Abstract
The invention discloses a tension control system of a coiling machine, which comprises a coiling machine power distribution cabinet, a field operation cabinet and a coiling machine driving mechanism, wherein the coiling machine driving mechanism is connected with the coiling machine power distribution cabinet, the coiling machine power distribution cabinet is connected with the field operation cabinet, the tension control system also comprises a main control cabinet, a touch screen and a coiling diameter increment detection mechanism, the coiling diameter increment detection mechanism is a proximity switch, the proximity switch is fixed on one side of a transmission shaft of the coiling machine and used for detecting the number of turns of a coiling shaft, the proximity switch is connected with the field operation cabinet, and the field operation cabinet is connected with the main control cabinet. According to the tension control system of the coiling machine with the structure, tension control is changed into control setting of the main control cabinet, so that the tension set value is gradually decreased along with the increase of the coiling diameter, the defects of plate surface adhesion and edge rolling dislocation caused by overlarge constant tension are avoided, the defects of adhesion holes are eliminated in the process of rolling an aluminum plate strip foil, the rolling strip breakage is reduced, and the yield and the product quality of an aluminum foil are improved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a tension control system of a coiling machine.
Background
In the industrial control industry, a strip product needs to control tension to meet production requirements, and a casting and rolling coiler is an aluminum plate rolling mechanism. After being rolled by the roller, the aluminum plate is conveyed to a reel of a coiling machine through a pinch roller, an aluminum plate material head is clamped by expanding through an expansion and contraction valve, and the reel drives a speed reducer to rotate in a constant direction through a direct current motor to finish the collection of coiled materials. Most of the tension control systems of the current coiling machines are constant tension control. The tension adjustment is controlled by a voltage signal of 0-10V through a 10K multi-turn potentiometer. The potentiometer is controlled to be affected by the service life, after the potentiometer is used for a period of time, the output voltage is unstable due to unsmooth resistance adjustment, and then the tension control of the coiling motor is unstable directly. Therefore, the potentiometer needs to be replaced periodically. The potentiometer is given as a fixed value, gradient adjustment cannot be carried out along with the increase of the roll diameter, and the plate surface is easily stuck due to overlarge tension when the aluminum roll is rolled up greatly, so that the product quality of the next process is influenced. With the improvement of the product quality requirement, the production and use requirements can not be met.

The tension control system of the coiling machine provided by the invention has the advantages that the tension control is changed into the control setting of the main control cabinet, so that the tension set value is gradually decreased along with the increase of the coiling diameter, the plate surface sticking and the edge rolling staggered floor caused by overlarge constant tension are avoided, the defects of sticking holes are eliminated in the rolling process of an aluminum plate strip foil, the rolling strip breakage is reduced, and the yield and the product quality of the aluminum foil are improved.

The reel diameter increment detection mechanism is a proximity switch, the proximity switch is a capacitance type proximity switch, the proximity switch is fixed on one side of a transmission shaft of the reeling machine and used for detecting the number of turns of a reel, the proximity switch is connected with the field operation cabinet, and the field operation cabinet is connected with the main control cabinet.

The field operation cabinet comprises a communication module and a digital input module, the digital input module is connected with the proximity switch, the digital input module transmits data to the PLC control module through the communication module for calculation, the PLC control module controls the suction and release of the relay through the digital output module, and the relay is connected with the coiling main contactor and used for controlling the closing and opening of the coiling contactor. The PLC control module is connected with a direct current speed regulator in the power distribution cabinet of the coiling machine through the digital quantity output module, the direct current speed regulator is connected with a coiling direct current motor in the driving mechanism of the coiling machine, and the coiling direct current motor is connected with a coiling scroll through a speed reducer.
Therefore, the tension control system of the coiling machine with the structure is adopted, after the coiled material is threaded and coiled, an initial tension value is given, the proximity switch is additionally arranged on the transmission shaft part of the coiling machine, the proximity switch is switched on every time the reel rotates for one circle, the PLC control module records the increasing value of the coil diameter, the tension given value is gradually decreased along with the increase of the coil diameter, the plate surface adhesion and the edge rolling staggered layer caused by overlarge constant tension are avoided, the adhesion hole defect is eliminated, the rolling broken strip is reduced, the aluminum foil yield and the product quality are improved, and the product is ensured to meet the quality and performance requirements.
