Background
With the economic development, steel sheets are widely used in various fields such as ships, buildings, pressure vessels, and the like as main steel materials. Thin steel plates are mostly produced by a hot continuous rolling mill and a steckel mill, but when the width of the steel plate reaches more than 2000mm, a wide and thick plate mill is needed to be used for production, and in the production process of the wide and thick plate mill, the problems of plate shapes such as wave shapes, sickle bays and steel folding are frequently caused due to the influences of equipment capacity, blank shapes and the like. Meanwhile, the steel plate is wide and thin, so that the overall temperature of the steel plate is quickly reduced and uneven in the rolling process, and the problems of large temperature difference between the steel plate and the steel plate, uneven performance and the like are caused.
Chinese patent publication No. CN 102688884 discloses a rolling process of a 2800mm double-stand medium and heavy plate mill limit specification steel plate; chinese patent publication No. CN 102962253 discloses a rolling process of a 5mm steel plate; chinese patent publication No. CN101259482 discloses a 6mm steel plate rolling process. The invention discloses a rolling method of a wide and thin steel plate, which adopts a double-stand rolling mill to roll the wide and thin steel plate, adopts one-step rolling, has larger thickness of the selected blank, more rolling passes and increased temperature drop, is not beneficial to plate shape and temperature control, and simultaneously has the defects of large blank size, multiple length rolling, over-wide steel plate width, rapid temperature drop, poor temperature uniformity of the same plate and large temperature difference, thus easily causing the non-uniform performance of the steel plate.
The Chinese patent publication No. CN 1019513745 discloses a method for rolling a wide thin plate by a wide and thick plate rolling mill, the thickness of the existing steel plate is 6mm, the invention adopts a two-fire forming process, uses a PVPC mode, controls the AGC function, and solves the problems of unstable plate shape and performance in the production process of the wide and thin plate. It has the following disadvantages: the delivery progress of the steel plate is seriously influenced by adopting a mode of stacking and cooling the lower pressing plate of the rear line of the sub-board, the steel plate is widened in the cogging stage, and the steel plate is not widened during two-fire rolling, so that the transverse performance of the steel plate is poor easily.
None of the above patents proposes a solution to overcome the defects of shape of thin steel plate such as waves, sickles, and stacked steel plates. Therefore, the development of a rolling process of the thin-specification steel plate has great significance for producing the thin-specification steel plate with stable plate shape and uniform performance on wide and thick plate products.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a method for producing thin steel plates by a single-stand rolling mill aiming at the defects of the prior art. The method adopts a single-stand rolling mill and a two-hot forming process for production, avoids the plate shape defects of wave shape, sickle bay, steel folding and the like generated when a thin plate is rolled by a wide and thick plate rolling mill, and has uniform performance, the thickness of 5-7 mm and the width of 2500-3500 mm.

The invention adopts a two-fire forming process, can greatly reduce the blank thickness of a thin steel plate produced by rolling a wide and thick plate single frame, controls the size deviation of a slit blank after slitting the blank, improves the control precision of the shape of the steel plate, and reduces the defect risks of camber, deviation and the like in the rolling process. The production process is controlled before rolling, the precision requirement of the roller is put forward, the high-temperature initial rolling of the blank is controlled in the rolling process, the rolling pass and the rolling speed are accurately controlled, and the phenomena of edge wave, steel folding, steel jamming and the like in the steel plate rolling process are effectively prevented. And the flattening pass is increased, so that the plate shape defects of edge waves, middle waves and the like of the steel plate can be effectively reduced. The adopted straightening process can effectively eliminate the plate shape defects of edge waves, middle waves and the like of the steel plate and ensure that the unevenness of the steel plate is less than or equal to 3 mm/m.
Compared with the prior art, the invention effectively overcomes the defects of camber, edge wave, middle wave, deviation, steel folding and the like when the wide and thick plate single-stand rolling mill is used for producing the steel plate with the thickness of 5-7 mm, and avoids the steel clamping accident. The thin-specification steel plate with the width of 2500-3500 mm is successfully realized, the unevenness of the steel plate reaches within 3mm/m, the steel plate is good in shape, uniform in performance and low in cost, can be produced in batches, and meets the market demand of the thin-specification steel plate.
