The paint booth with a paint spray exhaust treatment system according to claim 2, wherein: the photocatalyst waste gas treatment cavity comprises a primary purification area (18), a middle-stage purification area (19) and an ozone purification area (20), wherein the primary purification area, the middle-stage purification area and the ozone purification area are formed by a bottom cotton filter screen (26), a first photocatalyst layer (27), a UV (ultraviolet) lamp tube (28) and a second photocatalyst layer (29) which are sequentially arranged, and the ozone purification area (20) is connected with a gas discharge channel.
