洞设计,利用塑料粘结剂12易于嵌入泡沫铝基板1表面空隙中并渗透到纤维布3的纹理里,有利于塑料粘结剂12穿过贴合板2孔洞将纤维布3、贴合板、泡沫铝基板1牢固复合为一体。所得到的复合板有效保持了泡沫铝板的良好轻质特性,提高了板材的抗折弯抗拉伸性能,增强了板材的表面强度,产品高端,应用广泛。
实施例2
在实施例1的基础上,如图2所示;泡沫铝基板1侧部沿水平方向钻有钻孔21,在进行第一层硬塑涂层涂覆时,使用抽气泵对钻孔21进行抽真空处理,钻孔21内部形成负压,由于泡沫铝基板1中有着大量连通或不连通的孔洞,在钻孔21中负压状态时,泡沫铝基板1端面上的硬塑涂层12在连通的孔洞吸力作用下进入至泡沫铝基板1内部,提高硬塑涂层12对泡沫铝基板1的粘结力度。

1.一种低成本粘结牢固的泡沫铝复合板,其特征在于,包括:泡沫铝基板、贴合板、纤维布、塑料粘结剂。通过所述塑料粘结剂将所述纤维布、贴合板、泡沫铝基板粘结复合为一体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种低成本粘结牢固的泡沫铝复合板及其加工工艺,其特征在于,所述贴合板可选用铝合金等金属板通过钻孔、冲孔等方式进行均匀穿孔处理制备,孔隙面积不低于板面的40%,可根据强度和使用要求设定。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种低成本粘结牢固的泡沫铝复合板及其加工工艺,其特征在于,所述塑料粘结剂为废旧塑料,所述废旧塑料可以是废旧的聚乙烯、聚丙烯或是两者混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种低成本粘结牢固的泡沫铝复合板加工工艺,其特征在于,所述纤维布采用纱眼50目以内的纱布面料。
5.如权利要求1-4任意一项所述的一种低成本粘结牢固的泡沫铝复合板,其特征在于,加工工艺如下:
a.泡沫铝基板预热处理:将泡沫铝块切割成符合设计要求的厚度,用铆钉拼接成符合设计要求的长宽尺寸,置于烘床上预热;
b.贴合板预热处理:取开孔处理好的金属板或直接选用金属丝网,按泡沫铝板面积要求裁切后预热处理;
c.涂覆塑料粘合剂:用对辊将熔融的塑料粘结剂均匀涂覆在泡沫铝基板的两侧面上,填平泡沫铝板表面孔洞;
d.覆板贴合:将预热处理好的贴合板分别覆贴在泡沫铝基板两侧表面上,用对辊从两侧碾压所述贴合板,使熔融态的塑料粘结剂穿过贴合板的孔洞渗出,再用刮板刮去多余塑料粘结剂;
e.纤维布黏贴:再将纤维布覆盖在贴合板外表面上,趁热用多组对辊碾压,使熔融的塑料粘结剂渗透到纤维布纹理里;
f.冷却处理:在保持连续碾压的状态下,通过冷风等形式迅速冷却复合板至常温,通过塑料粘结剂将所述纤维布、贴合板、泡沫铝基板粘结复合为一体,得到板坯;
g.喷涂饰面:根据饰面需要对纤维布表面进行喷涂着色或印花处理,得到合格产品。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种低成本粘结牢固的泡沫铝复合板加工工艺,其特征在于,所述泡沫铝基板和贴合板预热处理温度根据塑料粘合剂成分确定,要求预热处理温度高于塑料粘合剂的熔点温度10-20℃。
